Having tried five or six other places, this is the salon that was the best out of all of them. Huge selection of nail colors. The techs are gentle on the cuticles. My fingers didn't hurt afterwards and look GREAT! This is the only place I trust with my nails. just went in yesterday to fix a nail I broke , got me in and out within 15 mins! Since my last review I've been seen by the two other manicurist in the shop , kimmy is absolutely divine! And I am unsure of the other lovely lady's name but she just did my pedicure last week for my birthday and WOW ! Came in around 12:30-1pm, they weren't really busy. Lovely people, told us about their new pedicure chairs coming in soon. A little rough working on my nails, they didn't come out like the picture i provided and i wish they were more precise. close up isn't amazing, far away is pretty decent. would try again maybe would not recommend this place for detailed nail art read more

If you have patience go here, it took 2+ hours for the lady to finish my acrylic set! She cut me several times, I had to tell her several times that my nails did not look the same! I came here for the first time on a Friday around 3pm, it wasn't busy when we got there but it filled up pretty fast. The first impression was good. The salon smelled nice and was clean. The pedicure chairs were clean and the massage settings actually worked. I was serviced by Cindy for my regular pedicure ($20) and Gel manicure ($25) she was very delicate and paid attention to detail. She took her time cutting, filing and polishing my toes and the massage was nice as well. Same goes for the manicure, she was gentle and very detailed. I definitely plan on going back and requesting Cindy. The salon eventually got a little packed with customers waiting and they offered bottles of water, they also had an entertaining TV show playing that was pretty hilarious and a nice distraction. Overall great salon and service and I will be returning. read more

Made an appt yesterday for 4pm for myself and my daughter, 2 fills and 1 pedi. Arrived a bit before my appt time per usual. At around 410 the owner asked me to sit in a pedi chair and said someone will be with me. At this time my daughter is getting her fill. Long story short I left without getting a fill or pedi due to lack of organization in booking appts and close to no staff. Sat in the chair for over 30 min with no one even bothering to assist. My nails came out great & he was wonderful. The reason I give it a 1 is because it had been a very long time since I'd had my nails done between quarantine, lockdown & allowing my nails to grow back from using shellac. I specifically told him no gel, regular nail polish & I specifically told him because the shellac ruined my nails & they had finally grown out. It didn't look at all like he was using the gel. Turns out, he did & now my nails are ruined yet again. Dry, brittle & hurt anytime anything touches them. I can't grab or pull anything by my nails & had to cut them all the way down. Not to mention, took forever to get the gel off because hardly any nail salons are open due to restrictions. I won't be going back. My nails looked great, I just HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ARE EXPLICIT WITH WHAT YOU WANT & YOU KEEP A GOOD WATCH & KEEP ASKING so you don't end up completely bummed like me. read more

I went here as a last minute thing 5 days ago.. i paid $71 for a set I didn't ask for, but I paid and left because the color was still beautiful. This place is in a busy shopping center in the middle of a laundry mat and a liquor store and its kind of small when you walk in but they do the best they can with the small space. i love that they seat you and ask if you want a water! the gentlemen sitting in the front is always nice and funny, anyhow i come here to get my pedicures from Emilyn, she is super good and detailed- she fixed a chip toe nail i had with acrylic, she cuts your cuticles, softens the bottom of your feet and massages it good too. she is never in a rush, even when theres a rush of customers, i love the service i get from her, so make sure you call ahead of time and ask for her! read more

I went to the shop to get a brow wax right away I noticed there was only one person in the shop and look like they were going to close when it was only 3:00 so I went back to get in the waxing station the girl came back there there was a pot of wax already heated and had a stick in it. Everyone who gets waxed and knows you don't use a stick that somebody else has. She picked the stick up and I said no we don't double dip and she says oh no I'm not going to. She use the stick then she took it back and put it in the same wax we don't double dip. I told her again she did it again then she says do you want your lip done and I said I don't know how much is it and she said $5 I said okay so she puts this huge huge glob of wax on my lip that went down onto my lip and put the same stick back in the pot. And she tried to take it off and most of the wax was still on my lip I mean not above my lip where the hair is but on my actual lip. So she wiped some lotion around my I mean some oil around my eyebrows and didn't pluck the little hairs and also on my lip didn't pluck any little hairs and that was it she said okay goodbye and walked out. She didn't help me get off the table anything. I told the manager and he said okay I'll tell her. She came out and said the wax on my lip was on the corners sometimes it gets there. And I said no it's not and I paid and I did not tip and do not go to Z Nails do not go to Z Nails for a wax. read more

I went in today to get a pedi and manicure, it was a complete fail. Busy like always but i didn't mind waiting. I'm asked to sit on the pedicure chair and a few minutes later one of the workers proceeds to placing a bag and filling up with water. I thought maybe i would wait for about 15-20 meanwhile one of them finishes. There was another lady that walked in and waited for a few minutes before she was attended. I waited with my feet in the water for longer than an hour. If i would have been waiting elsewhere i wouldn't have left upset. Horrible service. read more

I give my experience a 4.5 because when they were doing my nails they were using the mashine and cut me several times and they seen my expression and continued doing it several times. They didnt know how to do ombre and the lady doing it did a different color than I wanted when I said I didnt like it she got frustrated and i didn't want to leave unsatisfied so I asked to change color. Instead of taking the whole color off they used a buffer cube nail file to sand my nail down and just painted the second color I chose on top of it. I liked that they were friendly and offered us water. The place was small. They took a really long time to get through my nails. read more

This place was honestly the worst I have ever been to. The man who did it was so impatient and when filing my nails he ended up leaving two fingers bloody. Didn't apologize or even acknowledge it and instead continued. He messed up at the beginning of the gel nails and he did nothing so my index finger looked dented. He double charged me too so make sure to watch out for that. I had a manicure gel should have been (25) and pedicure(20) he just snatched my card and charged me $60 read more

Thee worst experience i went to try somewhere new cause they are new as well . I have had many pedicures and i always get the callus removal. The product they use is super harmful and is like acid. They lady apparently had some on her gloves ended rubbing it on the back of my leg and my skin was burning at first i thought it was a cut that i had but as she held my leg it felt like my skin was being eatin like acid i told her to stop sidnt undrrstand any wnglish the man told her to stop and with hand gestures told her to wash my leg i now have a rough rash like on the back of my leg and top of foot next day it was so raw and it was super sensitve to the touch i went in to show the owner and he tried to say oh i know she got it on my skin and tried to bring out ointment to put on i told him no i dont know what this is and not putting anything on it he refunded me my money said if doesnt go away in 2 days come back almost week later still there now scabbed and callus removal didnt work after all that i didnt go back I WILL NEVER GO BACK why are you using product that can do this to clients read more
