I got to the salon no wait only two other ladies sitting getting their nails done, I was helped by an older lady she asked me if i was getting a manicure I said "no thank you just color change" she proceeded to file my nails i said "please don't drill or file " and she right away got upset and began handling my hands like she wanted to rush the service. She proceeded to drill my hands and I felt pressured because I had already said no twice about a manicure and drilling so I allowed her to finish the job because I felt bad about waiting their time . I'm on my fifth day of my color change and the stickers I added on have peeled off I was charged more than 25 cents per sticker. The gel has also started to peel off. I don't think she could understand me but please improve on translating to those who find it difficult to communicate to customers.

She's super accomidating. I do recommend to make an appt because they can get busy and if you don't want to wait and for sures be seen I ALWAYS make an appt. They clean everything really well and have a lot of disposable items that are actually thrown away right away unlike some other salons. I highly recommend this salon for pedicures. I haven't done any other service here but I can say that the pedicures are *chef kiss*. They give you a complimentary drink the start and you get to relax with calming music and the nail techs seem to actually enjoy being with each other. I usually paint my own nails…read moreso I don't have a lot of experience in salon protocol, but each time I've gotten gel paint at other places then techs put sunblock on my hands before exposing them to UV light. Not this time. The job was so rushed when I held the menu to check the prices the tech pulled my hand and told me to sit down. She didn't offer me a drink like they advertise in their Instagram post even though we were seated right in front of their mini fridge and I saw other people being offered. She wasn't friendly and didn't even let the timer run out on the light before demanding I put the other hand in. It looked ok at first but the polish peeled off the next day. It was a waste of my money and I won't go there again.
