I got to the salon no wait only two other ladies sitting getting their nails done, I was helped by an older lady she asked me if i was getting a manicure I said "no thank you just color change" she proceeded to file my nails i said "please don't drill or file " and she right away got upset and began handling my hands like she wanted to rush the service. She proceeded to drill my hands and I felt pressured because I had already said no twice about a manicure and drilling so I allowed her to finish the job because I felt bad about waiting their time . I'm on my fifth day of my color change and the stickers I added on have peeled off I was charged more than 25 cents per sticker. The gel has also started to peel off. I don't think she could understand me but please improve on translating to those who find it difficult to communicate to customers.

I was told they could accommodate me for both a manicure and pedicure, but I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes before someone finally started my pedicure. During that time, the salon continued taking in more customers despite already being clearly overwhelmed. Once someone finally started my pedicure, she seemed extremely rushed and unwelcoming. My feet were left soaking for over 30 minutes while everything appeared disorganized. The rushing eventually resulted in me getting cut on my foot while my cuticles were being trimmed, which was especially frustrating. After my pedicure, there was also a lot of confusion about the manicure I had originally requested. The staff did not seem to communicate with each other about what services I was there for or what I was asking for. The person doing my manicure became visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and spoke to me rudely when I tried to explain what I wanted. I understand that a busy salon can be stressful, but that is not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. The cleanliness was another major concern. The pedicure chairs and attached tables were visibly dirty and did not appear to be cleaned between customers. Seeing multiple people use the same unclean areas was very concerning. I was willing to overlook the long wait because I had an event and needed my nails done, but the overall experience was simply not worth it. I left unhappy with both the service and the way I was treated. I understand that businesses can get busy, but when you take on more customers than you can reasonably handle, the customers should not be the ones paying the price through excessive wait times, rushed service, poor communication, and rude treatment.
