I've gone to other salons in the past and the shape isn't right and the nail looks thick, but not here. My nails last longer and still look good after 6 weeks. I got to the salon no wait only two other ladies sitting getting their nails done, I was helped by an older lady she asked me if i was getting a manicure I said "no thank you just color change" she proceeded to file my nails i said "please don't drill or file " and she right away got upset and began handling my hands like she wanted to rush the service. She proceeded to drill my hands and I felt pressured because I had already said no twice about a manicure and drilling so I allowed her to finish the job because I felt bad about waiting their time . I'm on my fifth day of my color change and the stickers I added on have peeled off I was charged more than 25 cents per sticker. The gel has also started to peel off. I don't think she could understand me but please improve on translating to those who find it difficult to communicate to customers.
