Pedicures not offered by packages but their standard was amazing including callous removal and steam on legs and feet during plus a short massage. My nail tech spoke great English and she also took time to understand what I wanted. Price for both was $85 which is reasonable. Vibe was chill and salon looked fairly clean. She takes her time to make sure that she does a through job and is very careful and gentle when she trims my toenails as I have occasional issues with ingrown toenails. I haven't gone to a nail salon in almost two years. Decided to treat myself and my daughter. I will say my daughter is happy as can be with her pink nails and getting to sit in their butterfly kids chair. I, however am very disappointed. I did a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was very rushed. They hardly scrubbed my feet and the nail job overall is really terrible. Both my hands and feet look like I need a fill. It is noticeable in the photos how the polish did not even reach my cuticle line. I did not notice at first because I did not thoroughly inspect my hands and feet. I shouldn't have to if I am paying for a service, I expect the job to be well done the first time. The cuticle care on my hands was also done very poorly. My cuticles look so dry and cracked. Definitely do not recommend. Update: it's been two days and the gel on one of my fingers has already cracked and lifted. read more

Multiple times, I've come here with an appointment and ended up having to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. It just seems like they overbook their schedule and I often ended up having to get new sets because of my acrylics lifting. Not the best experience overall, and there are other local nail salons who perform better quality work and will actually honor your appointment time. read more

I have been going to Angel Nails all year. They are the only ones that have been changing my acrylic nail color. Yesterday they told me my nails were too thin and recommended a powder of some sort. I said no. They recommend a color, I said just clear. When I got home I saw what they had really done to my nails & they didn't have the respect to tell me before I left. Terrible terrible customer service. My wife has come here a few times and has always mentioned the service was not the best. Today she wanted to take our four year old to get their nails done together. She called ahead for a noon appointment. They got their on time only to wait for over an hour. Waiting past an appointment can happen, however several differnt people came in after my wife and child and they went ahead of them. It's not easy waiting with a 4 year old. They should have honored the 12 noon appointment or at it for a differnt time. My wife walked out with out getting their nails done. The vibes are also really pushy. Today I came in to get my nails done with my sister and had a terrible experience. When we arrived we were told to sit down and pick a color. My sister got sat first but they had me sit in a chair and wait for 20 minutes before a lady came rushing in the building saying do u need a pedicure? I came to get my nails done so I replied no. Definitely not worth $90 cash lol for acrylics and regular nail polish for pedi. Check this out. I asked if they had time to complete the following design which includes ombré and marble. One thing that irks me the most in when "techs" nod their heads and say yes they can do it instead of being honest and saying I can't but I can do the following. Of course because it turns out many "technicians" unfortunately simply learned to do their nails because it's easy quick money but lack passion for the art. It's money over quality for a lot of them versus money becuase it is high quality. Keep in mind it is important for nails to have an apex so they stay strong although some people like them flat. Mine however have some nails where the apex is present on on other nails it is not lol. Shape: In addition although the design nail shape that is on the example image that exhibits the an almond/oval--shape wise I asked for coffin not square lol again huge error on the "technician" so now I have some nails that are coffin and square shape. My left thumb nail is square and in addition not even a straight lol (see what square versus coffin nails are online you'll see what I mean) She also kept bugging me to get gel on my toes and I stated no thank you. If I wanted gel I would asked for gel. The reason why they attempt to convince you is to pay more (gel costs more). While I've done gel in the past I simply did not want gel this time so that it's easier for me to remove it at home. (Takes less time) Design: when I asked her for color black she freaked out and said "all black?" I said yes please (like the design presented). This is not ok for any "technician" to question. If a client wants a certain color you give them that color no judgment. She presented a black with glitter I said yes thinking she'd only use it on my ring fingers but no she ended up placing them on all instead of using black solid and it was too late to ask her to remove it. Ombré: the black ombré on my right index finger goes too high and does not match the proper length of the black ombré on the left. She also used pink acrylic instead of white after I insisted the index fingers is white and the rest is pink natural. She declined it and used pink honestly I said nothing because I didn't not feel like arguing with her. Although the only and black ombré does not look bad that's not what I was paying for (which again you can see the before example picture and the result of my nails lol) Tips: the black tip honestly looks horrific and it is poorly done. I am shocked because they have all the material necessary including a special thin high quality brush I noticed and she still could not get the tip right. My left ring finger tip looks decent and then my pinkies look thick on the edges. (If you're an artists you'll mostly understand but regardless you can still see the difference in the images attached lol) Length: when I asked for long she kept messing with the length saying "here?" I said a little longer and she barely moved the clipper where the length was longer again I didn't feel like arguing so I just agreed. The length is ok but again I wanted them just a tad longer. Toenails: I am unsure why she left a lot of space on my natural nail blank lol especially the pointer and middle left toenail lol At first thinking on then next thing on my list to do, I failed to realize the details of the nails and they looked fine from a distance and she charged $90 and I gave her tip even after I should have realized maybe she's still practicing as once she had to refill my nail because she chipped it herself during filing then when she sent me to rinse my nails I saw another nail she chipped and she had to fix it again by adding more acrylic. Color: I also thought it was me but apperantley, I did not get black at all the nail color looks black from a distance but I ended up with a dark navy blue lol that's not what I asked for as I said I'm unsure why the "technician" was shocked when I said black to pick for my nails. But there you are. I paid her $90 cash and $5 tip to realize too late how bad the quality is. Not worth $90 at all. The only reason I came here is because I had no time to head to Salinas nail salons and the reviews on google for Angel nails are shockingly 4 stars. read more

Fast but low quality. They shape nails pretty badly, drill on your finger skin, and push your cuticles with their bare nails!!!! Left my fingers so sore! I gave them a reference and the finished product looked nothing like the picture. My nails were all shaped differently, some were crooked, and the french tips were all sorts of shapes and sizes. They were also bulky/lumpy. The lady that helped me out was also very rude/aggressive with my hands and nails. Other workers are very nice but some seriously need to work on being nicer and prioritizing quality customer service. Will not be returning. read more

I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she said she knew how to do them. After messing up several times on my nails, I finally had her just do one clear coat and called it a day. I mentioned three times that several of my nails were crooked throughout shaping. She filed them slightly to "fix" them. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a problem except she told me I was wrong and that my finger was crooked. When I asked several other people in the salon they told me that the nails were definitely crooked, but it just wasn't that noticeable. I tried showing her my nails from different angles so she could see it wasn't my finger but she was over it and did not seem like she wanted to put in the effort to fix the crooked nails. After the third time asking and her telling me no I gave up because it was just too awkward. I still gave a nice tip because the design was exactly what I asked for!! If there is a next time, I will probably ask for Susie because her nails looked great. My nail tech also filed my cuticles and the polish pools a little bit on the cuticle where it needs to nail bed after two days they still look nice, but are starting to grow out. I've been going to this Nail Salon on and off sometimes it's good sometimes it's an absolute disaster/disappointment. When you tell a manicurist what you want in plan ENGLISH and they nod yes you than should feel assured and comfortable in knowing what your getting. Now when the manicurist starts with what you want then proceeds to upgrade a service without your knowledge is unacceptable and fraud! They did a good job minus complaining about the length like I wasn't paying for them. Two months later, I went back to have a full set removed & asked for a clear manicure. All I have to say is if you want good quality and great service GO HERE I use to be scared to go to the nail shop because the last place I was going to tortured me all the time with the drills and would cut me. This place is super nice clean and sanitary. They're also not rough or rushed. I'm usually scared when it comes to the drill but you can barley feel the drills they use.
