I got a gel fill in and pink cats eye all for $65. I called 5 mins before and got helped right away! The atmosphere is nice and the service is so so good! My nails feel super thin and natural and the entire process was only around an hour (or less than) so it was super fast! I really appreciated them getting us in for an appointment on short notice but I kept having to ask my technician to cut my toes short. I wear tennis shoes everyday and when they are even a little long they start to bother me. I must have asked at least 3-4 times to have them short as possible but I could feel that they were still long so I kept asking it to be shorter and shorter. There was no one else in the shop. Just the two of us. They asked if we wanted our nails as well. My daughter said she wouldn't mind so she got a full set. On the price list it showed the full set being 50, but after she said yes they said it was 70. Well they had already started so at that point we just told them to do it. She didn't really do a good job on the nails either. We thought the make would be doing them since he was the one who started it....so we assumed he would do it. Then midway the female (who did my feet) took over and it was not done well. There was polish under the nail and she didn't clean it up so we came home and cleaned it. I called the day of to check availability and was able to be accommodated an hour later. Upon arrival I was greeted and sat promptly. It was my first time here so I didn't really know what to expect. I always get gel pedicure's so it started with them filing and wrapping my toes. I was not given any options for what kind of pedicure I wanted, which I didn't think was weird until someone showed up after me and was given options and a whole box of different scents for their pedicure. When it came time for my nails and cuticles to be cut I noticed that the side table that they use to hold their supplies already had materials on top that appeared to be used. Most shops I've been to open up a new pack in front of you. What added further distaste in this shop for me was when it came time for my massage they used an exfoliating scrub on my legs that was prepackaged in small plastic containers that was very CLEARLY already used (see photo). It was sitting on the side table with the opened tools from the second I sat down. Unfortunately, my pedicure felt very rushed and I did not get the same service as the person that came in after me. He was very helpful - I have a history of ingrown toe nails and he was basically explained what he saw and how to avoid them. I got this full acrylic set done by Mai (pronounced My) and she was very nice and detail oriented. When I mentioned parts of my nail were hurting for whatever reason in reaction to the glue, she would look to see what the issue was etc, she was patient as I tried to figure out what length would work for me etc. I appreciate the patience and checking in to see what I thought. I still come here, I've become more of a regular here in the last year. I get a gel manicure and it lasts me 2-3 weeks. I go back for fills every 2 weeks because my nails grown out so quickly. I usually don't get designs, just color and sometimes glitter. They do an amazing job here. They recently installed new massage chairs for the pedicure station. I've been coming here for years, and Huang, Mai, and Thuey (sorry if I misspelled any names) always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Today I called to see if they had time for what I needed, and offered to come in the next day. They had availability and got me in today. Definitley call to see if they have availability versus just popping in I got a subtle festive nail design, and I love it! I came in with a 5 week full set of acrylics on my hands that had to come off. Mai took the acrylic color off to see if I could just have a fill, they were not. So I got a full set! Thuey did the holly design & glitter - very happy with the results! Hoang helped with my gel pedicure - took off gel polish on my toes, and gave me a great cleanup and polish! I just got my eyebrows done here for the first time. This place has great reviews so I figured it would be fine. The woman who did my eyebrows (I think the owner) totally peeled my skin when waxing. I also feel like she knew she messed up because when I tried to pay with a card, she asked if I have cash Instead. Like she didn't want me to have a paper trail of the service. I paid in cash and didn't get a receipt. I thought nothing of it. But now I look like a just got beat up. My face hurts really bad and I'm just really upset that now I have to let it heal and walk around with scabs around my eyebrows. I will never go here again. I found this place on Yelp and decided to try it out because the reviews were all pretty good for the most part. I just moved into the area and was nervous about going to a new nail place because I've been going to the same lady for the last 3 years while living in Southern California. I'm very particular about how I like my nails done: the shape, how thick the powder is, length, etc. so I was nervous about seeing someone new. However, I made and appointment with Mai and she did an awesome job on my nails! She nailed the almond shape that I am so picky about, and she really paid attention to every little detail while doing them. On top of that, she is very sweet and accommodating! My only criticism is that from what I saw they don't have a very large selection of color choices for the dip powder, but I still managed to find a good color! I've gotten 5 sets in a row from this place. I really enjoy them! I never feel rushed & they always accommodate me. I work until 6-6:30 on weekdays & they don't rush through my appointment. Clean & lots of glitter & add on for you nails!! Once I broke 3 nails (long weekend ) & I called 20 minutes before closing without knowing & they told me be there in 10 & Leon did an amazing job on my next set! I decided to give this location a second chance after the first gel manicure they gave me came off within 1 week about 2 years ago. I figured I had bad luck the first time. But boy was I wrong. I went back for a gel manicure and the girl that have it to me did an awful job. I've never had a manicure more hideous than this one. And she charged me $35!!!! I will never come back.
