I came in on a Wednesday morning in a hurry because I had a bunch of errands to run, and I was very pleased with my service. I needed a nail fixed, a full fill, and a gel pedicure, but I needed all of it at the same time and in the fastest time possible. They got me in and out in under an hour which is very quick (like I wanted) and did not disappoint! My nails are beautiful and they had to do a total cut down, reshape and refine to me! This was the most terrifying and unprofessional encounter I have ever had with a business. I went here before a trip to New York (Sept 8-16) to get my nails and toes done. I had been here once before for a pedicure and it was fine, but this time was an absolute nightmare. After my pedicure, I asked Jimmy for an alligator-print nail design and showed him a photo. He claimed it was "easy" and that he had done it before. What followed was two hours of sloppy, careless work. He didn't trim my cuticles, didn't properly shape my nails, and even got acrylic all over my skin. He kept making mistakes, wiping them off with cotton, and leaving fibers stuck to my nails. The polish was running off the edges, the nails were thick, uneven, and crooked. When I suggested we just change the design, he brushed me off, saying, "No, I know how to do this--it's just been two years since I've done it." I was exhausted with an early flight, so I paid the full $105 and even tipped $15, despite being deeply unhappy. When I returned from New York, I went back on the 18th to calmly explain my experience. I told them I had already paid $35 in NYC to have my nails redone and was simply asking for that partial refund--not even the full amount I had originally spent. Instead of professionalism, I was met with outright aggression. Jimmy refused and mocked the idea of a refund, offering only $15. Then, Thai snatched the money out of my hand and immediately began shouting at me. The situation escalated quickly. Both Jimmy and Thai raised their voices at me, crowding me, making me feel intimidated and unsafe. Thai even put her hands on me to physically pull me out of the chair. I was shocked and scared--never in my life have I experienced this kind of hostility at a place of business. I began recording before leaving and called the police because of how threatening the situation had become. No customer should ever fear for their safety when addressing a legitimate concern. This business is not only unprofessional, it is aggressive, hostile, and unsafe. What started as a simple request for a partial refund turned into me being screamed at, grabbed, and forced out of the salon. I will never go back, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs. The behavior I witnessed from Jimmy and Thai was unacceptable, intimidating, and dangerous. read more

They were super sweet and took such good care of my mom and I. They took their time, didn't nip or cut us at all, and made suggestions! By far the best pedicure experience I've ever had. Came in last minute with my mom and aunt on a Saturday. I had just gotten in to town after a long flight and was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. And I was really blown away! We each sat at our own spa pedicure chair for a nice soak and scrub. The technician did an amazing job with trimming everything to feel nice and clean. We also received a very nice wax treatment and hot stone massage from the knee down. Super deluxe and luxurious! Then they went in with the paint. I picked a fun, bright, summery shade of orange/red. After the paint had dried, the other nail tech came in with a small palate and brushes to add a beautiful little floral detail. He did such a beautiful job, and my feel feel so beautiful. It's a family-owned business. Affordable and friendly atmosphere but service is not consistently good. First time, l had my gel pedicure and it was exceptionally great especially the foot massage. Second visit, l had the regular pedicure and l was extremely disappointed. Got surprised when the guy owner picked his own nail polish color without asking my preference. A year later, l decided to go back and try again their service. I was thinking that maybe this time around it's going to be a positive experience for my visit. I made an appointment and requested the guy owner to do my nails. But when l got there, it was his wife who did my nails. And l was done in less than half an hour. This nail salon was open on a Sunday and had a 4 star overall rating. When I came in I was immediately seated at a pedicure chair. I was originally really impressed with the pricing ($25 for a basic pedicure, $30 for level 2 pedicure and $48 for a deluxe pedicure). I asked for a pedi and asked how much additional would it be for gel polish. Was a little surprised to hear that gel polish was an extra $15. I was thinking maybe $5 or $10 more bucks. But I guess $40 was not terrible for a pedicure. So I proceeded. Then the tech got to work drilling off my old gel polish. He was moving pretty quickly and hit my skin a couple of times where I had to verbally say ouch to let him know it hurt. I asked for my toes not to be cut and just filed down and unfortunately he did t really file them down much. I then asked to get a manicure. Another lady came over to do that part. She did a good job but again she was moving sooo fast. Luckily they added on hot stones and an extra long massage while I was getting my manicure. That part was heavenly. The gentlemen left and then the lady finished my toes. Then all of a sudden I look down and noticed that she was adding stamp/sticker designs to my otherwise neutral nails. It was so quick and by the time I looked down she added a design to my big toe. She asked me if I liked it and I just had to say yes at that point because it was already on there. I haven't had designs on my nails since I was maybe 12 years old. I think she may have thought she was giving me something extra but it is totally not my style. I guess I should have said I didn't like it and asked her to take it off. But that's sort of embarrassing and awkward especially since it was already done. So overall a 3 experience. read more
