I cannot praise her enough! Even after what I'm sure was a grueling day of last-minute shoppers, she was incredibly patient, kind, and clear in helping me get my order sorted. It used to be so convenient being able to use the kiosk for the pictures I need and checking out like normal. There is always an issue at this store! Today, went to pick up photo order & the clerk said, play up front( that was unusual). I wasn't planning on getting anything but ended up getting a timer, reg $11.99 but marked down to $1.99! Great deal. The unfriendly cashier completed the transaction and I was waiting for my receipt and she said I chose on line. ????? I did not, ok. Went to car and pulled it up, charged $11.99. Back I go in. She RAISED her voice and said I should have caught the mistake! I told her, had she printed the receipt I would have. Now, it's the customers job to ensure correct pricing! A person that looked like in charge- was counseling another employee (rudely I might add) on the sales floor where customers could hear, zero mgr skills! I didn't even approach him! read more

Horrible, I waited an entire hour just to get a prescription after the app told me it was ready for pick up. If you're on a time crunch don't come here, I've never waited so long to get a simple bottle of pills. If you have time to kill then go for it, come here, but if you're in a rush and busy like most people, do not come here. read more

The workers here are very nice and informative here! Three stars based on the COVID-19 testing wait time. If you're coming to do a COVID-19 test here, make sure you're not in a rush! There has always been about 2-3 cars ahead of me and the wait time is about 30-40 minutes. But takes less than 5 minutes to do the test itself. read more

This is a review of the photo department at the Morgan Hill Walgreen's. I ordered a "same day print" framed canvas on 12/15/24 for a Christmas gift. Granted the department was busy due to the holidays, but the four times I stopped in to check on the order either no one seemed to know what was going on, the "printer was broken" or "ma'am, we are busy printing Christmas cards." After a few calls (NO one answers the phone at this store), and the manager never seemed to be in (or would not come out of her office). The canvas was finally ready on 12/28/24... Flash forward to today. I am still waiting on an order for the two custom wall calendars that I ordered on 12/15/24. I received an email on 12/28: "Great news! Your Walgreens Photo order is ready for pickup", so I went in... and they couldn't find the order. I was told that the person "who would know" where they are only comes in twice a week, and would not be at work again until Friday, 1/3/25. I called today (1/2) to confirm this, and once again - NO ONE answers the phone at this store. So annoying. Fingers crossed that we get the calendars before the end of January! read more

This review is for the photo center. I visited today because I had a very specific request to edit a digital copy of a photo I personally took at home per govt standards using the tool at their store and print the photo after edit. I won't add too much detail due to privacy reasons why I couldn't take the photo at the store itself but I want to thank Alondra (I hope I got her name correctly). My request was very specific on why I wanted it that way, and it took me a while to explain. Initially both the ladies there were not sure it could be done. But Alondra was extremely patient and thought of a few ideas, one of which worked out great!! I had visited several places without great results and I almost gave up hope, but Alondra went out of the way to get it done. I was extremely grateful and wanted to buy her a Starbucks coffee but she declined politely as she didn't think she didn't anything special. I didn't catch the other lady's name she was very helpful too. Walgreens, give Alondra a pay raise. I can tell you after visiting so many other places no one had better customer service and skills at getting the photo perfect than her!! read more

I have been using Walgreen's photos for almost all of my photo projects over the years. They have been fantastic about getting everything done well and in a timely manner. Am often late in getting projects done and they have always stepped up and managed to get my last minute requests in done. This weekend I had just completed our Christmas photo cards last minute AGAIN and asked if they could get them done ASAP because I really wanted to include them with the little gift bags I was bringing to our family gathering that afternoon. Well, within 2 hours they were ready to be picked up! So a big shout out to Oswaldo for being so helpful and accommodating!! I love the Walgreen's Morgan Hill Photo crew!! I called my Dr and he sent a prescription to walgreens on Dunn Ave in Morgan Hill early on Tuesday 8/12. I had plans to leave town on Friday 8/15 and thought this would be plenty of time. I waited til the next day and drove into the drive through. The manager told me she didn't have a script for me and that they had computer problems. I called and emailed my Dr and he reassured me he sent it in. I went back on Thursday and again they said they had nothing for me. I called, emailed and text my Dr and again he confirmed the script was sent. They finally resent the prescription Thursday. Friday morning the manager called me and acknowledged she had the script. She asked a couple questions then told me my scrip would be ready in about 15 minutes. This was around 9am. I waited til about noon and I went to pick up my prescription. The girl at the front told me she had nothing for me??? I asked her to look again and after some time she found it. Then she says I can't have it for another 2 weeks? I questioned her and she blamed it on my insurance. I asked why the manager called and told me it was ready and she became confrontational. Finally she said the manager is at lunch and would return in an hour. I waited an hour and came back. I was getting nervous as I needed to leave town in about 3 hours. I came back and the manager told me she didn't have my medication in stock? This was the 4th answer I had received. I asked why she called me and told me it was ready and she became angry. I asked why she didn't look after telling me it was ready and she could have called me back and told me she didn't have it and she told me she couldn't see into the future. At this time it was too late to change my prescription to another pharmacy and I left town without my much needed medication. If they would have just told me they couldn't do it that morning or earlier I could have gone somewhere else but I was screwed. Do to walgreens and this manager my health was severely jeopardized as I was out of town for a week. I called to walgreens main office and complained. Some lady seemed very concerned and said she would take this to her superiors and I would hear from them. 10 days later they have made no effort to reach out to me. I will never go here again and I strongly advise anybody else to listen to my warning or risk damaging your health. read more

I went to this Walgreens for passport pictures. I had the pictures ready to go and the associate said no. My son needed to be in the store for pictures. I don't understand how they expect me to bring my baby to the store for them to take a picture on command. It was almost impossible for me to get a passport photo of my son. I will be going to a different location to get it printed. What a waste of time. read more

I always come here to print my photos out, they're super quick and it's so easy to order from the Walgreens app! The people working there are always super friendly and are super helpful. Love our local Walgreens. I often use their print department. They print up photos, banners & posters in about TWO hours. Yes, that's correct, same day for great photos in 2 hours or so. This rating is exclusively for the pharmacy. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The service moves at a glacial pace, whether you're at the window or drive-through. You could easily spend 30-45 minutes in the drive through line with only 3-4 cars ahead of you. Don't arrive at the pharmacy within 30-45 minutes of closing because they close at 6 will won't serve you even if you were in line prior to 6pm. It takes at least half a day for the pharmacy to prepare a prescription and half the time they won't notify you when its ready so you're left to having to call in to figure it out, IF you can get a person on the phone. We absolutely dread having to go get medications filled here. read more

Typically I would walk into pick up my prescription but with an injury that makes it tougher to walk I decided to do the drive up window. Not sure if it is because they are understaffed or what but sitting in a line to only get to the window to be ignored was not the best use of my time. I normally have a good experience with this location for their pharmacy however just recently I had an issue of how the staff handled my son's recent urgent need of prescription. Instead of calling us or alerting us that the prescription was not at their location, I had to call them. And it took me to complain for her to check other locations to see if they can find that prescription because it's "rare". Her attitude and the way she handled my urgent need was not professional especially considering my son was in pain waiting for this order. I understand they didn't have it, but they should have contacted us right away for one and immediately looked at other locations to be proactive rather than me complain. read more

I have always been able to fill my prescriptions easily. Sometimes it is slow in the drivethu as they have one person for both lines. Some people drop off their prescriptions in the drivethu and then refuse to move until its filled, which also holds up the line. Don't rely too much on the text message refill reminders, as the system has some bugs and corporate won't fix it. I would rate the experience lower for this, but as there's nothing the individual pharmacy can do, I don't want to put the blame where it doesn't belong. read more

Had a pickup for my grandma which I was told would be ready at 2 pm. Arrived at the drive-thru at 2 pm, waited in line for an HOUR, just to be told that the prescription wasn't ready yet - it was still "processing". I insisted that I receive my prescription because I had been told by one of their employees that it would be ready at 2. I came on here to see if anyone had a similar experience as me and from what I've seen a lot of people left negative reviews for the pharmacy. I came inside and told a nice young lady I was there to pick up a prescription and she told me they have similar medication over the counter. She gave me a list of names to look for and I did but I didn't feel comfortable buying because I had gone to the clinic and the doctor prescribed me a specific medication. Luckily, my husband was with me and he went to the counter and told them I wanted what was prescribed to me. I asked her what was the difference and they said the over the counter is the older version of what I got prescribed but when I looked at the box and compared them they had completely different ingredients. I don't know why or what was they point for them not wanting to sell me the prescribed medication in the first place but my only guess is that they didn't want to help me. read more

I have been struggling with the Gilroy location, they gave me a rain check months ago for some diet 7-Up 12 pack... I patronize the location weekly and ask every week... I've been told by several different people claiming they are the managers that they will set three 12packs aside and call me when it is in. Unfortunately this is never come true. Attempted to return a bottle of Excedrin so I could purchase the migraine headache version. The store manager, Benjamin, immediately scrutinized my receipt after punching in the return item #s. Long story short, I was accused of returning the same item twice. He did not understand my frustration about this ordeal and thus gave me a terrible attitude the entire time. Don't come to this particular Walgreens if you actually believe in their return policy. Apparently there's fine print where you are a liar by default. To be clear, Store Manager Benjamin is the only person I'm speaking about here - I'm sure another employee would have been a bit more reasonable about it. Please feel for the employees who have to work under this manager. read more

Not very impressed at all. Used the drive through prescription and was told a 15 minute wait. I parked and waited and when I returned I was told that the prescription had not been filled and was scheduled for another hour. What?!? I'm parked outside waiting because they told me it would be 15 minutes and now I'm to wait another 60 minutes? In conflict resolution it is always important to recognize that the conflict is most often generated by lacking communication. Reading some of these other posts has confirmed that this Walgreens location has a communication issue. Such a simple fix which would result in fewer complaints, frustrated customers, poor reviews, and ill feelings. read more

As I was standing in line waiting to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy their PA system comes on with a message about their Covid mask store policy, stating that everyone entering is required to properly wear a mask. All six of us waiting at the pharmacy had our masks on properly as did ask the staff I saw in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, about 20 feet away from our line is a manger whose mask is pulled down well below his mouth as he worked with some stock. This went on for at least 20 minutes as I waited in the line. Apparently Walgreens mask rules don't apply to mangers. I won't be coming back here as I don't feel respected enough or safe enough to pick up a prescription. read more

Walgreens has a great online system, and when combined with the pharmacy, they do pretty well. They send automatic calls to you every other day when your prescription is ready until you pick it up. Easy, handy-dandy people to work with. read more

This has been my Walgreens of choice and both Jennifer and Jessica are awesome pharmacists. They're super efficient and helpful.

No stars. If I could take stars away, I would. Was on hold for 8mins with the pharmacy, then the phone kept ringing, eventually hanging up on me. CVS, here I come. There certainly needs to be better customer service training. This wasn't my first time dealing with this either. read more

Rating is for the pharmacy, not the store I don't understand how just this one single pharmacy can be so bad. They have the worst service. They usually have one pharmacist and on, maybe two people helping customers. You can walk in or go through the drive through. It won't be faster if you go in. Last time I came in, we had to wait 40 minutes to pick up the prescription, waiting in line inside. There was one person helping customers at around 8pm. They are supposed to close at pm, but there was no way that was happening because we left at 8:45 and there was still people in the drive through and 5 customers inside in line. So today I went at 4pm to pick up a prescription that was supposedly going to be ready yesterday. The girl at the window said that they didn't have any prescriptions and nothing was put in. I said that, "The prescription was dropped off yesterday between 1:30 and 2. It was taken by an Asian girl with black hair and she verified the address and everything." She disappeared for 20 minutes and came back saying she didn't see anything. About 5 minutes later the Asian girl came saying that they didn't fill it, that they had to call the doctor because it was a new prescription. I said that it wasn't. She said that, "We haven't had a prescription for this medicine before." I said, "Oh my gosh, yes you have. My daughter has been on this medicine for over a year and we come here and the Gilroy Walgreen's. Check your computer and you will see. She said that they were calling the doctor right now. Now, if I turned in the prescription over a day before that and there was supposedly an issue with it, why did they not call me or the doctor yesterday? I waited more and I told them just give me the paper and I will go refill it in Gilroy, that this is ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened. There was meds last year that they tried to charge me for and I said, Um no my insurance pays the total amount. They said that it wasn't covered under my insurance and I gave them the exact date it was filled and told them to call and ask Gilroy because they supposedly didn't see in the computer that it was free of charge. I had them give me the paper prescription back and went to Gilroy Walgreens. They refilled it within 10 minutes with no charge and I was on my way. All Walgreens have access to any prescription that was filled in any Walgreens. I have refilled meds in other states from Walgreens. So the people working here either need more training or have their head up their asses not doing their jobs. They need to hire more people, let alone people who are qualified and know what they are doing. I go to the VA for my meds so I have no issues getting my meds. They get mailed to me. I have also tried other pharmacies and by far this is the worst one. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service in Pharmacy department. I got in line 5:58 to pick up a prescription, the day before a holiday. As I approach to pick up, they sent me away because they close at 6. Well it's not 6 yet and all I have is a pick up. Sorry we are closed, but it's not 6 yet. Sorry can't help you. I'll Be transferring all my prescriptions and those of my family to a new location and will NEVER shop at this location again.
