I went in with my girlfriend yesterday afternoon and Robert and Lee were able to accommodate a gel mani/reg pedi and another reg pedi within the hour. They were both very kind and respectful. I loved the more intimate space, as most nail salons are so big now, I can't chat with my girlfriends. The space was perfect in Pro Nails. My toes are so clean and the whole pedicure from start to finish was great. Also, my girlfriend said her gel mani was "super legit!" So, that's always good. We will be back! read more

My family has been going here since I was a little girl. They're not flashy or high end by any means but I like my acrylics very simple and they get the job done every time. Also have been going for waxing. Love the way Lee cleans up my brows. Heard good reviews from my family about their bikini waxes as well. Friday's and Saturday's are usually busy and I would call ahead those days just Incase. But they do take walk ins and are usually good at getting you in that day. I definitely recommend. Really bummed I have to give this place one star, wish there was a negative star option. Just went in, with nails that I had just ripped most of the old acrylic off of my self and asked the lady to keep my real nail long and not to shave it down on the tip because I am trying to grow them out naturally. All I wanted was her to buff them, take off whatever acrylic was left and paint them long. She hack jobbed what she could and filed the tips all unevenly and REFUSED to take remove the one remaining acrylic I had on there like she had no clue how to. I seriously was mind blown. Never have I ever had such a mean, unprofessional nail service in my life. I'm seriously pissed. read more

Honestly, the ambiance almost made me walk away but I'm so glad I didnt. I got a pedicure, manicure, face and lip wax. I haven't had such a thorough job on any of those services in a WHILE. The pedicure and manicure were done so meticulously and my nails look AMAZING. My wax was quick, and exactley what I wanted. It's not a place with a lot of bells and whistles but very great service! I have been coming here for years for an eyebrow wax, and I have always been very happy with the service, the low cost and results. I highly recommend for waxing. After a few years of going here my daughter wanted to shop around, and starting thinking maybe if you pay more, you get even better brows. She found out after a few overpriced places Pro Nails, was the best for waxing, quality work and they are just low priced. When you go to a fancy place you are paying for the decor not the work. This place might not have the best decor, but they do awesome work and are always friendly. read more

You know what I actually really like this place. Although I don't come here as much anymore, the prices are really good and they are very sweet. The girls always do an awesome job on my eyebrow wax. I come here when I am near the area. I don't do my nails much anymore but I did love them when I got them quite a few times here. The only thing is I recommend doing your cuticles and stuff before you come in because they don't cut them for you. So I really recommend doing that so your nails stay on a bit longer! Good nail salon though if you're not wanting to go to a super high end expensive place. Good prices here. read more

This is a hidden little spot. The price was good I park in the bank behind it. There isnt always street parking. The people are friendly I get my eye brows done here too. An appointment isn't needed but they do accept appointments. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because its too small. At least for me anyway. read more

Went with a friend who raves about the owner's work. I had the older lady toward the rear. Did a so-so job on my pedicure. Didn't cut me but when I returned home found that she hadn't trimmed the corners of my big toe nails enough. - The nails are prone to becoming ingrown and was the main reason I went in which we discussed before she started. I should have gone to my regular salon but thought it would be fun to go with my friend; she gets her nails and pedis here; also eyebrow waxing. Apparently that is only fine if you have the woman at the front work on you. I will not return here. The shop is also small and for the same price you can find other establishments that can better accommodate multiple clients simultaneously. read more

I been in this place two times. I went to this place after the reviews here, EVERYtime I found a nail place a try for my own with a simple manicure, followed by a polish color change, just to see for my own the service and job performed. The first time I came an Asian girl who does not speak English did an TERRIFIC job! a manicure for $10.00 that lasted me about 2 weeks. I came back to a polish color change, and a man did it. Just to add here, last time was here the man was so friendly and talkative with the client he was working with, while I was being receiving my manicure the first time. Anyways, this second time he did my nail polish, he did ok, not excellent like the other lady. I felt that because I was not getting a more pricey treatment, he kind of treated me different like he was ready to finish with me. Their list says nail polish color change "5.00 and up" My suggestion to the people who visit, is to ask before you get served, because they don't tell you the exact amount until you check out. $7.00 for the service, and the forced tip (by standing with extended hand staring at you) came out to $9.00 dollars. The big deal for me here is that I am a college student, and have no a lot of extra money to be given away, if I would know that the come out will be $9.00 for a polish change I COULD take the FULL manicure instead!! Because I could have a hand massage and cuticle removed for one dollar more! Overall, this place is clean, and if you go with the younger girl for sure you will have a GREAT service. read more

I have tried to get an appointment here twice. Once in person and then on the phone. The girl acts like its a huge inconvenience to make an appointment with them. She acts put out and rude. The first time I thought it was just a busy day but when I called she not only answered the phone without saying it was a business. (She just said hello) When I asked her if this was Pro Nails she said eh ( like I should know) and then was very rude again. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came here about a week ago, and when the lady asked what I wanted when I walked in, I said full set & a pedicure. I sit down and a man named Robert(I believe. The only man there) asks me "your real nail?" And I said yes, because I had gel polish on my real nails. He starts taking it off and and manicuring my nails and I ask him "you're going to do a full set right?" And he drops my hand and says "full set?" And then starts talking to his coworkers and Vietnamese and tells me "you said real nail so I thought u want to keep your real nail now u want full set?" Very angrily. And I said "when I walked in I asked for a full set, and when u came up to me you asked if these were my real nails and I said yes". He kept going on and on arguing with me about what he had said and ended up doing a HORRENDOUS job on a full set. I came back days later for them to fix my nails and they look even more awful. All in all, NEVER going back WORST experience at a nail salon ever read more
