I've gone to other salons in the past and the shape isn't right and the nail looks thick, but not here. My nails last longer and still look good after 6 weeks. I occasionally get a pedicure from them as well and they have a variety of pedicure options. The organic and lemon pedicures are great. This is salon is a 10 out of 10.

Anna was the first person to do my nails, and she made such a great impression that I was excited to keep coming back. Over the past month, I've noticed several employees leaving the salon, including Anna. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have made it clear that this is no longer the salon for me. Two weeks ago, I came in for a new Gel-X full set and removal of my old set because my extensions and natural nails were peeling apart. The set I received was, by far, the worst I've had at this salon. The shape was poorly done, the extensions were excessively thick, and despite requesting coffin, I received square. I also requested a thin black French tip, but it took nearly 45 minutes to freehand a French design that ended up much thicker than what I asked for. I later found out that the set had been done by the owner, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, my appointment today wasn't much better. Once again, I requested coffin-shaped nails and received square for the second consecutive appointment. I also had to ask for corrections to my polish, including a bubble in the finish. During my pedicure, I was cut on my ankle, which was especially concerning. I'm giving this salon two stars because I recognize that the employees are trying to retain their clients, and I appreciate their efforts. However, consistent issues with the quality of the work and not receiving the shape and design I specifically request have ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because this salon started out as a place I genuinely loved and recommended. Unfortunately, that is no longer my experience, and I'll be looking for a new nail salon.

I originally asked for the mid-tier pedicure, but I felt repeatedly pressured to upgrade to the most expensive option until I finally gave in. I also gave the technician the exact number of the polish color I wanted. She came back twice with different colors and kept telling me, "this one better," instead of bringing me the color I had chosen. I had to repeatedly insist that I just wanted the original color. The worst part was the actual pedicure. My feet did not feel particularly clean afterward, there was polish left on my skin, and the technician removed enough skin from my toe that I was bleeding and left with a visible raw area/gash. When I questioned her about what happened, she told me, "It's not that bad. It will be okay." I found that incredibly dismissive considering I was bleeding from a service that was supposed to be relaxing and leave my feet looking better. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying to have my nails done and left. So now, instead of leaving with my nails and toes done for my friend's wedding, I'm going to the wedding without my nails done and with a painful, visible injury on my foot. I like everything French tips, so I would bring her an example picture of what I like and she would recreate the exact ones or revision a better style with a modern twist to it.
