I stopped in here after church with my mom and I opted for the 30 minute session for her for her feet and for my neck and shoulders for myself. As someone mentioned before, there is definitely a language barrier, but the lady is super sweet and her massages are strong and effective. Honestly for the 30 minutes session I received today I felt 100% better than I did after I paid four times as much at a spa down the street-the thing about the place down the street as they spoke perfect English, and didn't have as good of service as far as greeting us walking in as this lady did . The pricing is so unbelievably reasonable here especially the fact that we walked right in and we're seen right away. You can get mini Services for 30 minutes longer services if needed. Someone also had mentioned about the dated atmosphere (it is) for the price and the quality of the massage you're receiving I believe it is a very minuscule thing. I decided to come back weekly to this establishment for a little bit of self-care. I deserve it and this place is definitely worth it.

I had a lady do my foot massage and she was amazing--really careful and thorough, making sure I was completely relaxed. The prices are really fair considering how great the service is. The place itself is super clean, beautifully decorated, and just has a peaceful, calming feel to it. The soft music playing in the background just adds to the whole relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking to treat yourself and feel recharged, I definitely recommend checking this spa out!

She asked where I was feeling pain to make sure she addressed it. The set up in the room has two beds. The beds are heated which I love. It was calming music in the background. Sheryl was very professional the entire time. She also gave me recommendations on how to help relieve some pressure in my back. We love going to spas and getting massages, and May's popped up on my Yelp! I called a couple of days before the July 4th weekend, hoping that we can grab a time. The hotel we were staying at unfortunately did not have any openings that evening so we began to call around places. We called May's Wellness Spa and we were so excited that they could accommodate us for that evening at 6:15 PM which was only a couple of hours away. The place is tucked back with a lot of residential homes nearby so I wasn't quite sure we were in the right place, but it was easy to find. The inside was clean and cozy, and the ladies were very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I opted for the 90 minute massage and it was worth every minute. Both ladies did an amazing job. I requested a basic Swedish massage and my husband went with a deep tissue massage since he was pretty sore from a rough work week. We both left their feeling so relaxed and we both slept so good that night. I highly recommend!

Giving 3 stars because I don't want to trash small local businesses. I was hoping to like this…read moreplace, the price was good, but that was about it. First off, I was walked to a room and the waxer did not give me privacy to undress. Maybe this isn't that strange to some but Ive never had this happen. Secondly, the most painful wax I have ever experienced. It hurt when the wax was applied, hurt even more when she pulled and did not apply any pressure to the waxed area afterword like every other waxer I have been to does. I thought maybe it was just me but I have been getting waxed for years and never experienced pain like this. When I got home, I checked the area and my skin was bright red and torn in several spots (see photo). I do not have sensitive skin and have never had this experience. If you book online you pay a small deposit which goes toward your total, but make sure to remind them (they tried to charge me without including the prepaid deposit). I was hesitant to post this because I do not like talking badly about local businesses but I would hate for somebody else to have this experience. The location itself isn't the nicest but not a deal breaker. The waxer was nice, the service was quick and reasonably priced but I will not be returning. I hope others have better experiences.

She didn't offer me a drink like they advertise in their Instagram post even though we were seated right in front of their mini fridge and I saw other people being offered.
