I booked an appointment the day prior for a mani and pedi. I arrived the day of the appointment and was seated for my pedicure in a massage chair. I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments? The staff rendering the services needs the support from someone dedicated to running the front.I chose to not get the manicure because they all looked too busy and I couldn't wait anymore. I am on antibiotics for the infection. When I called the shop she said I had to bring in proof from Dr. I said I could mail it but I am in Washington. She refused and said I had to come in.
