I like Pink Coffee! It's a little cafe inside of Casino Morongo. They have really good pastries and coffee. I always stop by when I come to The casino. It's nearby the pool entrance and Sage Spa. My favorite thing to order is the creme brûlée, it's just perfect! I've never had bad service, but, sometimes the tables don't get wiped down between customers. That's really the only thing that bugs me a bit. I still come and enjoy my coffee though. read more

I bought items worth of $175 worth on 2-1-25 including a protein box, for $9.00. I had the protein box in the morning, and the eggs and grapes were rotten. So, I threw that box away. On 2-2-25 I bought items worth of $150 and I tried to get a new protein box in exchange. The manager on duty, tall skinny female with pony tail and glasses advised that I should have called to tell them or bring the rotten box back and refused to give me a new box in exchange. How ridiculous is that!. If I would be manager, I would be very concerned about the fact that a customer is reporting rotten food that gets sold in my shop. This is not a first. Many times the pastries are old, dry and hard, uneatable for overpriced products. I think the Health department should take a closer look of the food handling and practices in all the venues at Morongo Casino. Never seen any Health Department ratings posted nowhere. Great service, beautiful cafe located inside the Morongo Casino. They are open 24/7 which is a huge bonus. They were very friendly and welcoming and have a beautiful selection of desserts and a variety of drinks. I enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee and my husband his caramel macchiato as well as the florentine cookies. Prices are fair considering the location and convenience. Worth checking out when in the area. Pre Covid-19 review. I stopped going to Morongo Casino for a while and was intrigued to go back because of Pink Coffee commercial. The place looked so pink and fun. I went back to Morongo for its Pink Coffee. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The place doesn't look like the commercial :( Vietnamese iced coffee ($4.75): this is NOT Vietnamese iced coffee. I have been drinking Vietnamese iced coffee regularly during my adult life. An iced coffee is not automatically Vietnamese iced coffee (ca phe sua da) just because you add condensed milk to it. Make sure you use the right coffee for this. The ratio of coffee to milk to ice should also be considered. What I got was iced sweet MILK. It was horrible! Cappuccino: better than my Vietnamese iced coffee, but it wasn't special. We also purchased 4 different cakes from Pink Coffee. We got 2 different chocolate cakes, a cheesecake and I think a banana rum bundt cake. I remember I didn't care for 2 of them and threw away the other 2 cakes. Macaron VS macaroon. Please learn the difference between macaron and macaroon. Macaron is a French meringue based cookie. Macaroon is made from shredded coconut. I mentioned the sign mixed-up to the worker and she was upset with me. She was also rude when we placed the order. The only thing I liked from this place was the cute Chinese New Year mug. I prefer San Manuel's casual Mo's Cafe over Morongo's fancy Pink Coffee. This was a very convenient coffee shop, located right by the hotel elevators and pool entrance. Pasty was great; coffee was not very good at all. Seating was plentiful with some inside the shop and others "outside" in the foyer area. After seeing the television ads I guess I was expecting a bit more. Never say a harem of dancing 50's girls... maybe we were there during the "off season"? Also disappointing was that even "eat in" is served "to go". For a dessert shop, this place is not good in any aspect. Not only is it overpriced, but nothing even tastes good. The chocolate gelato is watered down and does not taste good. The cheesecake is not creamy and the tiramisu was extremely soggy. The last time I came I got a brownie and it was dried out. Well it's now Dec 25, 2019 Merry Christmas everyone, with that said unfortunately I had a bad experience with a couple of staff members at Pink coffee shop in the morongo casino in Cabazon. It's my tradition that my partner and I spend Christmas together every year at Morongo casino plus the casino is celebrating its 15 year anniversary, and we especially wanted to go see all the new renovations done within the casino floor, and the new room renovations as well. I am a diabetic and my blood sugar started to drop so I told my partner Pink coffee is open 24 hrs let's go grab a pastry and coffee sit & eat hoping my blood sugar would go up quickly before I passed out, well when I got to the counter two staff members were talking and didn't acknowledge me so I said hi, and they saw me but didn't acknowledge nor come over so I waived and said hello to attempt a second time to get either one of them to come over finally the male staff member acknowledged me, but was very rude to me which was uncalled for and at this point neither one of them came over until the female finally came over to help me I had a question about a pastry if it was lemon or pineapple besides let's not forget my blood sugar is continuing to drop, and this was the whole reason I went to pink coffee in the first place. Well after getting my pastry I skipped the coffee at this point I was done, and as I walked away the male staff member was so mean giving rude comments I never gave either one of them a reason to be mad or mean to me the only thing I am guilty of is trying to make a pastry & coffee purchase I took the high road and ignored it, but I emailed the business owner Natalie in turn let Judith the manager know what went on plus before I checked out of the hotel I spoke with Judith and she was on top of it like a great manager should, and they both took my complaint seriously, and for that I give Pink coffee 5 stars for the great management of this establishment pink coffee & kudos to Natalie and Judith for their their team effort for looking into my complaint in which Judith had already reviewed the tape and saw what I had complained about was true so it wasn't a my word against their word due to the evidence. Thanks again Natalie and Judith keep up the great work, and I wish Pink coffee great prosperity in 2020. read more

Morongo's marketing of Pink Coffee had me excited to try it the one time we were actually staying at the hotel. The marketing was an A+ but drinks were meh, pretty forgettable. Sorry! When I buy coffee, I'm looking for something better than what I make at home - this just didn't do it for me. We also bought a croissant which was dry and just a crumbly mess. We wanted to try this place after seeing all the commercials on TV about Morongo Casino. The display of desserts in the dessert case is very impressive, as the decorations look wonderful and enticing, but the flavor and the freshness were not. We ordered 4 desserts. The tiramisu, red velvet cake, cinnamon roll and the chocolate cheesecake. We were hungry after a day of driving and tennis in Indian Wells. The tiramisu was ok. It was a bit soggy and the coffee flavor had a weird taste at the end. The red velvet cake looked amazing from all the cheesecake frosting, but the cake was dry and the frosting did NOT taste like a cream cheese frosting, and there was barely any frosting on the outside of the cake. Just a thin layer. The flavorful part was the white chocolate shavings on the outside.The chocolate cheesecake, had no taste whatsoever, and when you went to take a piece with your spoon (they ran out of forks) it completely feel apart and crumbled. But the cinnamon roll (warmed up) was the best of them all! It was flavorful and tasted just like a cinnamon roll should! Stick with ordering just the cinnamon roll. At least we got to see if this place lived up to all the commercial hype. The coffee was ok, nothing spectacular. Tip: Use your players card for a discount and to see if you have any money rewards to use towards your purchase. read more
