Today we stopped by Starbucks and ordered two lattes, a Frog Cake Pop, and a Dubai Chocolate Bite. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. One of the reasons we like this coffee chain is that you always know what to expect. The atmosphere here is pleasant, with plenty of seating and comfortable couches, which is actually quite rare for many coffee shops. I usually order my latte with blonde espresso -- I really like the smoother taste. Not every coffee chain gives you the option to choose a blonde roast, so that's another reason I appreciate Starbucks. Blonde espresso is a lighter roast that has a smoother, slightly sweeter flavor compared to darker espresso. Everything was great today. Stopped in here this weekend, exhausted, and needed a coffee. I was greeted immediately, and the woman who helped me was patient, calm and kind. I believe her name was Paris, or maybe Karen, I was so tired therefore it was hard for me to remember but she was short, with black hair. Probably the busiest location in town. Used the drive thru and it took a while to place my order but it was made quickly. This store is clean and has a good amount of parking. My frapp was perfect. I received very poor service from one of the baristas who has large ear gauges. I ordered a venti-sized drink, and they gave me a grande. When I told her I had ordered a venti, the barista, in a haughty tone, said, "You paid for a grande," and handed the drink back to me with a glare. The mistake wasn't mine; it was the cashier's, a very kind woman who made a mistake. I went to talk to her, and the woman, embarrassed, apologized and explained the situation to the barista, asking her to please make my drink in the venti size. The barista never even looked at her; she ignored her completely, just as she had ignored me. I don't usually do this, but I was really upset by the barista's attitude. I understand that we all have bad days sometimes, but she was very rude to me and to her coworker. read more

It is conveniently located next to Morongo Casino and there is plenty of parking if you want to sit inside. The service is good and the staff is friendly. I love my Starbucks. But a better solution needs to be found by the manager regarding the drive thru. I noticed what appeared to be only 3 employees in such a busy store. Unacceptable. You need organization and more employees. I left a generous tip because the workers deserved it. Line wrapping around that cars blocked the drive thru exit so now the line was going nowhere nobody would allow me out. Rethink the location big issue ! I hope things change. What prompted me to post this review though was the actions of one of its team members, Ezekiel. I went in on Wednesday and he asked my name because it took me too long to scan my app. So I told him. Got my drink and went about my way. Then I went in on Thursday and Ezekiel greets me with "hello, Mary" as if we'd known each other before. Covid review . Excellent friendly service in the drive thru. They had quite a line but it moved quickly and when I got to the window the staff was very friendly and happy to see my pup in the backseat waiting for his pup-accino. The visit was a little bright spot in our day during social distancing . I ordered a blueberry oatmeal for myself and an iced matcha green tea latte .
