Today we stopped by Starbucks and ordered two lattes, a Frog Cake Pop, and a Dubai Chocolate Bite. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. One of the reasons we like this coffee chain is that you always know what to expect. The atmosphere here is pleasant, with plenty of seating and comfortable couches, which is actually quite rare for many coffee shops. I usually order my latte with blonde espresso -- I really like the smoother taste. Not every coffee chain gives you the option to choose a blonde roast, so that's another reason I appreciate Starbucks. Blonde espresso is a lighter roast that has a smoother, slightly sweeter flavor compared to darker espresso. Everything was great today. That's why we keep coming back to Starbucks wherever we travel or whenever we're on the road. read more

Stopped in here this weekend, exhausted, and needed a coffee. I was greeted immediately, and the woman who helped me was patient, calm and kind. I believe her name was Paris, or maybe Karen, I was so tired therefore it was hard for me to remember but she was short, with black hair. I received very poor service from one of the baristas who has large ear gauges. I ordered a venti-sized drink, and they gave me a grande. When I told her I had ordered a venti, the barista, in a haughty tone, said, "You paid for a grande," and handed the drink back to me with a glare. The mistake wasn't mine; it was the cashier's, a very kind woman who made a mistake. I went to talk to her, and the woman, embarrassed, apologized and explained the situation to the barista, asking her to please make my drink in the venti size. The barista never even looked at her; she ignored her completely, just as she had ignored me. I don't usually do this, but I was really upset by the barista's attitude. I understand that we all have bad days sometimes, but she was very rude to me and to her coworker. read more

Probably the busiest location in town. Used the drive thru and it took a while to place my order but it was made quickly. This store is clean and has a good amount of parking. My frapp was perfect. This Starbucks is my "go to" location when I am almost to my desert destination and on my way back home. The inside is very large, clean and they are now open 24/7 with a drive thru window. It is conveniently located next to Morongo Casino and there is plenty of parking if you want to sit inside. The service is good and the staff is friendly. Nobody greets you and you'll literally be standing at the front counter for what seems like eternity as they just walk right past you with no care in the world if you've ordered or not. I love the Starbucks because they are open 24 hours. The service is fantastic. Even the food is good than most Starbucks places whenever I need a pick me up before I go to work in the middle of the night. This is the one Starbucks that I go to the most.
