This Starbucks is located at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets, and is close to the access road that cuts the mall in half. This location looks more like a good sized snack vendor than a Starbucks. There isn't a drive thru, nor is there indoor seating. There are walk up windows, though. Large umbrellas provide shade to some of the people who are lined up in the queue. Came here 8 weeks ago. The line was long and it didn't move very quickly. The employees here were slow, but they at least made the drinks correctly. A limited number of tables are set up outside in the shade in front of a nearby store, or you can grab a table at an indoor food court couple of doors down. read more

We were shopping at the outlets and wanted some coffee. We saw the cute little Starbucks stand so we thought we'd get some before heading back to the car. It was 7:46pm but the baristas had already closed up the shop. They had moved a stand right in front of the window and were avoiding any eye contact with us. I wouldn't have forced them to take my order, but I was confused about their closing time since it wasn't 8pm yet and simply wanted to ask if they were really already closed. It was a weird situation so we ended up just leaving. After reading other reviews on here, I'm disappointed that the Starbucks workers here close early whenever they want. Starbucks, I really hope you review this locations customer service. The line was huge to start off with when I went which was around 1pm on a Sunday. I put a order in on the mobile app. It gave me a specific time of when it would be ready. I went to the window at my pickup time and the employee had attitude saying " I'll call your name when it's ready" it took a total of 26 minutes to make one tea... my name was never called I had to go check AGAIN to make sure my order was done. read more

This might be the coolest Starbucks I've ever been to. It's definitely unusual and didn't realize ones like this existed! So this particular Starbucks isn't in a building, but rather is more of an oversized booth in an outlet mall. They are able to make non-standard drinks that you just can't get at any other Starbucks. I ended up splurging and trying their Apple Pie Frappuccino which does include apple cake blended in it. It was very good, but a little too sweet by my standards (I think they need to reduce some of the syrups). It was fun to try something new and novel, I would definitely check out what they have next time I'm in town. Service was quick and pleasant. read more

Thus is the freestanding location located at the end of the East village as you are walking towards the west village of the outlet. They have large umbrella stands for you while you are in line since it us pretty hot in this area. Today we ordered 2 frappachinos. Both were made correctly. The staff was friendly and worked quickly without making the transaction seem rushed. read more

My drink was fine the cashier was nice what I am mainly pissed off about is that the manager said i had to come back to get my refill so i said ok I got my drink then went back for a free refill then she tells me we got to use the same cup so finish your drink but the thing is my cup is a cold cup for cold coffee and i was trying to get hot coffee for my mom because she loves hot coffee I pay too much for starbucks and they tell me no free refill i never in my life except for that other starbucks by la jolla have seen this . I have been to a total of 20 starbucks and only two are doing this something is up. The cashier had such a great attitude for everything and called the manager about free refills I'm guessing he is new at saying no to rules. You better thank your employees manager otherwise i would take my rating down to -10. This already has a bad review on yelp which i did not bother checking because i thought all starbucks followed same policy. The overall look was cute. Since I always comes on a warmer/hot day, I always get flavor iced tea or a frap, never messed up. One star off due to long line and keeping their napkins on the inside. Probably one of my least favorite starbucks places to go to. Always have slow service and the people here speak so softly when there is an window fan over ontop where you are talking to them. Of all the times i have come here because it was convient to order and go pick it up. Also They dont get the topings right or the details of the order. There had been times when a girl was giving me attitude about my order and she made one of them wrong and i had to talk to the manager about it. Every time I go in the morning before work, the staff is always super nice and greet you kindly. My order is usually fulfilled really quickly if it's not busy. However, if you are here on a busy day, it's best to order ahead of time on the app to avoid waiting in line, ESPECIALLY if you work in the mall! There was a long line and people in the back were taking personal calls and eating French fries. One man stormed off as the full staff was ignoring us. The barista clearly disregarded my request and it was clearly printed on the tag. I've been to many Starbucks around the world and this is by far the worst Starbucks ever. She stated they were having problems with their computer. I was watching and no one else was asking about the status of their order. In addition, when I received my order it was wrong.
