Love this place and the employees that work so hard there! It's gotten very popular over the years which means constant long lines. Everything is backed on premises. Great fruit tarts, always fresh, things move fast there so fruit is always fresh and shell crisp. Poua, has helped us many times there, I do regret I can't name all the great employees there, I'll have to look at some receipts, none the less, they are all naturally friendly though I think they under staff on some shifts, heating things, scooping gelato and making coffee drinks all take time when you have a line of anxious customers. There are a few tables and chairs scattered around, nice place to watch the crowds if you can snag one. The only change I'd make is have an extra person during busy times, and never just two, it's really too much for two to handle things there when things do pick up. This hit the spot and was not glazed on top nor was the custard sweet which I prefer. Good choice if you want something fresh and not heavy and rich. The cafe is cute, but not really all that pink? Pink Coffee Morongo Casino Resort Open 24/7, Pink Coffee has a constant stream of customers since it's strategically located, close to the elevators leading to the hotel and also toward Oasis pool area. Lines get long because there are only two employees at most shifts who do both preparing the orders and cashiering. Though busy, place is well maintained. There is always a person cleaning tables once they're vacated. I've witnessed a female employee clean all the spills and mess a group of customers with kids made including the floor which appeared so sticky and grimy. Their black and white patterned floors are very clean despite the heavy customer foot traffic. Their baked goods are not so fresh. Some items are really humongous and hefty but not tasty. We tried the spinach and feta croissant and Dubai bow tie croissant. Both look good but flavor is lacking. However, their desserts are scrumptious and outstanding, like the lemon bar and chocolate mousse cake. We also tried their Ube macapuno (coconut sport) gelato. Portion was big but you can only taste its sweetness, not the Ube macapuno flavor. For drinks, we only tried their coffee and cafe mocha. Really strong and very, very hot. Be careful! Pink Coffee is ok...They are understaffed so I appreciate their hard work. I ordered iced Matcha latte with almond milk. It was $7.50 but i used my Morongo card and it came to $7.27. I almost saved $0.75 on my order plus tax. The tables weren't clean and they smelled very gross. The Ambiance is crowded because we are in noisy place so no blame. My ice matcha wasnt make correctly and the matcha was regular matcha which it wasn't properly mix with almond milk. It was ok but not legit matcha latte! Well, at the Morongo casino for breakfast, I decided to stop and get a coffee as well as a wee cheesecake. The line to get service was probably 20 people deep, and it took nearly 35 minutes for me to get service. The coffee was great, the cheesecake was divine, But the two ladies working the counter are simply not enough. To add insult to injury, two other people popped from the back into the service area, looked around, and went back behind the door without helping at all, one male and one female. I assume they are managers with terrible management skills. Management, please help these ladies with their work and help your customers with their orders. read more

The huge guava cheese danish was not great. There was barely any guava and the cheese was like a ball on top of the danish. It tasted like a croissant and they called it a danish for seven dollars!! The food here was very good and very affordable. Large sizes with decent price. The employees were prompt and educated. Tany gave great service and really made the last day of our trip the best. We tried the macarons and the cupcakes. Unfortunately I gobbled the cupcake before I could get a picture. It was strawberry with a fresh strawberry on top. It was like a ganache frosting with jelly in the middle. Yellow food cake for the base. Also had these pearl sprinkles on it. The macarons are huge about the size of your palm and so flavorful!! Decided to check this place out earlier this afternoon, simply for its name! We were dropping by Morongo Casino on the way out of Palm Desert to head back home and noticed they had a coffee shop! We walked on over and were surprised that we completely missed this the last time we were here. I think they have early hours and we were there pretty late last time so maybe they were already closed? We ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee, chocolate mousse cake, and a cannoli to share. I looove Vietnamese iced coffee and they did a pretty good job! The thing about Vietnamese iced coffee is that they use condensed milk which is super delicious and I recommend trying it if you love iced coffee. The chocolate mousse cake was very rice but so good. It kind of had a fruity flavor to it but no actual fruits? The cannoli was also delicious and we had enough to save for later because of how rich they both were. I came in today February 10 around 6:30 after I ate food at the restaurant across from there shop I decide to try a desert at pink coffee because it looked good however when I was waiting to order my ice cream I watched three people a head of me pay with their debit Cards and she asked none of them for their I'd but when it was my turn to pay for my 5 dollar ice cream she held on to my debit card and said I'm gonna need to see your id. What a gem to find! Pink Coffee is everything I love about caffeine, pastries, and desserts all rolled up into one 24-hour spot. To say I was surprisingly shocked would be an understatement. Their offerings are fresh and fantastic and their service is just as great. Whether you're staying over at the casino or just visiting for the day, Pink Coffee is definitely not a spot you want to skip out on. Located inside the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa right before the entrance to the Oasis Pool and elevators to the hotel, the Pink Coffee is a 24-hour cafe open to both day and overnight visitors. They are the casino's coffee spot, though they offer fresh baked goods and desserts for all palettes. There are a few tables with chairs to enjoy your coffee and treats in which they also have free wifi (probably as part of the casino) for patrons to use. Every visit I have made to the Pink Coffee has been pleasant as the staff is friendly, able to carry good conversation, patient with questions, and knowledgable about the products they're selling. They have always been super helpful and kind. As cheesy as it sounds, the staff I've encountered have been as sweet as their products. I have yet to have an item I don't like from the Pink Coffee, however, my absolute favorites are the Large Raspberry Macaron and the Almond Croissant. Both have always tasted super fresh - the macaron shells never taste stale and the croissant is always the perfect amount of flakey that I prefer. I highly recommend any of these two items if you're open to trying them. There is so much more to try and I look forward to a visit to the Pink Coffee whenever we head out to Morongo Casino. Very good coffee!!! So after dinner and some more slot machines my wife and I got some coffee to go because we had a two hour drive back home and it was getting late. The coffee and cappuccino we got was very good. We also took home a few of the great looking croissants. The next morning it did not disappoint! The chocolate croissant and the strawberry cheese croissant were super good. We heated them up for fifteen seconds in the microwave and BAM! I'm going to get in the habit of taking home some goodies from this place when I'm at Morongo gambling away... The staff were all nice and the shop was very clean and bright. I give this review a 1 because I experienced a couple of negative things. 1. The Cashier (female) was dressed very sloppy, as if she just woke up. Hair was a mess. 2. I usually order a Bear Claw whenever I come (and it's always been great) but this time it was completely burnt and tasted awful. Super disappointed because I cherish coming here for a pastry. Everything is freshly made and delicious here. Our favorites are palmiers, spinach and feta croissants, fruit/cheese danishes,. They also have refrigerated items, salads, breakfast burritos, ham & cheese with lettuce and tomatoes, fruit bowl. Lots of hot and coffee drinks. This cafe is located inside the Morongo Casino. The casino has a structured parking for free. No trouble with parking. From the parking garage it is to the left...fyi as I circled the casino haha. I tried an eclair, a butter croissant, iced green tea and a hot french kiss. The eclair was custard filled, not whipped cream just as I like it. The butter croissant had a good flakiness to it. The drinks were good but I liked the French Kiss coffee more than the green tea. Prices here are a bit high but I suppose it IS inside a casino. The decor of the cafe was sooo cute tho.
