Great fruit tarts, always fresh, things move fast there so fruit is always fresh and shell crisp. Poua, has helped us many times there, I do regret I can't name all the great employees there, I'll have to look at some receipts, none the less, they are all naturally friendly though I think they under staff on some shifts, heating things, scooping gelato and making coffee drinks all take time when you have a line of anxious customers. There are a few tables and chairs scattered around, nice place to watch the crowds if you can snag one. The only change I'd make is have an extra person during busy times, and never just two, it's really too much for two to handle things there when things do pick up. Got to speak with him 3 years ago, and then a few days ago. Super nice and helped me and a friend pick out our meals. This time it was the turkey with provolone cheese, chips, and a strawberry smoothie. My friend had already eaten but got an iced coffee drink. My sandwich was very good. It was morning still and the smoothie was a bit too much to drink, but we thanked Todd, and he gave me a sweet iced tea on the house to go. This mall is huge and I think they only have one restaurant and a small food court with like 6 eateries. I recommend this one, and I recommend coming to these outlets at least once. My wife had the green chilaquiles topped with birria, and the birria was packed with flavor and incredibly tender. Every bite was delicious. I had the red chilaquiles topped with chorizo, and honestly, they reminded me of the way my mom used to make them. That alone brought back some great memories. I also ordered a small bowl of menudo and... holy shit. This place is fire. To top it all off, it's a Blue Zones Project Approved restaurant, so you can tell they care about quality ingredients as much as great flavor. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
