The meat was tender and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the sauce was addicting. I got there right at opening and waited over an hour for my food. Note that I also came in the middle of summer so everyone walked out of there with mosquito bites. Luckily, he did have bug repellent available for use. I'd come back to try more food, but would probably wait until the winter.

It is hard to find, so just be on the lookout when you drive up the street, you should see a tent with a blue table underneath it that's next to the truck. The owner is very friendly and made me feel at home, excellent service. The ambiance is very authentic, he even has a small bluetooth speaker playing latin music and everything.
