The only things I could identify was ground up horse gram, some sweet onions, and some thinly shaved ginger, but it had a lot of complexity. Highly recommend that and the rose milk (especially if you need some relief from the spiciness when you start out.) I had a little bit of my friend's butter chicken sauce, and that was excellent too. More heavily tomato-based than I'm used to, but a lot of depth of flavor. I'd happily order that in the future. I can't wait to come back and try their buffet when my diet restrictions are over :) Service was great. I asked if a few of the menu items have coconut in them since I'm allergic, and our server double checked with the kitchen for me and was very nice about it. Really pretty dining room as well. I still think they have best flavors better than any east coast indian food, better than any west coast too. The veggie kofta are some of the best in the country hands down. The atmosphere is very low key, almost calming after being at the capital and severs have always been nice, funny and helpful for those new to Indian flavors. Why dont they have a Michelin Star?
