Thai tea. Very strong, very good.
Keoni B.

Been wanting to check this place out for a long time. So glad I finally got the chance. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean and the seating very comfortable. The food, the star of the show was delicious. Everything we ate was so good. We ended up sharing our food with each other so we wouldn't miss out. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Heck, it's worth the drive if you're not in the area.

Upon entering, restaurant was very clean, welcoming and had great seating. Waitress was very kind, easy to understand and prompt in helping us with our order and delivery of our food. We really enjoyed the flavor of the Pho. They do not include white onions in their pho dishes, as some other places do. We ordered their Thai Milk Tea, too, which was also tasty. They have a very tidy place and one time use chop sticks. Definitely recommend and would come back to try more menu items!

This windy and cold weather is calling for a pho! And where we go- pho4real of course. Always great service, and vegan option on the menu- makes our life much easier. Me and kids can have our regular number 22. And husband can have his vegan option

We are so happy we went to have dinner at Pho4Real restaurant. The kids love the food, and they were so happy to see Ms. Annie. She is so kind and always makes us feel very welcome. She is always checking on us to make sure we're okay. The ambience is relaxing and clean.

pho was ok. i got the rare steak and brisket. came with the standards sides. service was fairly quick. ambiance was standard.

Ghost town yet ridiculous wait time. For a prepaid pick up order.

Came in for one thing. Ghost town inside. The one thing I came in for was paid for prior to me arriving. Yet I still sat and waited for it the same time as it I had just came in to sit down. Horrible experience. Will definitely avoid based on this type of service

Great weather to get this local Pho for lunch. Friendly service and broth deep flavor, and meat was tender. Recommended from my sister-in law . Delicious !

Absolutely recommend the eat-in experience because it's the best way to enjoy pho! I have been to Pho4Real four times now and have tried the Vegan Spring Rolls - Gỏi Cuốn Chay, Crispy Tofu - Đậu Hữ Chiên Giòn, Crispy Egg Rolls - Chả Giò, and all these appetizers were fantastic. My favorite bowls of pho are the Combination bowl - Phở Đăc Biêt was great especially if you like brisket with soft tendons (collagen, hello!), and the rare steak pho. Hits the spot, PhoReal. (Sorry, I had to lol!)

A decent pho spot in Henderson. Staff were alright. Service was a little slow - I had to let them know I was ready to order. We got 2 bowls of pho tai chin. Their broth is good. Not too fatty and it was light. I liked how they gave a lot of bean sprouts and mints. The bowl needed more meat though especially it being a $16 bowl.

Vegan Pho DELICIOUS

After a long hike filled with ropes, rocks and hot springs, this pho is basically therapy in a bowl. The broth was light but deep with flavor, the herbs were fresh enough to taste the garden, and the noodles had just the right chew/thinness. I felt restored and highly recommend this location! Went to the other location that is now called Pho Ever but still has the same menu and it just wasn't the same energy. Come here! Servers are efficient and the ambiance with plenty of booths is calm/spacious. I love that they have the vegan section on the menu clearly. Just be aware sometimes it doesn't come with everything listed ie the vegan pho does NOT have onions or mushrooms like the menu states. Which is fine as it's easily 5 stars but wish they'd cross those ingredients off or update their menus already! The vegan spring rolls with tofu are well made too. Skip the vegan pad thai though, it's nothing special. I stop here after every hike now for my vegan pho soup therapy; Best post-hike ritual I've discovered yet! 051125

Waters right away
Christina R.

Pleasantly surprised that the dining room was fairly full for a Thursday at 6pm. Normally this would make me a bit nervous, thinking the service might be not so good, since there was just one server, but that wasn't the case. We were sat immediately and given waters right away. Our server, the only server, was a real pro and made sure to check on people a lot, even if that meant she was doing extreme multitasking, I was in awe of her. We ordered the crispy egg rolls, which were quite excellent. They didn't taste old (like they had been frozen for the last 3 years) and they were cooked perfectly. The filling was generous and tasty. We also ordered the seafood pho (only comes in large) and two large number 11s. Large is extremely large, but we get them because we like to take home the leftovers for a second meal. I know, it's better when the soup is separate from the fillings, but another bowl of pho for $1 more is too good of a deal to pass up. The broth here is fantastic. I like the cleaner, lighter version they have. Although it was lighter, there is still an intense, deep, slow cooked flavor that you're looking for with this sort of soup. The amount of noodles and meats they provide is nice. I like spicy but I'm not the biggest fan of sriracha so I asked for chili oil and she brought it out right away. The pricing is really good here as well. The value is worth the stop in.

Pho broth was great The large is LARGE they don't skimp on protein Thai tea was great Took off a star Only because we ordered egg rolls & usually it comes first as an app- nope, we got our pho FINISHED it & as I proceeded to go up & pay, they brought it out. kind of disappointing but food overall was great

Pho restaurant located in the Horizon Ridge shopping area right off the interstate. We started with the Shrimp spring rolls. The order came with 4 rolls and peanut sauce. It was delicious. For our meals we had the pho and fried rice. The portions were very generous and we only ate about half. Very quick!

Let's be real, this gets a 5 on price and value…read more We got the onion egg pancake. By nature these are not crazy flavorful, but were cooked well. Need like a sauce trio or something for dipping. We also got the special fried rice (really good but I hate peas) . My wife got a seafood stew of some form. Like $15 and a ton of seafood. My daughter got seafood noodles. Same thing. $15. Tons of seafood. Very herbacious broth. I got brisket noodles. The beef was tender and well seasoned. The noodles here are made in real time while you watch. The are so much better than anything store bought. And the broth was so good it's mostly what I ate. In total we were like $75. We left full and with leftovers. The place is small, quite clean and authentic.

Thus, when I do find one that I enjoy, I end up going there a lot when the cravings hit -- and sometimes it takes me a while to get to reviewing a place because I'm admittedly too obsessed with trying everything first before I do. Kung Fu Noodle is one of my favorite noodle joints in Henderson, and along with Shang Artisan Noodle on Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, it's one of my go-to Chinese restaurants whenever I'm craving the cuisine. As you might have guessed from the name, they specialize in noodles -- the hand-pulled kind -- and when you come in to the restaurant, you can often see them preparing the noodles by stretching the dough multiple times when you look in the kitchen. It's quite fun watching them prepare the noodles that eventually end up in your food, like those satisfying food videos you watch online... the restaurant itself has a very zen feel to it despite being in a strip mall, so it's a great place to relax, too. Noodle soups and noodle dishes are the name of the game here, but they also serve wok-fried dishes, various street foods, and different kinds of fried rice if you're craving it. Their noodles are among the best I've had, only matched by the noodles I've eaten at Shang -- soft, yet still having a chew to them as they do an amazing job of soaking up the flavor from the soup or sauce that they're cooked in. The fact that I come here repeatedly is a testament to how delicious their food is -- and how cheap, too! A bowl of noodles with appetizers will only run you $20 at most, and considering the quality, it's well worth it! My go-to is the beef brisket noodle, and I order a side of wonton soup from the appetizers to add to the soup. Other standouts include their seafood delight, kung pao chicken, their beef chow mein, and their shrimp tempura and potstickers! It'd be much easier to list the food I've ordered here that I didn't like, which is... nothing, lol. The best part is, the service here is pretty quick, so you're not having to wait long for your food or drinks. Needless to say, I consider this place one of Henderson's best-kept secrets, which is why I'm willing to spill this particular secret since you really can't go wrong with delicious noodles, whatever form they come in. Try this place out -- and thank me later when you add it to your local rotation.

I had some favorite ramen shops in Philly that I still think are stellar, but the one thing they were missing was this minced pork. I will add that **** to EVERY kind of ramen bowl! I like it even more than the char siu! I ordered the takoyaki appetizer and was not disappointed. I must have been a cat in a past life because I am obsessed with bonito fish flakes and you can never put too many of those on top. The only thing I struggle with is the fact that I feel guilty eating octopus, so I don't order takoyaki as often as I used to. The service is friendly and the beer is cold. The ambience is relatively low lighting, cozy izakaya vibe, with modern touches in the decor. The icing on the cake is the face that they have melon cream soda. Ramen. Minced Pork. Beer. Melon soda. Cozy, clean atmosphere. You don't have to twist my arm to get me to tell you I'm a regular now. My mom tried tonkatsu for the first time and I'm happy to report that she really liked it. This place just became my favorite ramen spot in the Las Vegas area…read more The flavors blew me away. Quality ingredients served in a very appetizing manner. I was greeted right away by the lovely Jay. She took my drink order and let me look over the menu. Then, I saw it , Tsukemen ramen. My favorite ramen dish ever! I ordered the soft shell crab as an appetizer. It arrived quickly and looked amazing. The soft shell crab was absolutely delicious. The sauces were exactly what I wanted , sweet, creamy and spicy. The Tsukemen flavors were off the charts. The pork chashu was grilled and had an awesome char flavor. The soy 6min egg was so good and the kimchi was fresh , sweet and perfectly spicy. The dipping broth was also beyond good. I wondered if this was the best thing on the menu. I saw other diners looking at my table. This happens a lot, when I eat Tsukemen. Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.

Chef/owner Pam Panyasiri has a great history, originally opening Pam Real Thai in Manhattan in 2001 before eventually bringing her cooking to Las Vegas. I believe Chef Pam herself was the one who seated us. The restaurant was very clean, and around 5 PM there were about three or four other tables eating. I had the chicken Pad See Ew at spice level 10. I love spicy food, and this was easily one of the spiciest dishes I've ever had. A true test, but still very flavorful. The spring rolls came with a plum sauce that was really good. My son loved the crab rangoons and also had the chicken Pad Garlic & Pepper. My wife had the pumpkin curry with chicken, which was also very tasty. Service was great, food came out very fast, and the pricing was reasonable. We also noticed Thai customers coming in to eat while we were there, which is always a good sign when you're looking for an authentic experience.
