I would give this a solid 2.5 to 3 stars. It's fast food but not the good kind or street food. It's not fully authentic but it's a fix. I wish they put basil, cilantro carrots or anything in the spring roll. The sauce honestly just pissed me off because it cost $9 bucks. service is SO HORRIBLE!!!!! the employees aren't friendly at all. If a customer ask for something, they make it seem like a problem for us even asking. They NEVER come and check on you and if everything's okay. They leave your beverages empty unless you ask for more. They don't greet anyone that comes through their doors. They paired nicely with the fresh lettuce and noodles *com tam (broken rice) with cha (egg omelette) and suon nuong (grilled pork chop) were okay. The pork chop was well seasoned and tasty. The egg omelette was a miss - lacked a lot of flavor and didn't taste traditional. Broken rice tasted okay too. *The fish sauce looked and tasted different. It tasted like watered down fish sauce from the bottle mixed with sugar. Fish sauce brings everything together! So I was disappointed. PROS: a lot of options. The broth didn't need any other condiments because it was just that tasty. Unfortunately like any other western I needed to put chili and been sprouts and the whole "enchilada". I also ordered extra lime because you know when you try a new place you don't really know if the broth is Edible. I also ordered extra onions, I was so glad it came in the bag so I added siracha, lime and hoisin sauce to it dipped my meat in it. Overall a great experience and so filling. Just if you choose to DoorDash make sure you ask for utensils they don't give you any. Went here a while back and although they say they open at 10AM, we weren't able to dine in until 11. I thought it was a fluke but I went again a few days ago and the same thing happened. If you dont want to open at 10 AM, change your hours! Both the sign in the front of the restaurant and the posted hours on Yelp both say it opens at 10 am which is super misleading. We have been coming here for a good 10 years now. Over the years, we have seen a very little change from the taste of their pho, and other noodle dishes. My son likes their curry dishes and fried rice. My favorite is 39B - Thai salad with shrimp and chicken. Every Thursday, except during the lockdown due to Covid, we are there. The older guy who takes our order already knows what we want, with face covering ! Recently, we tried their smoothies with boba. I like honeydew and Thai tea flavors, they are on the sweet side for me but it still pass. The prices are reasonable because every dish can feed two people, eating it alone is way too much - indigestion can happen. So, when you are not a big eater or on a diet, always ask for a to go container to split the food before you touch it. This is more hygienic and it prevents you from over eating. My in laws wanted to come here because it was the closest one they knew about. It didn't disappoint. The pho here is tasty and plentiful. The broth is clear and tastes home made.The noodles weren't stiff and there is plenty of accoutrements given for each individual bowl. Some of the basil looked withered on my plate, but my father's in laws plate was fine. It must've been just a bad batch of veggies. One of my favorite things here is they the condiments section. One of the few places I know that have roasted garlic chili oil for that spicy kick. Inside the place has plenty of seating, but looked to be a bit discombobulated and unkempt. The service is quick and ordering was a breeze since the waiter punches in the orders on an Ipad. This place is easy on the wallet and you won't leave hungry. I love this place! I always get the extra large Pho Ga bowl and a side appetizer Bi Cuon. The pho is always the perfect temp and has such a great flavor. I always have to order extra sides just because for some reason they never give enough to split between me and my son, but that just may be our preference of what we add.
