    Beef Bahn Mi
    T B.

Had to go to Moreno Valley and it happened around lunch, so I thought why not try a Bahn Mi. Store had 3.5 stars and the sandwich was listed at $8.50 online with Yelp. Out the door for me, it was $9.78. I did like that they gave a Soy sauce and a Chili packet plus plenty of napkins. The sandwich was normal size, the flavors were pretty good and the bread was flakey on the outside and soft in the middle. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. To be frank, it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Glad I tried it

I've been coming to Pho Ha since they opened. I just realized I haven't done a review! I've also compared many Pho Ha in different cities and around MV. This location has the best tasting food overall. The beef pho broth is always on point. It is very balanced between, sweet, spicy and umami. It's comforting any day. They also have a great selection of beef cuts to match your mood. With a big open dining room, they can accommodate large crowds that rush in at peak times everyday. Service is always quick and friendly. You can easily order by the pictures or numbers on the menu if unfamiliar.

The Pho here is always great every time I have come here. Pho tastes fresh and delicious every time I come in. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, when you ask for something they get you everything need. Inside is always quiet and tranquil. Everything is always clean.

My mom and I were out the whole day doing errands and we found this place seven minutes from where we were at. The place was really nice and service was really quick. The food came out in a few mins and they have good portions. We got some of their Pho, Vermicelli noodles, and spring rolls, and they were really good!

A lot of grease, only 3 pieces of meat!! And there's no veggie condiments at all on the side

For the price they are charging they are absolutely robbing their customers I paid 18.31 for soup and bread.. I got not even half a portion of what they serve in the restaurant. The quality keeps getting worse and the portion is robbery! This will be the last time I support this business.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon and was quickly seated. I have heard that this place has great pho, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the chicken pho, beef stirfry, and veggie noodles. Everything was served quickly and was fresh, the service is friendly as well. My favorite part is the spacious area and the variety of items on the menu. We also got Vietnamese coffee, which was perfect. The ambiance is clean and chill, definitely look forward to coming again.

    BBQ Pork Pho

The customer service is always great! The food is the best! I used to eat here once a week when I lived in Moreno Valley, but now that I moved to San Diego, I go here whenever I am in Moreno Valley. They make the best pho and I cannot find their BBQ pork pho anywhere else in socal. Their spring rolls are also one of the best I've ever had from any pho restaurant. Also, the environment is very nice and comfortable.

Chicken egg rolls (4 pieces included before I ate 1.5) and lightly sweetened avocado smoothie. Yum!

Likewise with the wanton noodle soup they are very generous with the wontons. We had already eaten at least six. The chicken based soup was very rich and flavorful and well balanced. The shrimp wontons were delicious and the noodles were firm and had a nice chew. The fried chicken wing appetizer was very different. They were lightly fried very tender and well cooked and then tossed in a lightly sweet and savory sauce with onions and peppers garnished with cilantro, delicious. The service was excellent. Our server promptly brought us ice water, and the menus gave us a couple of minutes to look at the menu and then when we said we weren't quite ready, gave us a couple more minutes to make a decision and took our order. The service was very prompt, but not rushed. The other excellent thing was our server came by to refill our water several times when he saw that our glass was getting low that is so unusual these days usually you have to ask for a refill and you may or may not get it in most restaurants now, I love that. The interior is very neat and orderly, modern decor and very comfortable just a sidenote the men's room may be one of the cleanest that I have ever seen in an Asian restaurant. Kudos to the staff the food quality is excellent, it's a comfortable environment with great service. Highly recommended. I'm really looking forward to trying more things off the menu, the number 72 is going to be the next thing I try it looked delicious. Someone else was eating it and I asked our server what it was.

The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Saturday lunch. Their menu has a wide variety of Chinese-Vietnamese dishes and we tried their broken rice dishes. Food came out fairly quickly and prices were reasonable for the portions. We only had an hour to eat and there was plenty of time to eat and chat because of how quickly the food came out. I ordered the #51 charbroiled beef with broken rice and my hubby ordered the #56 shredded pork and pork chop with broken rice. We were seated inside one of their secluded booths so it felt like we could have a very private conversation. No complaints and a solid spot for the college students at University Village.

The menu was a bit sticky so I recommend they wipe them down once in awhile but fortunately my table had a sanitizer bottle so I made use of it after making my choices: pho tai and iced jasmine tea (unsweetened). I really love pho and am used to the broth of my favorite place in Pomona. This place had darker broth which was savory and quite good. I used all the bean sprouts, leaves, jalapeño slices and a generous squeeze of the lemon. I also used a spoonful of sriracha as needed. The rare thin slices of beef cooked quickly in piping hot broth and the noodles were well cooked. Very satisfying meal. Several more customers came in while I enjoyed my dinner. I felt a little self-conscious because the different family members were watching me eat. I'm sure they were being attentive, wanting to make sure to notice if I needed anything, and they weren't staring or anything but that was still kind of funny. Decent pho, quick service. I was happy with my experience overall.

I walked in to place a takeout order and the young guy working was sitting down in a chair and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. No "hi," no "how can I help you," nothing. I literally had to walk up to him and tell him I wanted to order. The entire time I was ordering he just stared at me with zero facial expression or basic customer service skills. No thank you, no appreciation, absolutely nothing. He handed me my food the same way ...silent and rude ... and mind you, I still left a tip. To make it worse, they didn't include any condiments. When I asked for a small container for chili oil to take home, he rolled his eyes before going to the back to grab one. Then when I politely asked for a few more containers for the other sauces, he immediately said, "No, we don't have any." At this point it feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. I understand people have bad days, but this level of attitude and lack of basic respect is unacceptable, especially for longtime paying customers. Sadly, after years of supporting this place, I don't think I'll be returning.
