When you want something hot, soothing and delicious...Pho hits the spot every time! Their broth is rich and delicious. The servers are always quick to get you seated and served. The atmosphere has a quaint, comfortable feel. Great for family dining.

Busy busy this Sunday but that did not impact the service or food! Service was fire and food was delicious. I got to tell you i ate here two times and both times was good. Packed resturant but still the workers like a fine machine had it cleaned up and looking good. Clean organized kinda noisey but its a Sunday! Loved it

My mom and I were out the whole day doing errands and we found this place seven minutes from where we were at. The place was really nice and service was really quick. The food came out in a few mins and they have good portions. We got some of their Pho, Vermicelli noodles, and spring rolls, and they were really good!

I've been coming to Pho Ha since they opened. I just realized I haven't done a review! I've also compared many Pho Ha in different cities and around MV. This location has the best tasting food overall. The beef pho broth is always on point. It is very balanced between, sweet, spicy and umami. It's comforting any day. They also have a great selection of beef cuts to match your mood. With a big open dining room, they can accommodate large crowds that rush in at peak times everyday. Service is always quick and friendly. You can easily order by the pictures or numbers on the menu if unfamiliar.

For the price they are charging they are absolutely robbing their customers I paid 18.31 for soup and bread.. I got not even half a portion of what they serve in the restaurant. The quality keeps getting worse and the portion is robbery! This will be the last time I support this business.

    BBQ Pork Pho

The customer service is always great! The food is the best! I used to eat here once a week when I lived in Moreno Valley, but now that I moved to San Diego, I go here whenever I am in Moreno Valley. They make the best pho and I cannot find their BBQ pork pho anywhere else in socal. Their spring rolls are also one of the best I've ever had from any pho restaurant. Also, the environment is very nice and comfortable.

    #11 pho I think

They sat us down quickly, and then the people behind us a bit later. The then took the other tables orders before ours first, even tho we had called them over first. The food came quickly and it was good, my only issue was the broth it didn't have much flavor, It was lukewarm . I wouldn't come here again for the pho. My mother had a fried rice dish and loved it.

When we walked in, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, and the only clean table available had buckets placed underneath it to catch rain leaking from the roof. We initially sat at the first table near the door since it was the cleanest option, but because it was cold and raining, we asked if we could move to a different table and requested that it be cleaned, as it still had the previous customers' mess on it. Keep in mind, before we moved, the waitress handed us a jug of water and two cups, which we brought with us to the new table after it was cleaned. Once we sat down and began looking at the menu, she came back and took the water and cups from us -- which was honestly confusing and uncomfortable. We probably should've said something in the moment, but like most people, we assumed it would be addressed when she returned. That wasn't the end of the experience. While she was clearing our table, a larger party arrived after us and was seated. Not only did they have their order taken before ours, but I also noticed another party who arrived after them being helped as well. I hate to bring this up because I understand how stressful service jobs can be, but the waitresses also had an overall attitude that made us feel unwelcome. At that point, we finally had enough and decided to walk out. We're genuinely pretty laid-back people and usually very understanding, especially when places are busy. However, the restaurant wasn't busy, and there didn't seem to be any clear reason for the way things were handled. I hate to bring this up because I know service jobs can be stressful, but the waitresses had an overall attitude that made us feel unwelcome. Because of all this, we finally had enough and decided to walk out. To be honest, we may come back in the future, but even though the food looked amazing, the service was simply too poor to stay. For now, this earns 2 stars.

The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Saturday lunch. Their menu has a wide variety of Chinese-Vietnamese dishes and we tried their broken rice dishes. Food came out fairly quickly and prices were reasonable for the portions. We only had an hour to eat and there was plenty of time to eat and chat because of how quickly the food came out. I ordered the #51 charbroiled beef with broken rice and my hubby ordered the #56 shredded pork and pork chop with broken rice. We were seated inside one of their secluded booths so it felt like we could have a very private conversation. No complaints and a solid spot for the college students at University Village.

The menu was a bit sticky so I recommend they wipe them down once in awhile but fortunately my table had a sanitizer bottle so I made use of it after making my choices: pho tai and iced jasmine tea (unsweetened). I really love pho and am used to the broth of my favorite place in Pomona. This place had darker broth which was savory and quite good. I used all the bean sprouts, leaves, jalapeño slices and a generous squeeze of the lemon. I also used a spoonful of sriracha as needed. The rare thin slices of beef cooked quickly in piping hot broth and the noodles were well cooked. Very satisfying meal. Several more customers came in while I enjoyed my dinner. I felt a little self-conscious because the different family members were watching me eat. I'm sure they were being attentive, wanting to make sure to notice if I needed anything, and they weren't staring or anything but that was still kind of funny. Decent pho, quick service. I was happy with my experience overall.

I walked in to place a takeout order and the young guy working was sitting down in a chair and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. No "hi," no "how can I help you," nothing. I literally had to walk up to him and tell him I wanted to order. The entire time I was ordering he just stared at me with zero facial expression or basic customer service skills. No thank you, no appreciation, absolutely nothing. He handed me my food the same way ...silent and rude ... and mind you, I still left a tip. To make it worse, they didn't include any condiments. When I asked for a small container for chili oil to take home, he rolled his eyes before going to the back to grab one. Then when I politely asked for a few more containers for the other sauces, he immediately said, "No, we don't have any." At this point it feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. I understand people have bad days, but this level of attitude and lack of basic respect is unacceptable, especially for longtime paying customers. Sadly, after years of supporting this place, I don't think I'll be returning.
