What made the experience worse was that a man, who may have been the owner or someone working there, approached me and asked why I was making a difficult request and why I was making things difficult for them. I was surprised by how rude and confrontational the interaction felt over such a simple accommodation. Needless to say, we got up and left before eating. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience left a very negative impression. After reading some of the other reviews, I can understand why the rating is what it is. If asking for a simple modification is considered "making things difficult," then this may not be the place for you. We will not be returning.
