The Pho is exactly what you would expect, a large bowl of broth full of whatever you like, pork, beef, wontons, and/or noodles with a small tray of add-ins (basil, bean-sprouts, jalapeños, limes, etc.). The "Special Sandwhich" is a bahn mi with Pork, bbq pork, ham & pate. The pickled vegetables and cilantro really add a nice picant bite to the fatty/meaty component and the French bread is both crunchy, soft, and plenty durable for the contents of the sandwich.
