I found this place on my trust-y Yelp app. The reviews led me here. We came in and got seated right away and waited a while to get our order in. It seems the owner is around, but is just there to be an authoritarian IMO, but I digress. So, our server was really sweet and attentive after waiting a while, so that made up for the slow start. We ordered: -bun bo hue - 5/5 When I tell you, this is the best BBH I've had in a while! The broth was just savory, spicy and full of delicious warmth. You know that is someone's granny's recipe. -Spring rolls - 3/5 It was OK, could've had more protein. It came out way later than our meals. -#60 - Grilled pork chop with shredded pork and omelette over rice-5/5 -Vietnamese iced coffee- 5/5 The restaurant itself its very spacious with plenty of seating. There are pictures everywhere, which gives it a local, mom and pop vibe. Overall, I would go back for the food if I am in the area. The food is definitely worth the visit.

Our go to Pho Restaurant. (I think it's mostly everyone's go-to, too lol) This time we ordered Bun Rieu for the first time. I always feel like I'm eating at someone's house when I go here. Service is relatively fast.

Late night eatssss! Good stuff. Perfect spot for a big group eating noodle soup. The staff here are so nice, especially the owner! She has photos with lots of locals all over the wall. I enjoy the Pho Tai here, but my boyfriend actually tried the Bun Bo Hue this time. He loved it! He said the broth wasn't too salty and very flavorful. The noodles were a little undercooked and the meat portion was just okay... but the broth was SO GOOD! The Pho Ap Chao is also tasty, but not a must order. The portion is really big and a guilty pleasure when I want something fried and saucy. Not bad!

I LOVE supporting small, family-owned businesses, and Pho Saigon makes it so easy to support them. They've been in business for over 15 years now, and this place has been a favorite among a lot of my friends who grew up in Milpitas, so I was so excited to finally try it! The owners are a husband and wife duo, and the wife is sooo funny and sweet! She got our orders in super quickly and brought out waters immediately. Our food also came out very fast as well. I got the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio, and the grilled pork was super tasty with a smoky flavor. I would 100% come back for this dish. I also tried my friend's Pho Ga, and the broth was very clear and flavorful as well. I have an issue with some pho restaurants having too much cinnamon in their broth, but this one was perfect! Overall, I think I found my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant to go to. The parking lot is also huge so finding parking is super easy!

This is one of my favorite pho restaurants! They close pretty late and the service is always great! As soon as we come in, we are greeted and seated. The sweet old man even pulled the chair out for me to sit in. We were helped right away whenever we needed something. The place is fairly big for plenty of customers to dine in. My friend and I ordered spring rolls, hot tea and a small pho. We received the spring rolls almost immediately, and they were so yummy. The pho was also amazing! It was the perfect blend of meat, soup and veggies. The restaurant is also very clean. If you're from around the bay and crave some pho, i recommend this place. It's in my top 5 favorite pho restaurants, possibly top 2.

Came here with my brother and dad as it was recommended by my brother and this place is just okay for me. Soup was ok. Could use more flavor. Service was lackluster. It was hard to get someone's attention. They didn't give us garnishes for the soup. Took sometime for us to get it. Thai tea was also okay. Egg roll was good. But that was it. Ambiance was nothing special.

We ordered for takeout on a Sunday evening. The restaurant had a clean and casual environment and was quite busy inside, with most seats full and staff working hard to serve customers. Our food took 20 minutes to be ready. We got several items from the menu including hu tien saigon dac biet (house special big rice noodle soup with shrimp, crab, meat, squid, pork, & fried shrimp cake), grilled chicken over rice (the chicken heavily seasoned with a flavorful marinade), bi cuon summer rolls, and pork & shrimp fried egg rolls. Everything we got was made fresh and delish. I was especially a fan of the fried egg rolls, a tasty mix of shrimp and pork wrapped in a nice crispy outer layer. My bf devoured his noodle soup dish too... I can see why he's a regular here.

Credit cards accepted. I haven't visited this old place in years. Foods and beverages are still good tasting and good in presentations. Menu includes lots of selections and everything is inexpensive/more affordable than its competitors. Old places deserve recognition sometimes. I was expecting lots of crowds and long lines on a Saturday after 12 noon, but it turns out to have lots of space and tables now. Lots of available parking spots outside too. Walls are filled with memorable group photos and community events. Old ladies are still busy hustling and bustling inside. Boss lady is usually staffing the front counter. Don't expect much service here as it can get very busy at times. It's still a good casual option for a good bowl or Pho, rice plate, and other dishes. I actually like the Bun Rieu tomato crab cake noodle soup here. It's perfect for my tastebuds. While prices are decent nowadays, expect the $14.50-$16 bowl small size to be small/good for portion control. You pay more for larger bowls. Number one Pho dac biet special is ok. Very satisfying even with small bowls here. Ingredients and flavors are good. Bottles of sauces on tables were wiped down clean at our table. There's just lesser customers inside on a Saturday lunch hour now. That was surprisingly good for quiet visitors. Small family businesses are great. Convenient location. It's still delicious and casual here.

Tried this place many times and the pho is deliciousrich, flavorful broth, perfect noodles, and tender meat. The space feels nice and clean, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and prices are very fair for the quality. The owner is very welcoming and really adds to the experience. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend.

Service: the staff is warm and welcoming. They make sure your order is correct and they deliver fast too. Food: the fly is pretty good but I prefer another style of fried spring roll for sure but it doesn't affect the flavor :) The price increased quite a bit since we came last year. Ambiance: very casual.

Craving for some pho and I like to keep my order simple with brisket only. Service is fast. Seems like a good amount of people come here on their lunch break as well.

First time trying Beef Stew at Pho Saigon. It was good. It came out steaming hot. It was temperature hot for a good 15-20 minutes while I tried eating it. Usually, it doesn't stay that hot for that long! The egg noodles were good. Chewy and cooked well. The beef stew was plentiful with flap meat, brisket, and tendons. The broth was beefy and rich.

Everyone knows I love a good bowl of pho or bun Bo hue. This place has amazing broth and meats, but I wasn't a fan of the noodles, they had a stiff texture that I didn't understand, I would come back again, but give pho a chance next time. The lady at the cash register does have attitude, but the food is great!

First came the house special beef salad. It was refreshing, tangy, crunchy, different textures all around. Delish. Secondly, came the beef in wine vinegar fondue. The beef are raw, you will cook them in the broth. Wrap your own spring roll with the wrappers, veggies provided along with the beef that you cooked in the broth. They do refill veggies and wrappers as needed. Third, came the steamed beef patty, beef wrapped in lot leaf, beef roll with onions and lemongrass, grilled beef sausage. You can eat these as is or wrap them into spring rolls. Lastly, came the beef porridge. In my opinion, the beef porridge was the star of the night. Flavor was on point, ginger was not overpowering. It was really good. It was such a great experience but got a bit messy from wrapping my own spring rolls lol. Our servers were attentive and friendly. Ambiance was nice. A good place for family having lunch/dinner. Place was clean. Located in a busy plaza with lots of other restaurants, Grocery Outlet and other businesses.
