The meat is tender and good quality, the only downside is the ratio of meat to noodles is off. There was a ton of noodles and a few pieces of meat. Came here for the first time because my brother recommended it. The food was fire. The broth was so rich and the beef was so tender. Probably one of the best pho I have ever had. The wagyu fried rice was also delicious. The rice had so much flavor and was loaded with meat. The eggrolls were also great, really crispy and loaded with meat. The only complain was the service. From the moment we got sat down, our server just had a bad attitude. And in the middle of her being our server she was hanging by the drinks area eating. Im vietnamese so I've had a lot of pho in my life. This is one of the best ones. My boyfriend and I split a large bowl and got a plate of egg rolls to share as well and it was the perfect amount. We had asked them to split the pho for us as well to make it easier and they did so which we appreciated. The meat is so tender and delicious. This used to be a beautiful Thai restaurant next to Lucky Dog, both went out of business, I really miss both of them, thanks for nothing Cameltoe, Boeing laying off 17,000 n Walmart too so most restaurants are near empty people can't afford to dine out. This restaurant is basically a pho restaurant, not much else, they don't have the flaming blowtorch to make sizzling beef table side n the beef is grass fed beef leaner than the Wagyu in GG. I was disappointed the shaken beef was not marinated n lacked the flambé flavor n it didn't come w noodles or fries, I'm not a big fan of rice that's my secret of not getting fat after 53 cruises, rice is so high in starch/carbohydrates, higher than baguettes. The beef stew (bo kho) was so flavorful, it was very oily but the flavor was what I missed so the heck w cholesterol, I ate the whole thing, this was a 5 stars soup, the beef was cooked it was mouth watering tender, 95% of the other restaurants made them so sweet I hated it n the beef was so chewy I needed Fred Flintstone teeth or real fangs to chew them! lol I haven't had this in a year as a result, it's not worth knocking my teeth out n damaging my smile lol . I think this place is definitely great for a one-time try for its novelty. I'm a bit of a traditionalist with pho, but we did come here to try the wagyu pho. While it was very delicious and the wagyu was indeed A5, I'm not sure if I would see this as an experience I would do often, if not ever again. I did however really enjoy the wagyu carpaccio was is an interesting dish! I also felt like the quality of food didn't match the ambiance of the restaurant. The restaurant is clean but the ambiance itself isn't anything memorable- then you're served this $50 bowl of pho but I mean hey worth a try! Love the food but tipping practice is not ideal. You pay the bill at the table with a mobile card reader. Suggested tips begin on the higher end, 18% and up, I think. You do have the option to set custom amount. It takes longer to input. If you pull out your phone to calculate or discuss with the rest of your group, the server is right there. They might say thank you with their mouths at the conclusion of the transaction but they say something else with their eyes. That alone makes me think rethink coming back. Maybe it's no huge loss for the establishment or staff but it is for me. My advice to other diners is to think about it before you ask for the bill.
