I usually get the same thing every time i go since i work in the same plaza! I typically get the pho combo with wide noodles. I do noticed the difference in the meat texture from this location to the other one since it's grass fed. Less fatty and more meats! I also get pickled onions and passion fruit tea. If you are a meat eater, , you're going to love this place! My son brought me some Waygu Beef Phó and while I'm not generally a beef eater, I'll admit to this being one of the tastiest in a soup I've ever had. The broth was really extraordinary. I was a bit disappointed to learn that they do not have fresh spring rolls or gift certificates available as I went in to buy a gift certificate for him. Get with it Pho Redbo! Oops. The place is very clean, very light and bright and spacious. They also have a walk up counter where you can place your order and take it to go with very friendly staff and service. I tried the egg rolls, fried rice, the combination pho, Bo kho, sliders, Bo luc lac, banh mi, fries and the flame grilled meat. Out of everything we tried, I really enjoyed the flames grilled meat, fried rice and the pho was really good. The meat is cooked in front of you in fat. It was tender and not overcooked. The fried rice was delicious and the flavors were great and not dry. Pho was good, the broth was flavorful and all the meats were all so tender. The sliders were also good, we definitely enjoyed that. The egg rolls I thought were okay, it need a little more of something but I did like that it was crispy. Out of all the food we had, my favorite was the sliders so juicy and packed with a ton of flavor. The next favorite of mine was the fried rice. This had to be one of the best fried rices I have ever eaten. It was packed with different cuts of beef and again so flavorful. I'm a pho lab addict but they happened to be closed one day so we decided to try Pho Redbo. What I loved was being able to order the thick Pho noodles which isn't always offered everywhere. The meat is tender and good quality, the only downside is the ratio of meat to noodles is off. There was a ton of noodles and a few pieces of meat.
