I would give this place a 4.5! This was my second time here and it was just as good as the first time. They have two kiosks for to go orders, one near the door and one near the register. I got the grilled pork banh mi ($12) and matcha latte ($7); it came out to $21 and some odd cents. Ive never had a freshly grilled pork sandwich to go before. I wanted to eat it later but it was hot with fresh veggies! It was packed with grilled pork, so juicy and tender. The only down side was it was fatty pork, it was still very tender but some stringy gristle; that when you bite it a big chunk of meat would pull out. I ended up piecing the meat with my fingers to separate meat and fat and putting the meat back in my sandwich. I didn't care tho, it was so good. The crunch of the cucumber, spicy sliced jalapeños, pickled carrots and daikon, home made mayo and extra pate.. hmm hmm good. Nice chew and crunch from the baguette that held everything in! This was a massive sandwich. Really recommend! Maybe stick to the chicken banh mi, I had that on my first visit and it was just as big and freshly grilled too! It was the reason why I came back a couple weeks later. Oh and the matcha latte was standard, nothing special but Good! You get to pick out the sweetness and no milk subs. If you're going to serve hot soup on a hot day, you better make sure your AC is running at max. Unfortunately it was running much less than that and it was very muggy inside. I was a little scared my baby was going to overheat. Our server was nice but very incompetent. He couldn't remember any requests and had to be asked multiple times before getting something. They have multiple servers and I'm confused as to why he was so confused. Food is very mediocre. If I'm in the area looking for pho, I will be going to pho Almaden. Their broth was not savory enough and they gave such little meat, it definitely did not justify the cost. Not only did our waiter forget about dessert and had to be reminded, but he put in the wrong order. When we asked about it they said the dessert was just made... Sure thing. When we wanted to cancel it, they didn't even offer anything from making us wait so long and getting the order wrong. I'm always suspicious of places that do too many things. So a place like this that does pho, vermicelli bowls, coffee, milk tea, Korean desserts, croffles, etc. you know that everything will just be "meh." Wanted to give them a chance but will not be coming back when there are way too many good Vietnamese options around. read more

This is one of those times that I really wish I could give 2.5 stars. I rounded up since they just opened and I'm sure they're still fine tuning everything. The food was good- our table got a little bit of everything and had no complaints about the taste but also wouldn't write home raving about it. The service was friendly but disorganized. My friend had to remind the server about a single request about three times. We wanted to give them a fair shot, so we ordered dessert. We waited 15 minutes, and even after asking about where the dessert was, it never came. We canceled the order and had to leave; dining with a toddler and a baby makes it hard to stick around for slow service. The decor is nice but the temperature was also way too warm for how hot it was today. Overall, they really need to work on some hospitality basics to make this a go-to spot. read more

The filling was OK but yo the bread... its not freshly made. It was so stale I could barely eat it. Its basically old bread and they just threw it in the conventional oven for 5mins. I was looking forward to coming here. Upon entering, it's a cute spot. Love the way it looks. However the food. It's on the pricey side for street food. The banh mi is $12.00 and it's skinny. Pretty good Pho place off of Almaden Expressway. I been here several times now and the food has not disappointed. Service is fast and attentive. It's unfortunate back in Dec 2025 that the restaurant had to deal with dine-and-dashers, so now they make everyone order and pay upfront and also got rid of the tablets for ordering (were people stealing them?). We found this gem on Yelp and they did not disappoint. We got their brisket and short rib pho and bun thit nuong with shrimp and a side of eggrolls. All were delicious! We sat outside with the pups and were greeted immediately by a very nice lady who offered some suggestions based on the most "popular" items on the menu. We opted for the pho with ribs and let me tell you we were not disappointed. It came out in these very cool metal bowls and we could tell immediately that it was going to be good because of the appearance of the soup - deep red and oily on top with the ends of two substantial rib bones poking out of one side of the bowl. First taste of the soup and we knew we would be adding this place to our "go to" list. Just enough combination of saltiness, beefiness and pho spices. The noodles (we tried both regular and fresh) were perfectly cooked and easy to eat. Ribs were tasty and beef was not tough like some other places. Insanely delicious. I got the seafood pho and it was off-the-charts amazing! It came with 7 big shrimp, a broth so light, but so flavorful, and the fresh noodles that was silky and soft. The service was so inviting and friendly, and extremely attentive. You can tell they're really proud of their product, and it shows. Side note: I sat in one of the booths, and I appreciated how firm the cushion was, and not soft. Soft cushions feel yucky over time and hard to maintain durability. Also, I like the attention to detail with cleanliness and condiments in the tables! Sriracha bottles can get so gross after a while, haha. read more
