Pho Now! Not pho later!!! Nestled on cap ex in a not too busy plaza is Pho now! I got the pho ga, it was rich and savory. Service was very fast and interior is fun and modern.. My friend enjoyed their other dishes.
Came in this past Saturday with a friend after looking up trendy places on social media- they really knocked down the advertising side of the business. Not much service like the vids showcase. The decor was pretty cute and some were pretty trendy! The pho was generic in flavor and warm, got cold as minutes passed by. I can say that the meat was great quality! We were only disappointed by the portion that was given. The pickled onions were fortunately a cherry on top- would recc getting that on the side. It's an alright place for pho, nice trying it out though.

The pork chop I had had a lot of grissle and fat. Add on top of that that there's bones meanth there was very little protein. The nice thing was that the com tam was served on a sizzling plate and the broken rice on the bottom was a little crispy. Nice touch. Pho was okay but the soup had too much star anise. Garlic noodles were on the dry side and lacked garlic flavor. Also the presentation was pretty sad on this dish. Just a large plate with some spaghetti and slices of pork on top. No garnish or anything. Wish I took a picture.
This restaurant is my boyfriend's absolute favorite! This was my first time coming with him. It is located in a plaza with lots of parking. Service was quick. We ordered the spring rolls and wok stir fry beef pho with fresh noodles. We also got a salted kumquat plum tea. Everything was delicious. I really enjoyed how fresh the spring rolls tasted and the dipping sauce was an incredibly great pairing. The pho was really flavorful. I understand why it is my boyfriend's go-to order now! The drink we ordered was also super refreshing and came with chia seeds. A bit on the sweeter side for me, but I still enjoyed it. I would definitely come back again!
I visited Pho Now today, and it's clean and organized restaurant. The staff were friendly, and I ordered the #1 Special. The broth was flavorful, and the meats were nicely trimmed. They have a great variety of dishes to choose from! The only minor downside was that the serving of bean sprouts was a bit small amount. Overall, it's one of the better bowls of pho I've tried recently. I will definitely be back!

We happen to be the area looking for a spot to eat at after doing errands. I have been wanting to try one of the newer Pho restaurants in South San Jose, Pho Now. We arrived on a late Saturday afternoon for lunch recently. Pho Now is located in a nice large plaza off Capitol Expressway. Lucky grocery store and the popular Cha Cha Sushi is located in the same shopping plaza as well. Parking is accessible in the large parking lot out front. The Vietnamese restaurant has nice modern cultural decor. Colorful fun Asian characters and some Japanese art are present in the front and counter area. It is spacious and clean with plenty of tables for dine in. We ordered 2 shrimp and pork vermicelli and 1 kids bowl with beef balls. Everyone enjoyed their delicious food. Our vermicelli bowls were huge and looked appetizing. The shrimp was juicy while the pork was unfortunately chewy. Noodles were tasty. My son said his kids bowl was yummy and the beef balls were scrumptious. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Pho Now. The staff were nice and accommodating. There was a robot server that brought over cups of water to us which I thought was a nice touch. The price point was in the higher side for Vietnamese food in the area but the dishes are large proportions. The vibe was family friendly and bustling. We hope to be back to try other dishes on the menu.
The house special hits so good. There's a lot of volume in the Pho, which is not common with a lot of other restaurants so this just adds on. The service was super quick and very friendly. The ambiance of the place is soo random, but I'm into it. Just random figures and statues everywhere, but it made me want them for myself. They have videos playing of influencers who have eaten at this spot as well.

The ambiance was really nice and clean with a lot of cool statues on the counter. The food was amazing. My son and I both got the custom pho w meat and a side of the beef ribs. Everything came out nice and steaming hot and the meats were really tender. We got the eggrolls appetizer and I like it because the use the springroll wrappers to fry instead of your typical eggroll wrappers. ALWAYS ask for chili oil because they keep it refrigerated behind the counter. The Coconut drink was refreshing and not overly sweet! Definitely a great first experience and I recommend this place 10/10!

Love coming to this place whenever I'm craving pho! My go-to order here is the wok-seared filet mignon pho, since the meat is tender and the broth is flavorful. If you're feeling something cooler, though, their vermicelli bowls are also fresh and tasty. I personally like the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls the best, but you can also get ones with shrimp, lemongrass beef, or tofu. Pho Now is located in a plaza with plenty of parking along Capitol Expressway. The servers here are friendly, and my orders have always come out quickly. Would love to give some of their rice plates a try in the future as well! read more

AMAZING PHO SPOT!!! If this is your first time at Pho Now, be prepared to be WOWed like I was. Enormous portions (size Large pho lives up to its name) and super yummy and fresh ingredients. I opted for the "wok-fried filet mignon" pho and it was as unique as it sounds. Small pieces of wok-seared garlic and filet swam all over the steaming hot and flavorful broth. I've never had anything like it. Easy 5/5 stars for Pho Now. Parking was a breeze (same parking lot as ChaCha Sushi, Tastea, and Lucky supermarket). Service was excellent and friendly. I ordered pho #9 and eggrolls. I have say the pho broth was seriously lacking flavor. I never add fish sauce but I added a lot and it was still bland. The eggrolls were extremely stale. I only ate 20% of the pho. Service was fast tho. The restaurant was clean. read more

We were seated and greeted right away upon entering the restaurant. They have an extensive menu. We ordered the Grilled Pork, Shrimp, Egg Over Rice On A Sizzling Platter and the Grilled Pork, Shrimp, Egg Rolls With Vermicelli. The waitress gave us a complimentary appetizer. It consisted of Egg Rolls and a Fresh Shrimp Roll. The Grilled Pork, Shrimp, Egg Over Rice On A Sizzling Platter was still sizzling when it got to our table. The Grilled Pork on both entrees were tender and flavorful. The Grilled Shrimp wasn't overcooked. The Egg Rolls were crispy and crunchy on the outside. The prices were fairly reasonable and they were generous with the portions. We were surprised with the free appetizer. We will definitely be back to try their Pho. read more
