They basically gave you 2-3 slices of the meat types and one of the shrimp and squid. The rice noodles were super bouncy and chewy and already tossed in their Leung sauce. My only problem is that it had already solidified into a ball when I tried to mix the noodles and meats together. The seating is limited though, so I can imagine it gets really busy if you come with a bigger party. Parking can be a bit of a hit or miss, sometimes it's tough to find a spot in the parking lot, so it might be easier to park at Target nearby and just walk over if you notice that you're coming at a busy time. I ordered the dry noodles, and my partner did too. The flavor was good, but I personally felt the portion was on the smaller side. It comes with a side of broth with green onions, but to me it was just okay, not very seasoned. At other spots I've been to, they include a piece of bone-in meat in the broth, but here you'd need to order that as an extra. Hits: * Hu Tieu Nam Vang is very delicious.
