I love love love that they put the chicken separate from the pho for the chicken pho. the chicken is juicy and the broth is very clean tasting. I also tried their chicken goi with bap chuoi and that was so yummy (lots of onion crisps if you like that). I have heard that they can take a while (up to an hour) to give you your food after ordering so keep that in mind. Food itself was essentially what you've had at most other places. Ambiance (4/5): * As far as pho places go, pretty nice, comfortable, much newer feeling, open, high ceilings. Service (1/5): * One star for not being rude, at least there's that. * Had to flag down to order. * Had to ask two different people for water. * Food took an hour to get to our table. Menu (4/5): * All the hits, few photos. Beef Pho (4/5): * Solid, tender beef and tendon. Chicken Pho (2/5): * Chicken was served separate, butchered in the Asian way where it's attached to the bones. IMO this method makes it more laborious to eat and there was very little meat attached. The staff was nice and welcoming as well. The food came out fast after you order. I got the chicken thigh pho and it was boiling hot, fresh noodles and tasty broth. The only thing I was disappointed about was the chicken was not boneless. It was annoying trying to get rid of the bones. It's one of the things I dislike when eating chicken pho and prefer boneless. Ordered com ga and requested white meat with no bones and skin. ​I was just introduced to this spot by my buddy today and i had to write a review. This has officially become my new go-to Vietnamese restaurant. ​ ​The highlight of the meal was the beef. It was incredibly succulent and cooked to a perfect medium, tender, juicy, and just slightly pink in the center. It was paired with grilled bell peppers and onions that complemented the flavor profile beautifully. If you like a bit of heat, they have a fantastic spicy hot sauce readily available on every table. ​The rice was also spot on. It wasn't mushy or al dente, it was just right. I highly recommend using the provided soy sauce saucer with chili peppers, it adds a nice salty tang and a subtle kick that takes the rice to the next level. ​ ​My buddy ordered a natural sugar cane drink that I'd never tried before. It was incredibly refreshing and not overly sweet. Interestingly, it reminded me of a Vietnamese version of horchata, though I don't believe there was any milk in it.
