Flavor is good but my gosh is it oily! I got the spicy pork noodles and added extra noodles for free which is nice. I like the pickled vegetables too but I don't think I'd come back because I like drinking the soup when getting noodles soup but can't drink much of it here

Love this place! The service is one of the reason that I keep coming back to this place. Not only the owner, the staff is also super friendly and helpful. They seem to be busy but we always like to talk to them for a few words. The flavor is also good. I'm not a big spicy eater but it smells authentic. I usually ask for no spicy and their soup noodle will still be a bit mild spicy.

Came in on a slow Thursday afternoon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food was okay, but nothing stood out or made it memorable. The biggest issue was the service. It was extremely slow and felt almost non-existent. It took a long time for our food to come out despite the restaurant not being busy, and it was difficult to get the server's attention when we needed the check. Good service is an important part of the dining experience, and unfortunately that was lacking during our visit. I hope they can improve their attentiveness and overall hospitality.

great place for rice noodles! i like this place more than some other places because of the variety of options like vegetarian and chicken. I do wish they had a soup option for vegetarians but it's pretty hard to get a good veggie broth so it's understandable. what we got: cucumber salad (5/10 yums): I think the reason why I rate this so low is because of preference. I almost always get cucumber salad at restaurants. However, this cucumber salad was just a tad bit bland and had WAY too much cilantro. I usually do like cilantro, but it was way too much. hot and sour woodear salad (7/10 yums): Although I did enjoy this, I do feel like I've had better woodear salads before. This one had a strong lemon taste which kind of threw me off, but I personally liked the onions that went with it. chicken rice noodles (10/10 yums): my GO TO. I like how it is refreshing and not too oily or heavy. I love how there is an option for low salt, which I usually go for. Golden triangle (8/10 yums): I usually prefer soup rice noodles, but this is a great option for vegetarians. It is heavily spiced and has the option for spicy or non-spicy.

Had 575 bookmarked for so long and was super excited to finally try yesterday! Came for dinner and was seated right away at 6pm. Staff are friendly, spot is pretty small but kid-friendly and self-serve utensil tables. The Wagyu Soup Noodle bowl was super bland. So much so that my partner had to add a ton of chili sauce, and I had to add other seasoning toppings. Would be open to trying the beef noodle soup next time but the Waygu soup bowl wasn't it. Pig ears were pretty good but sliced super thin.. thinner than the onions..

I've been eyeing this spot for a long time and finally got a chance to grab dinner last night. It's been high on my list because every time I came to the movie theater next door, I'd see a long line of folks waiting to get in. The service was truly excellent. Jeff, the chef (rhymes!), was kind and welcoming. He could tell it was our first time and went out of his way to check in, give advice on what to order, and how to enjoy it. The wagyu and chicken soup were both outstanding -- flavorful, hearty, and healthy. Here's the part that took it over the top for me: they had accidentally forgotten our fried tofu. I happened to be nearby this morning and stopped in, fully expecting them to ask for proof of purchase or be resistant. Instead, they just handed it to me. No questions. That's top-notch customer service. I'm now a promoter and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I got the intestine noodles soup. I'm glad that they have a non spicy version. It was okay... hence the 3*. I think it's enough to fulfill my craving, given that there are not a lot of options for Chinese noodles soup in that specific area. The place is quite self serve. Order with QR code and there are some condiments you can get from the counter. It's a small restaurant. I think I will only go back if I happen to be there

Spicy beef noodle soup: 4/5 I've had so many spicy beef noodles but this one takes the W for this category. The flavor is absolutely perfection. No complaints. Hit every category in flavor. Only critique is I'm not a big fan of these slippery noodles. Just not satisfying with the flavorful soup. Such quick service. More of a quick and casual dining restaurant. Barely had to interact with workers since you do ordering through QR

the service staff here are great, they are very attentive and food comes out within a reasonable amount of time (~20 minutes). I like the sauce bar they have on the side, the portion is a good size but it's still a little bit pricey (upwards of $30 for a bowl). the ingredients are very fresh here, the flavor of the food was good, and the inside of the restaurant is a good space. I'd come back to try other dishes.

    - big plaza with plenty of parking - sat at the large communal table in the middle - quick service! You order through the QR code - utensils and chili oil and pickled veggies at the center of the table (1) spicy beef noodle - the soup broth was delicious and rich in flavor, the rice noodles picked up the broth great

Great spot for Mifen! By far I think is my favorite spot. We got their pork intestine mifen and spicy ground pork mifen to try. Both bowls were flavorful, spicy, and had plenty of meat. You scan the qr to order through your phone and shortly after your hot howl of mifen will arrive. Definitely will come back to try other items on their menu.

Located right next to the AMC theater, it's hard to miss with all the neon lights and the massive screen out front. We finally got a chance to check it out, and since we were on a tight schedule before our movie, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. Service was efficient - we sat down, were served, finished two bowls of noodles, and were out within 45 minutes. This spot is especially comforting during the cold winter months. The only misstep was ordering for the first time without realizing the highly recommended dishes included Mala numbing seasoning, which isn't my preference. That said, the meat was incredibly tender, the noodles were cooked just right, and I loved the generous amount of chopped green onions and cilantro. I just wished there were a few more pieces of bok choy. I'd definitely come back to try a different soup base so I can fully enjoy the experience next time.

I shared the Signature Chicken Big-Bus Miishien Soup which was plenty of food for two. Noodles were very springy and chewy, and I loved the flavors of the broth. Very interesting serving of the dish, the broth came out with the noodles and toppings separate, then we poured everything in the broth bowl to heat it up. Super kind servers who explained the different menu items to us. The vegetarian option, a dry noodle Golden Triangle Soldiers Miishien was also quite good. QR code ordering and had a pretty quick and smooth dining experience.

I am basing my review off take out since I don't usually eat there* It's nestled in the plaza off Aborn Rd and White so parking shouldn't be an issue. The inside isn't extremely huge, but there are tables - though there are times when the tables are put out. But if you go up Aborn a bit, there's Evergreen Square where you can sit and enjoy the sun! Definitely call ahead of time if you are doing platters, but they also offer 2-3 item combo plates! Every time I have visited, the staff is pretty kind and get your order out to you as soon as possible. OKAY THE FOOD: * Chow Mein: delicious. you CANNOT go wrong with this item, it's perfectly made and gives the authentic "take out chow mein" taste * Salt and Pepper Pork/ Wings/ Calamari/ Shrimp/ etc.: Literally anything that's salt and pepper, I LOVE. My family and I usually get the salt & pepper pork or wings, depending on what we're feeling. 20/10 would recommend. * Honey Walnut Shrimp/ Chicken: Another all time favorite dish here - they somehow get the shrimp/ chicken crispy despite it being in the sauce. LOVE. * Chicken Green Beans: A classic, but also SO DANG GOOD. Please note that if you are getting an entree, expect your plate to be STUFFED. happy eating! x

The Chinese take out restaurant is located in a plaza in San Jose off White Road and Aborn Road. Parking is accessible in the large parking lot out front. The restaurant is clean and the modern decor is simple. There are a few tables inside for dine in but it appears this is mainly a take out restaurant. I ordered a salt and pepper wings and walnut shrimp. Both dishes were tasty. The salt and pepper wings were crispy and moist in the inside. The wings were flavorful and scrumptious with every bite. The walnut shrimp were crispy and sweet. Unfortunately the cream sauce was underwhelming. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Evergreen Panda. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and family friendly. The restaurant reminded me of a local neighborhood favorite. Price point was fair especially for the portion sizes. I will be back to order other popular items from the menu.

We walked in right at opening to a completely empty dining room. Instead of leaving, we browsed the menu and ordered XLB, pot stickers, jelly fish, and pea sprouts (my personal fav) so glad we didn't leave! The XLB are a nice size, with each precious dumpling cradled in its own foil wrapper for maximum soup retention. The potstickers were full of flavor, packed with protein, delicately wrapped, and had the crispiest, golden bottoms! Jelly fish was fresh and the pea sprouts were a hit! The poor owner answering the phones made sure (in all languages) to inform folks calling in that there were a different May Flower than the other place-felt terrible for her but also understood the importance of differentiating right up front. I can only imagine the number of misorders they have probably dealt with. By the time we were done, the dining room was filled with a mix of what seemed like regulars, locals, large groups of families, small groups of friends... this feels like we stumbled upon a tiny hole in the wall restaurant where everyone who has been before just knows the quality and taste they are going to be getting! Highly recommend you check this place out for a dine in or take out order!

This is one of the handful of American Chinese restaurants that stood the test of time. As is typical of these places, there was an old lady manning the counter and also acting as the server. And as is typical of these places, there was table at the end where they were prepping the fruits and veggies. It's truly remarkable how they are all similar in these ways! We got a couple of dishes and they came out at lightning speed. * Chowmein-3/5- delicious with lots of umami flavor but shockingly greasy. I mean I am used to oily noodles but this one exceeded some limits. *crispy salt and pepper eggplant-3/5- I had a stellar version of this dish at another restaurant in Sunnyvale and was stoked when I saw this on the menu here. Unfortunately it was a poor representation of the dish I loved there. The batter was too much and the dish felt heavy. The hot oil or sauce they had felt old and extremely vinegary as well, I would recommend avoiding it.
