Had to try out my old favorite pho spot since they are under new ownership... Service is attentive and it's nice to see a familiar face from the past ownership. I first had my typical ribeye pho... i ordered a large and the only negative would be that I wish there was more noodles. The ribeye is served on a separate plate with red onion and cilantro.. this ribeye is even better then before. There is a nice char flavor and the meat is plentiful. The broth can have a bit more flavor but overall it's on par for what I expect and I tend to dress mine up anyway. Overall the pho is a 8/10 and the ribeye makes it a 9/10. I went back today and tried their beef banh mi. This was my favorite item on their menu with the past ownership, and the beef is the same ribeye that comes with my pho so I knew I was in for a treat. Unlike other pho spots in town, they really fill their banh mi up! Plenty of meat, a beautiful bunch of fresh produce and a good amount of their sauce (in fact maybe a bit to much as it was dripppng everywhere but still amazing... can't hate on to much sauce) Overall the banh mi was just slightly below the previous owners banh mi's on my list of top sandwiches. I would rate it a 8.8/10. I will absolutely be back. read more

Yo that spring roll wrap would hit so hard if the pork wasnt grilled. The peanut sauce, plus the wrap itself is so good and fresh - along with the ingredients that it is a shame the pork is grilled. It detracts from the fresh taste of the roll and overpowers the flavor of the shrimp and veggies. Maybe I can try it without the grilled pork and pay extra for shrimp as a substitute, that would SLAP SO HARD! If someone could try this I'd appreciate it I'm going to try in a week or two. Very rude people!!First time going a young lady was rude and the second time a men was very rude to us when we sat down patiently waiting for the rest of our order that never come !! so had to go ask about it then men was rude to me and yelled he was busy helping someone else then went to the table to check our bowls and had the nerve to say I ate the chicken pho that we were still waiting for!! If it's getting close to closing time make sure you communicate it to your customers that is take out only if you're in a hurry to close. My son went to eat with his mom close to closing they took their order to eat there with no issue. My son has autism so he takes his time but nothing excessive. They told them they had to leave the premises "hurry up you are trespassing". These are the new owners which are terrible at running this location. Rip off with what they give you and rude to people of special needs. My son goes to this place so much they know him by name and know exactly his order. This new ownership has ruined the vibe there. Let me start by saying we got takeout which means that it can't be quite as good as in the restaurant. Still it was amazing, the soup wasn't too salty and the portions while on the larger end were definitely not too big. We also got the tofu fresh rolls and they were delicious. I got the build your own pho with brisket and meatballs. The brisket was super tender and the meatballs weren't too chewy. We also got the build your own pho with brisket and flank. Live down the street and this used to be me and my partners favorite spot until they rebranded :( We tried it once after they remodeled everything but it no longer tastes authentic and the price for the pho soups went up but they give a smaller amount compared to before. The new employees are also not as welcoming as the ones we'd see every time we'd come here. However, the inside does look nice but we miss how it was before. Service is ok. We dine in on a Saturday evening. We ordered Grilled Chicken, Grilled pork, calamari, fresh spring roll. The taste is ok. It's not that good compared to other Vietnamese restaurants we've tried. Grilled pork is meh. It seems like they just add too mich sauce barbeque sauce on top. Fresh spring roll is ok. Loved them in Stockton. I'm so happy they're out in Manteca now and very close. They bring a twist on pho with their rib-eye pho. It enhances the flavor of the pho and is delicious. This place used to be Saigonviet Pho, which was my favorite in Manteca. Recently they remodeled and changed their name, but their food is still just as good as ever. I had their vermicelli bowl which was one of my favorites before and I actually think it tastes even better now. Their pho was also the same good quality as before. The only thing I could be a little disappointed about is they got rid of a good amount of their old menu items but they kept the most popular items so I can't complain. I was also happy to see some of the workers again that used to work there before the remodel because they knew my family and I by name. read more

The pho here is good and prices are fair but the customer service is so bad and there are too many flies. We went a few days ago but will no longer be coming here. The staff doesn't smile and if we ask questions we just get one word answers and more often than not, they're in a bad mood. I work in a restaurant too and I hold myself to a certain standard so its just sad to see others be so careless about their jobs. I can also empathize with other waiters and understand that there will be moments where we are tired and dont have much energy but here its almost every time thay they lack enthusiasm. The waiters are constantly on their phones. Their tables and condiments on the table are so dirty and sticky. If they have time to be on their phones the whole time,they should have time to wipe stuff down and to at least kill the flies.. there were so many flies hovering our food. I can only imagine how it is in the kitchen. The last couple times we used the bathroom they were also dirty and there was no tissue, but all 3 employees in the front were just scrolling on their phones. read more
