Spring roll and vegetables for the pho
    Ella R.

MID. Server isn't really happy to be there. We walked in and most of the tables weren't bused yet. Perhaps the reason the server scowled the whole time she was taking our order. Drinks filled to the rim that you have to shlook the top so you're not spilling all over. Generous on the ingredients but it did not go well together. Clean enough to eat your meal but not pleasant dining atmosphere.

Stumbled upon this tasty restaurant while running errands in Georgetown. My mom enjoyed the #25 char broiled pork & prawns vermicelli bowl and I had the #8 pho with beef round steak and brisket. The char broiled pork was sausage consistency and not actual grilled pork that I'm accustomed to, was quite savory and a nice surprise. I thought the $21.99 price was a bit steep for a vermicelli bowl, but as I've noticed going out to eat is more expensive these days. I thought the pho was delicious and broth flavorful - it arrived piping hot with all its toppings. The staff were attentive especially during the lunch rush. There was a mishap where we did not get our Salad rolls, which the staff were very apologetic about. In the end it wasn't needed, as we had plenty of food in front of us. While this visit was not planned, I was pleasantly surprised to find a spot that serves delicious Vietnamese food. When in Georgetown again, I would definitely come back.

I just want to let everyone know that this is the best broth you will find this side the Mississippi... I'm nearly addicted to this place and I order the same thing every single time lol. Noodles are always a bouncy consistency with a slight chew to it. The chicken I will say, sometimes I've had it dry but other times it's super juicy! Besides that, the broth and everything else is consistently the same flavor. The first bite always brings me down to earth. You WILL NOT regret trying this place out. The restaurant itself is cute with an intimate vibe- great for a date with your partner or even a small family outing. There is tons of parking and it's free! There's also other little food spots next door if you have a picky eater with you The women working there are bad a**!!! They work so hard and you can tell they really care. They had my order memorized day one and since then, they seat me and bring me what I get they are all amazing and very sweet ladies. All in all this is my absolute FAVORITE pho spot to date! NO CONTEST!!!! Pho bac? No chance- pho than brothers?? NO THANKS! I swear y'all once you go here you won't be going back... unless your desperate and far away lol... but you'll be wishing it was Pho Hiho...

After being at the Radio Studios for 3 hours and on a cold crisp day, a Bowl of Pho sounded so good. I did a search on Yelp and saw this place. Looked new and was near where my next meeting was going to be. I noticed they serve Thai food too? I didn't try that. The Pho was excellent and the broth was flavorful and had all the right spice flavors and smell. The brisket was good and the tendon was perfect. The egg rolls were huge and I took them home as I was filled with the soup and noodles. The food here is good and the Service is excellent. A rude woman came in and I witnessed the kindness the server had and I shared gratitude to how they were so gracious. That helps me to know they are putting love in their food and I can taste it. Good people. The restaurant looks new and clean and the bathroom was even stylish.

My cocktail was a pho broth washed shot of Jameson and it came with a pho broth chaser. Hope I got that right but I almost don't wanna drink Jameson any other way now. The parking lot was packed but there's a paid parking lot around corner so no problem. It looked packed but I think a lot of people were at the larger pho Bac sup shop (which is associated w The Boat, but The Boat had plenty of seating at 6:30 on a Sunday night. I think what I appreciated most was the service- we had a person who seated us and answered questions about the menu- my partner has some preferences and shared them with the first server but then the second server came by and already knew what my partner had shared with the first server. That's real dedication. Definitely coming back.

I was left with a pleasant surprise and understanding of the hype of this place, because the chicken was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I got "com ga" which translates to "chicken and rice." This place only really serves like three dish on their menu, with a rotating choice of base from noodles to rice. The place is right next to their sister location, Pho bar, and share a parking space. It is nice and clean on the inside, and like the name the restaurant is shape like a boat! So far I have been here twice and would definitely come back for a warm meal. The staff were helpful and pleasant! It was roughly a 30 minute wait for the food, but that is to be expected considering this is not a fast-food Restaurant (:

We ended up choosing a place close and were not disappointed at all. This restaurant is located off a busy street but it luckily offers a parking lot which can be hard to come by in Seattle. Because we came on the earlier side, we were seated quite quickly :) The space is pretty large so I don't think I would worry about a wait on a weekday. We were very impressed by the options provided. I usually don't find Bun Bo Hue on the menu often which is what my partner ended up ordering. I ordered the Bun rieu which is even harder to come by. We also ordered the crispy butter garlic wings to share which was a perfect choice. The service was very fast and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our stuff came out after placing our order. The portions were also HUGE and we both had enough to take home for a second meal. The Bun rieu was super tomatoey and had a rich flavor which the crab. My mom makes Bun rieu at home and I was very much happy with this bowl too, reminded me a lot of how my mom makes it! The Bun Bo Hue was not super spicy but we appreciated being able to customize. The garlic wings were SOOOO good. So crispy and seasoned so well, we would 100% get these again they were so good. We left very full, warm, and satisfied with this pick. We likely will be back in the near future!

The custard duck egg is an excellent starter, with a rich, savory broth that delivers a deep, yolky umami punch. The rau ram oil and herb is such a creative twist that adds the perfect herbal dimension. The radicchio pudding was light and offered a clean, almost grassy brightness without being overwhelming in flavors. Great option for any vegans at the table. The wagyu beef tallow fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Ultra-crispy, perfectly thick-cut, and deeply flavorful with beef notes shining through, without being too heavy. Like many of the dishes here, perfectly balanced in flavor. The grilled eggplant with whipped tofu and crispy sun chokes was another standout. The tofu whip was so smooth and should be considered a worthy sub for mayo. The eggplant was soft, creamy, and perfectly charred. The garlic rice was incredibly savory and maybe my favorite version of it yet. Packed with the perfect depth of garlicky flavor and seasoning. Finally for dessert - I thought the durian fruit cup was decent, it's great for durian lovers but next time I will be back to try their other desserts. The hollow bread is a must-try. It's fried to perfection, the inside is steamy and the butter it comes with is perfect but the bread alone is so good that it doesn't need it. The perfect touch of roasted sesame. Slightly sweet, it's a delight in textures and perfect in cold weather. The oyster on half shell in happy hour is also a great standard oyster, very fresh, with a nuanced Viet twist in the sauces. Vegetable dip is pretty standard and also delicious, great if you're looking for a healthy starter. Coffee rubbed ribs were fantastic as well and an incredible deal for the size. Very savory, a little sticky sweet, but not too much. Service was also friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle, and had fun chatting with regulars next to our table too.

Easy to eat and flavorful on its own but dipping it with Chinsu added spice and more flavor. Bot Chien had a crisp to it and egg was cooked well. You have to dip it in the fish sauce or else there is no flavor. Just something minor but I wish the pickled veggies were more separated. It had the cut lines but not fully cut so you had to separate it yourself. The com tam was alright. All of the components you would usually get for a broken rice dish. The meatloaf was really good. The pork on the other hand was a bit too salty for my liking. And you only get one thin piece... soup on the side was good and was a good way to cleanse the palette. Overall good modern/fancy spin on Vietnamese food but overpriced. Would probably be nice to go during dinner time for some drinks as the ambience seemed better for night time. Good amount of seating. Street parking around the area was easy to find.
