This place is great!! Great service, great food, and great vibe!! I always order the tofu spring rolls and they are the best!!! Good on the wallet with a good portion of food. The menu has other great dishes I'm sure if you enjoy pho and could go for a great bite to eat, this place is it. read more

Stopped by before going to a cabin trip. There was 5 of us we all ordered Pho!! I think my only complaint would be that it took a really long time because usually pho is superrrr fast but you could tell that they had alot of to-go orders so fair in a way. I did like when we ordered the pickled onions they GAVE US ALOTTTTT usually places are pretty stingy. I ordered pho tai gau and it was piping hot and they did not skimp out on the meat. Overall 5/5 for taste and amount of food!! read more

We went on a Sunday lunch and there was some wait which is understandable but after we were seated no one would take our order. They were taking orders from tables that came in after us but not us. After 20 minutes of trying to get their attention, we just left out of frustration. Bad service!!!!! read more

It is delightful that there is a decent pho place around Walnut / Diamond Bar area first of all. Moreover, it is a plus to not have to wait for a table 80% of the time that I go even during rush hours due to the fact this place is VERY spacious and huge. It is a former Bob's big boy diner, so you don't experience the crowded space issue like most other pho restaurants. Something worth mentioning is that they actually have very decent rice plate. My son enjoys it is very much and orders the charbroiled beef each time we visit. Typically people order pho when they come to a place like this. Also, I love the spring rolls with charbroiled beef or pork. It is decent even though I still had the best rolls at Summer Roll in Rosemead. Pho noodle soups are of course very good in this place. I mostly order the Pho Dai with extra beef balls ordered. You may ask them to boiled your bean sprouts if you prefer. Definitely a place to come back again and again. read more

Prices are on the higher end. Portion size is very small. Soup has little favor Beef has no favor or bad favor Spring rolls skin are too hard to chew, seems like thin plastic. Veggie inside aren't fresh. The sauce for shrimp spring roll is crazy bad and nasty. The sauce for pork roll isn't authentic. Service is mediocre Ambiance is good for a pho place. read more

The service was really great, the attentiveness of the staff was on point. Ivy, the manager, provided excellent service. I hope she continues to be attentive with every customer. The food was delicious. We ordered the seafood fried rice which was to die for. The best fried rice I've ever had. We also had the egg rolls with the lettuce wrap which was very tasty. We had the vermicelli chicken bowl and the brisket pho. Both were yummy. The portion size was a lot, enough to take leftovers home for another meal. The ambiance was lovely because it wasn't busy, plenty of parking, and quiet environment. I will definitely return again soon! read more

Absolutely a winner! Good food, clean comfortable seating and outstanding service all in the same place. I seldom have a server check on how everything is in a Vietnamese or Chinese restaurant at any price point after slapping a plate on the table. The servers here have circled back more often than not in my weekly visits the past month. Food is fresh and authentic. Parking is plentiful at all hours. I'm not even sure those kiosks in the front work. My question is: Is it normal to wait over 45 minutes for a banh mi? No it's not. I'm actually blown away at how terrible the service is here. The person before me told me they were waiting 45 minutes for their order as well, and I thought it couldn't be that bad! The food doesn't even matter at that point, when you see people being seated, served, eat their meal before you even get a to-go order of ONE single sandwich. Just shameful read more

My go-to pho when Im in diamond bar! The price isn't bad as well. Definitely helped with the hangovers! Recommend getting the grilled porkchop as well! read more

just nowNEW Terrible quality, not worth the money, the chicken was dried and seemed old same went for the shrimp. No basil, no pepper, no sprouts. Spending $13 on vermicelli with no taste to the food The pho ha at brea canyon and golden springs is far better than this place read more

Today's service was beyond disgusting. We waited about 20 minutes for our food that never came. People came into the restaurant ordered and got served; we still waited. I canceled our order and demanded the sandwich be compt. Honestly, we loved this place but after today, never again. They just lost a loyal customer. read more

Great tasting bone marrow soup! Their Phos are delicious too with lots of meat. The tendons are so tender and yummy. The place is very modern amd roomy compare to other Vietnamese resto. Staffs are really friendly and their place is clean too. The only thing I am disappointed is their Com Bo Luc Lac - not as tasty as other Viet place and I thought it is way over price for its meat portion. I hope they will check on this one. Other than that I still recommend this place and we'll still go back here for the Steak & Tendon Pho and for sure not ordering the Com Bo Luc Lac anymore. read more

Good place. Nice pho good rice. Very good and nice location. Like it and I'm a fan of pho. Very good and nice.

Came on Memorial day lunch and this place was pretty busy. We waited around 20min which was no big deal. Our table ordered spring rolls, a large pho with brisket and two #46 (Vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll) with a Thai tea and passion fruit tea. The food came out pretty fast and the service was quick and the staffs were friendly. The food was on point with super hot broth and Vermicelli was delicious!! It's definitely one of the best Pho place I've been to with quality meat and tasty food. I would love to come back in the future. read more

Came here on a Saturday night at 6pm and there weren't too many customers inside. Thought that was weird, first thing I looked for was the health score. Couldn't find it anywhere, it wasn't until I left when I saw it hidden in the front area. They accidentally gave my mom an "old" menu with old prices. I didn't get a picture of it but everything looks like they were marked up at least $1. And since we were in an asian restaurant probably run by old asian people, they 100% did not honor the old prices even though it was their mistake. Just FYI, I can run down two streets and go to Pho Super Bowl and get the same meal for 2/3 the price. Food was decent, wasn't exceptional and wasn't terrible. We and the table next to us were struggling to get any waiter's attention at the end of the meal. All in all, I'd probably go to Pho Super Bowl next time. read more

Great spot with fast service and amazing Pho. I've also tried the sandwiches which are tasty. The prices are a bit high but I'm about the service and taste so I don't mind. Give them a try read more

I am a regular at this place and come often because it is close by to my house. However, today, I was really disappointed. I ordered meatballs on the side for my son because we were sharing a bowl of pho, and even though I asked multiple times, I never received it. I also asked for more fresh looking basil because it did not look appetizing but was overlooked by the server. I enjoyed coming to eat here but was overlooked multiple times by the server and did not even receive my order entirely. read more

We ordered to-go. Extra charge 1$ for to go order. Generous with meat. But only gave us one half of a single beef ball Would also have loved more bean sprouts, and I think basil, jalapeños. For some reason the soup wasn't as hot when we get home even though we live less than 5 mins away. I called on my way and waited for the food to come out. Maybe they don't want the soup to be too hot but we prefer our soup very hot for the rare beef. Very nice and friendly person taking our order and when we picked up. Overall happy w our experience and would come back. read more

I'll have to say, for this new Vietnamese joint - well done. Rice Vermicelli #50 Pho Dac Biet ALWAYS and what i love most about this pho place, is that it doesnt charge you extra if you want to be extra.... **clear noodles, steamed beans sprouts, extra hot soup, onions on the side....** YOU NAME IT. Their Pho bowls are big for the price and during my meal, I end up having left over meat... SAID NO ONE EVER, but i just did because that is what happened! Did you know you can also get a complimentary pho soup with your entree? I think this is what sold it for me. I really did not want noodles, I just wanted a Bahn Mi, but i also wanted the soup. I told the waiter and he said NO PROBLEM. and i said. NO WAY! haha. Anyways, i am all about supporting businesses that have exceptional customer service and I always leave Pho Ha Plus feeling super happy and definitely a satisfied customer. read more

Came here during their soft opening! First impression is that the restaurant is very clean, spacious, and modern looking. The menu also had plenty of pictures, describing the types of meats (e.g., brisket, flank, etc), which is extremely helpful for those not familiar with Pho. Service was friendly. I had a fairly negative experience here though. When I had taken out my chopsticks from the paper wrapping, I realized that half of it was eaten by termites!!! :( It was pretty gross because all of this wood dust ended up on my table. When we had informed the waitress about it, she apologized and took it away, but not without leaving another cloud of wood dust on our table. The pho is decent here. The broth is pretty flavorful and not too oily. The meat was okay too. Prices are higher than most (about $9-10) for a regular size bowl. Overall, not my first choice for pho in the area, but decent. read more

Love this place! Food is delicious. We ordered a few different things but the best would be their rice plates & pho. Place is nice and clean with plenty of seating. Bathrooms are clean (always a plus)! Only cons were that they blast music to a point where you have to yell to talk to table mates and service is a bit slow. For pho the noodles were perfectly cooked. It doesn't get super soggy and keep breaking in the broth while you're eating it. Broth is good and nice & hot when served. The rice plate was delicious as well - their charbroiled meat is amazing. It looks like a small portion when served bc of the way it's plated but trust me.... it's enough. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is insanely strong!!!! Fantastic. 10/10 love this place. Will definitely be back. Just beware of parking in the HMart place - I've had the car logos on my car's hub caps stolen EVERY TIME I park here (one at a time). read more

This places has more of a modern feel to it than the other pho ha in the area. Definitely has more updates to it. The food seems about the same in taste and price points. The service is really fast and I actually feel more welcomed here than the other pho ha. Definitely enjoy the vermicelli dishes. The fish sauce isn't over powering. I still need to try the bun bo hue here maybe it'll be better. Overall good location and nice environment I would come back again read more

Food is probably the only good part of this restaurant. The service is laughably slow and terrible. I don't know if it's the lack of employees but if that's the case they shouldn't open up every table in the restaurant if that backs up the kitchen. An order that should have taken 20-25 mins actually took 40 minutes. I understand sometimes if there's like a swarm of orders but communication would be nice to let me know what's going on. read more

Came back after a while, and service was good, food was good...but $11 for a bowl of pho?..Hmmm...Also, the rice plate that we ordered was skimpy with the chicken and seafood. Still gave 3 stars because nothing was wrong per se, but I would prefer other cheaper options when craving pho. read more

This place is absolute chaos. I dined here for lunch on a weekday. I was enticed to dine here when I saw their outdoor patio with plexiglass table dividers. That was the only thing that impressed me. Everything went downhill from there. I should have left when I saw all the many tables behind and in front of me calling the servers over to complain because they've been waiting nearly 40 minutes for their food. That should have been my first warning. They have 2 servers working here. 1 of them basically only cleans the tables and ignores you while the other server does the rest of the work(aka take orders, bring food out). You can tell that the one server that does all the work is overwhelmed with all the customers. He's getting complaints left and right. He was also making so very many mistakes. In my time there, I heard 3 other tables complain that they got the wrong food. For example, the table sitting across from me ordered fried egg rolls but instead received spring rolls. It took nearly 20 minutes for him to come by and take my order. I ordered a plain Large Vietnamese noodle soup. I got lucky and my food came out within 15 minutes. I think it was partly because my meal was so simple to make(noodle+soup) plus it conveniently came out with a batch of other noodle soups that the table behind me had ordered 40 minutes ago. I know some of the other customers were frustrated when they saw that my order arrived before theirs when they've been waiting so long. Like many of the other customers, this waiter did get my order wrong. I ordered a Large but got a Small. I told him it was fine and I'd just take the small. I was scared of the wait time if he had to redo my order. After dropping off my food, I realized that he never gave me any utensils. I had to track him down for some utensils and sauces. What put the final nail in the coffin for me is when the bill came. To my surprise, I got charged $3 more that what was listed on the menu price! I assumed it might be because he charged me for a Large instead of the Small I received. I went up to the cash register to tell my waiter. He then redid the bill and it only lowered my bill by $1. My noodle soup was still $2 above the listed menu price. I even pulled out the menu to show him the price difference. The waiter then told me "Oh, sorry I'm new here. I only started working here at the end of last year. I can't do anything about the prices. That's what comes up on my cash register." He's already been working here a few months so I don't consider that "new." However, I also don't expect even the senior waiters to have the prices memorized. What I do expect though is for him to fix the issue or at least attempt it! Go talk to your manager and get this issue resolved! As a restaurant, it's completely dishonest to advertise one price on the menu and charge you something else. That's called stealing. I was just so over this whole place so decided to just pay the bill and deduct the price increase from their tip. Slow service! Rip off prices! Dishonest people! 0 stars read more

Came here for the soft opening, this place was definitely well prepared. Staff was well trained and always available, service was also extremely fast. It is, however, one of the most expensive bowls of pho I have ever purchased, with each regular sized bowl coming in at $8.50. This high price is balanced with the portions they give. They're huge and very generous with the meat. The portion probably does just justify the price, if the average person could finish it all... which I don't think they could. To give you some perspective, their regular sized bowl is larger than other restaurant's large sized bowl.. read more

Been coming to this location for years and can definitely tell that service quality has gone down. It takes multiple attempts to try and get something and nobody checks up on you. First time visiting this Vietnamese restaurant. Seems like the place has been renovated recently. The dining area is clean and cozy. Although in a busy lunch/dinner time, one might find the tables to be too close for comfort. The wait staff were courteous, friendly, and prompt. He was patience in answering some of our questions and checked on us at the right moments. For this visit, we ordered the Spring Roll, the Combination Pho, and the BBQ lemon grass pork ribs with rice. The Spring Roll was excellent. The wrapper was just the right thickness. Perfect to hold the shrimps and the fresh vegetables. The sauce complemented the Spring Roll well. In fact, one in our party commented that she could just have their Spring Rolls as her dinner. As for the main course, the Combination Pho was loaded with ton of meats. Unfortunately, the broth, the key of a good pho, did not deliver (just not as flavorful as it could be). The BBQ lemon grass pork ribs was a real disappointment. It was marinated well but just didn't taste like it ever touched open flames. Probably will not be ordering these same dishes if we visit again. read more

Got some pho #3. Forgot to take a picture. So this is a branch of another store in anaheim. This was confirmed when the manager recognized my friend as Disneyland cast member cause they are there so much after shifts. But overall service is amazing. Gave me refills on my drinks and came by how everything was. So I only gave it a 4star as the pho was just ok. The portions of meats and vegetables were generous but the broth was just ok. It was a bit bland. But I've been here before and thought it tastes better. Pretty sure I'll be back again and hopefully they're just having an off day. read more

Pho Ha Plus is the ONLY pho restaurant I go. Their outdoor dining setup handles covid very well, with plastic acrylic screens separating each table, and all the staff wear masks! Customer service was impeccable, the servers were EXTREMELY friendly and kept checking up on us and were extremely patient to me and my mother's annoying requests LOL. Their pho is very filling and comforting especially on a rainy or cold day! The only "negative" thing i have to say about the pho is that y'all give too much meat and I can never finish it, so i feel bad wasting it! Just make sure y'all come super hungry cuz the portions are HUGE. I also love their rice dishes with the charbroiled pork or chicken. You can taste the smoke from the grill or whatever they cook the meat with, so I know she came fresh off the grill! It always is perfect well seasoned and I love the little side of fish sauce. Dirty dirty place! Bit into a spring roll and heard a crunch. Looked at the spring roll and it was gross! There was mud within the sprouts!!! (See pics) Did they freshly pick the sprouts from the ground? Did they just not wash it good? Or did they drop the sprouts on the ground of the kitchen, pick it up and put it in the spring roll? WTF is mud doing in the kitchen? Or are the workers hands dirty AF and they don't wash them? Who knows? But it's disgusting! I liked going here until this incident. Dirty, filthy place! read more

I like the restaurant is big enough where you can find seating most of the time and that the menu is robust but not overwhelming. Just sad that the food has gone down. The thit nuong in the Bun was way too salty. The chicken in the spring roll was cut too thick and was flavorless. The soda chanh was just a little lime with tin of sugar and flat soda water. flat! I asked for them to remake the drink since the first one had no bubble. Second had some but was flat in less than a minute. These should be served with a new can of soda that guest can pour into the cup with ice and lime/sugar. The drink served was lukewarm and just takes like flat generic 7up. read more
