Came across this restaurant while going to get coffee. We got the chicken satay and yellow curry with chicken (mild). The chicken satay was white meat, tenders on a skewer. Only ran into one tendon. It came with peanut sauce which was very oily but good flavor and a cucumber salad that lacked cucumber. The cucumber salad contained was 80% liquid, 15% onion and 5% cucumber. Literally 5 tiny diced cubes of cucumber. The yellow curry had good depth of flavor and the chicken was sliced extra thin. Unfortunately the jasmine rice that came with it was wet, mushy and a bit overcooked. Not what I'm used to for jasmine rice which is normally fluffy and on the dryer side.

I loveee Siam Station! I've been to 3 of their locations already and the quality is consistent and amazing for all of them! Very delicious and affordable Thai food! Our server Erica was very sweet and all of the food was the perfect amount for 3 people!

A few kinks to work out but overall happy with the experience and reasonably priced! We came on a Saturday night around 6pm. There were two other tables sat inside. We waited for maybe 5 minutes....no employee to be seen. My dad ended up wandering to the back to look for someone and she sat us. Seems like she is the only waitress. Menu had plenty of choices. The waitress only gave us two menus for a party of 6 which was a bit hard to share. Vegan options available. I got the Pad Thai with tofu and no egg ($15). This was great. Flavor was on point and is the flavor I'm looking for in a pad Thai. Portion sizes were inconsistent for the same dish though...my sister-in-law ordered a Pad Thai with egg and her noodle amount was probably 1.5x mine. My vegan partner got the stir fried broccoli. He wasn't expecting it to be Chinese broccoli since that wasn't specified on the menu, while the other dishes with Chinese broccoli specifically stated that. Unfortunately the Chinese broccoli was extremely bitter. But plenty of tofu in the dish. Lastly, we had a mango sticky rice to share at the end. Now this was worth the $12. Big portion compared to other places and most importantly, delicious! Some things to be improved, but I will be back. I enjoyed the noodle dishes a lot.

If you're looking for a quick, comfort-food-style Thai restaurant, you've come to the right place! Whenever I'm in the area and we're craving Thai and want a quick meal with fast service and a decent amount of seats and parking, I'd try Siam Station. When we went, there were maybe two other groups dining, and we were seated in the booths. We ordered quickly and got Pad Thai and Yellow Curry (already comes with rice). Pretty standard in taste, not much that stands out compared to other Thai places, which is why I gave it a 4. It's good, but not omg this is the best thing I'v ever had. The price is pretty affordable compared to other Thai places that jack up prices for simple dishes like Pad Thai, which is why it's become one of my go-to places.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a while but never got the chance too. Thai food is one of our go-to for comfort food and we've been to many around this area. We came a few minutes before it was open on a Saturday and just waited outside looking at their menu. At slightly over 11am, the employee unlocked the door, turned the Open sign on and went back behind the counter. We tried to open the door but couldn't so we figure maybe they're not ready yet. The employee was inside and didn't do anything. We tried 2 more times and still couldn't. A few minutes later another patron came and was able to open the door. And yes, it was quite on the heavy side, like you had to kinda yank it open. The said employee might have a bad day or something (which is understandable as we all have bad days). I asked what's their favorite dish, she was snappy and said Pad Thai! I asked whether the Thai Curry Soft Shell Crab is more like soupy or stir fried and she said it's curry stir fry! After we placed our to-go order, we sat down at one of the nearest tables by the counter and she very unkindly said: you can't sit here. Sit there! Pointing at the 3 chairs by the entrance. Wow, I've rarely been treated this badly with such an attitude before. I could overlook it and thought if the food is good, I'm all good. When our order was ready she just called us and said: hey! It's ready! Well service is 0/5 for sure. Now on to the food. We ordered (chinese) broccoli with crispy pork, Thai curry soft shell crab, crab fried rice, pad kee mow with chicken, and mango sticky rice. The crispy pork on the chinese broccoli were all too dry and came in broken little pieces. A few of the stems were brownish in color, a sign of not fresh ingredients. The taste is decent. I figure well maybe they didn't quite pay attention on the ingredients since I was the 2nd customer of the day. Up until we left, there were no customer dining in and there were 2 other to-go orders. The Thai curry soft shell crab taste like sweet curry. Very minimal spices and just pure sugary curry. The soft shell crab is fine but the curry is overpoweringly sweet! Somewhat ok is the crab fried rice where they gave quite a good amount of real crab. The pad kee mow is ok too although both of these dishes are more bland in taste compared to the same dishes in other restaurant. The mango sticky rice shouldn't be sold if the mango is unripe. The sticky rice is yummy but the mango is sour and unripe. It's very clear to me that they don't care about the quality of the food and just sell whatever. They didn't ask if we need any condiments or cutlery. I didn't want to ask for too much as it's obvious that the employee was in a very bad mood and was snappy and unfriendly. I won't be coming back here again. I can tolerate bad service for good food but this restaurant offers none. It might be my experience only and I sure hope so but a proper training seems needed.

I was craving some Thai and decided to order delivery from this place. The menu was usual Thai items and the prices were reasonable for the portions. We have tried glass noodle salad, pineapple fried rice, crispy pork tom yum soup and mango sticky rice. The food was a bit bland for Thai food. The best was the mango sticky rice. They didn't give us any Thai chili sauce or any kind of sauces like other Thai places. The food wasn't bad and wasn't great either. Not sure I will order anything except mango sticky rice from this place again!

I've been meaning to try Siam Station for a while and finally got the chance on a Sunday night. I've got to be honest, it was a little surprising to walk in and see the place completely empty. It gave the vibe a slightly eerie feel at first. However, the setup is really nice. Very well decorated. Read some reviews mentioning the portions were small, and I'd say they're about average, maybe just a touch under. We kept it simple and ordered the pad Thai and pad see ew--both were pretty standard, nothing that blew me away but nothing to complain about either. The kapow with chicken was pretty tasty, though it landed on the saltier side for me. I think the main thing is that for what you get, everything feels a little on the expensive side. There's not really one thing that makes it stand out from other spots. Hopefully they can maybe adjust the prices or bump up those portions a bit to really justify it. It's not bad by any means, it just doesn't give you a reason to choose it over anywhere else.

Siam Station was a hit! We love our share of Thai food and always enjoy their flavorful curry options. Siam Station was able to deliver. We came by on weekday night for some dinner. They are centrally located in a busy complex. You'll easily see their sign driving down Golden Springs Dr. The restaurant has stand out decor and vibrantly colored tables and booths. The menu has your popular items and also the not so common options that not every Thai restaurant serves. We decided on the Khao Soi with beef. ($16), the Crab Fried Rice ($20) and the Larb Chicken Salad ($14). All items were a hit! We never tried Larb chicken before but it has amazingly flavorful! The flavors give you a refreshing bite each time. Their crab fried rice was solid. Their Khao Soi is tremendous! Rich and creamy flavors with a hearty portion. The crab fried rice paired with all our items and the egg on top is always a must. Everything is family style and shareable. The portions were great and we had leftovers for home. Overall, I'd highly recommend Siam Station as a top Thai option in Diamond Bar and would certainly come back again very soon! It's was an easy 5/5 for us. Thanks, Siam Station DB!

We were craving Thai food today, so we ordered pick-up orders from Siam Station in Diamond Bar. It's located on Golden Springs inside a strip plaza. We ordered a Thai papaya salad ($14), Pad See Ew with filet mignon ($15+ $3 for filet mignon), and Pad Thai chicken ($15x2). It was my first time going there, and the ambiance was modern, comfortable, and clean. Pad See Ew was flat rice noodles stir-fried with broccoli, egg, and dark soy sauce. We paid an extra $3 for the filet mignon, but they were tender and flavorful. We liked the papaya salad the most; the flavor was on point. It had fresh papaya, tomato, green bean, Thai chili, crushed peanut, and dried shrimp. Pad Thai was thin rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, green onions, and homemade sauce topped with roasted peanuts. The taste was perfect and addictive. Chicken meat was tender in small slices. We will go back to try their other Thai dishes soon.

More like 4.25 stars but a great newish casual Thai restaurant that serves up some really authentic Thai food! Got to try many items from panang curry to papaya salad to beef salad to chicken pad-thai and beef pad se ew (beef is +$3). The pad-thai had a nice savory tamarind flavor that you don't always get at other places. Yelp check in also gets you discounts on the drinks so do forget to check in and get some drinks! Check out my pics!

I had an early dinner.... at a newly restaurant opened in Diamond Bar. Ordered medium spiced Kapow with ground chicken, over hard fried egg and rice. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back with my family. Ambiance is nice and clean. Great service and friendly staff.

Chicken in what was supposed to be a vegan curry. SO GROSS.
    Renee M.

I will never eat at this place again. I'm sad, disgusted, and traumatized after having their curry. I ordered a tofu yellow curry and it had two pieces of dead bird in it. I ordered the curry with no fish sauce because I'm vegan and I haven't had chicken or any type of meat in over ten years. I'm absolutely mortified I could just vomit. This is so beyond unacceptable.

Unfortunately, service was rough from the start. We sat for about 10 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged. Honestly, even a quick "I'll be right with you" would've gone a long way. Instead, our server (young woman with tattoos) continued helping the tables to our left and right before finally coming back to us. Drinks also took a while to come out, and although she took our order, she never once checked back on us afterward. The restaurant itself was actually very nice inside and the temperature was perfect, especially considering how packed it was. To be fair, other staff members did step in and help throughout the night. Howard the busser was extremely attentive with drink refills, and another server helped bring requested sides like peanuts for the Pad Thai, the chili platter, and our to-go boxes. Honestly, they helped save the experience. Food: * Chicken Pad Thai -- 4.5/5 Really good flavor and portion. * Tom Yum Shrimp Soup -- 5/5 Flavor was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal, though the shrimp upcharge was only about 5 pieces so the portion felt a little light for the extra cost. * Papaya Salad (+ shrimp) -- 3/5 Needed to be colder and the sauce lacked a little punch. Our Pad Thai was also accidentally delivered to the table next to us first, though thankfully they caught it immediately and it was brought over quickly. What stood out was that the tables around us were also visibly frustrated and having service issues, so it felt more like the restaurant was overwhelmed overall rather than a one-table issue. The food itself was good enough that I'd come back and give them another try on a normal day instead of one of the busiest holidays of the year.

Has this place gone through new ownership?…read more I used to frequent Tantawan Thai Cuisine at least once a week -- it was my go to Thai spots because it's nearby. I would always order the Thai boat noodles, Pad Kee Mao, or Pad Thai, and they were consistently flavorful, bold, and satisfying every time. These three dishes were on constant rotation. Lately though, something feels very different. The flavor and overall taste of the dishes have noticeably changed. The Thai boat noodles no longer have that rich, deep broth, the pad kee mao isn't as smoky and punchy, and the pad thai tastes flatter and not as saucey than it used to. The food just doesn't hit the same. On top of that, the employees were clearly new. Service has been noticeably slower, and they repeatedly ask the same questions multiple times when I phone in my order. I've always mentioned that I don't want liver in my Thai boat noodles and that I like my pad thai spicy -- and before, that was never an issue or a back and forth conversation. Now, I'm asked the same clarifying questions over and over, and I'm even told that they "don't make pad thai spicy," which was never the case before. It's honestly disappointing because this used to be such a reliable weekly staple for me. I'm not sure if there's been a change in ownership, staff, or recipes, but the consistency in both food and service just isn't there anymore. I really hope they can bring back the quality and experience that made me a regular in the first place.

The service isn't really warm or chatty, but it's efficient and gets the job done. I'm always impressed by the interior's rustic charm. The ornate and festive decor looks warm and inviting, making this spot perfect for sharing plates, hanging out, and lingering conversations. Bonus: there's even karaoke for anyone ready to sing their heart out! The crowd loves to hoot and holler for those brave souls, no matter how in or out of tune they are. It's just fun vibes and solid food here :)

Food was very good, the pork belly was pretty filling, and the garlic enoki mushrooms were sooo delicious. Everything was seasoned very well. == SERVICE == You order on an ipad and the workers bring out the food for you. It's kept warm on a heated plate while you eat the other skewers. == AMBIANCE == It feels like you're transported to China when you step inside Little Skewer. The decoration inside is beautiful. It seems that at night, there are also singers or performances since there is a mic at the corner of the room.

Their dan dan noodles with rice noodles was savory, with that lovely peanut base sauce. Their Crab & pork xiao lou bao is super delicious. Their skin is thin and the soup inside just fills your mouth. Honestly i think it's better than Din tai fung for that alone. The beef tomato noodle was filled with thick, tender beef chunks, and the diced tomato was actually sauted with savory seasoning. You can see many locals come here to enjoy excellent quality comfort food. From Ordering to being served was a matter of minutes. Great for limited lunch break people! Very clean, simply decorated place.

We got the beef noodle soup, beef tendon soup, seaweed salad, pan-fried pork buns, and pork soup dumplings. The soups were rich and comforting, with tender meat and flavorful broth. The beef tendon was especially soft and well-cooked. The pan-fried pork buns had a nice crispy bottom with juicy filling inside, and the soup dumplings were solid as always. Seaweed salad was a nice lighter side to balance everything out. Overall, super satisfying meal and consistently good quality. Definitely one of our go-to spots for noodles and dumplings.

I always get 14b (rare filet mignon), and it is consistently great. Very generous portions without sacrificing quality! I just wouldn't recommend the iced coffee here. I'm vietnamese and love vietnamese coffee, but theirs is too concentrated to drink. It's very sweet and thick.. and a bit of a burnt aftertaste to me.

I ordered a house special pho, egg rolls and Vietnamese hot coffee with condensed milk. I was expecting the pho comes out first as usually that's the case since the soup is ready made, pho noodle doesn't take long to cook. but the egg rolls actually came out first piping hot. I was also pleasantly surprised that I can taste some meat inside the egg rolls. Pho and coffee came about the same time. pho noodle was standard size with enough pho noodle (still too much for my taste). the beef slices do have some pink (raw) color when it was served. soup was flavorful enough. coffee was too sweet for my taste. I even asked for more coffee to dilute the sweetness but didn't help much. total bill was around $26+tips for 1 person.
