There are a lot of Thai restaurants around the area but this one stands out to me the most. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is very clean and modern.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is extensive and packed with so much flavor! Khao Soi- hearty noodle soup with a curry like broth. It comes with egg noodles and your choice of protein. I love, love this dish. Thai Boat Noodle- most places skimp on the meat but there is so much meat here! A comforting dish if you're sick. Chicken Satay- moist chicken with two delicious accompanying sauces. Easy appetizers for kids! E-San Sausage- perfectly grilled sausage that is so good by itself or with rice. Tom Yum Fried Rice- good flavor and my kids surprisingly really enjoyed this dish. Drunken noodles- possibly my least favorite dish from here. The noodles were all stuck together and compared to everything else, it was quite bland. Staff is attentive but sometimes service is kinda slow. Definitely check this place out if you want a delicious meal without the wait.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came in for lunch on Sunday and was not too crowded - parking was a little challenging as it sits in a business park that has many other activities.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service got us to our seats very quickly - for our party of 6 there were no issues. Food came out very fresh and spice level was described for us so we got just what we wanted. Curry was terrific and would eat it all the time- [[HIGHLIGHT]]decor is simple and not overdone - location is pretty new- bathrooms could use a little work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall very pleased

Pad Thai no egg, tofu (vegan)

A few kinks to work out but overall happy with the experience and reasonably priced! We came on a Saturday night around 6pm. There were two other tables sat inside. We waited for maybe 5 minutes....no employee to be seen. My dad ended up wandering to the back to look for someone and she sat us. Seems like she is the only waitress. Menu had plenty of choices. The waitress only gave us two menus for a party of 6 which was a bit hard to share. Vegan options available. I got the Pad Thai with tofu and no egg ($15). This was great. Flavor was on point and is the flavor I'm looking for in a pad Thai. Portion sizes were inconsistent for the same dish though...my sister-in-law ordered a Pad Thai with egg and her noodle amount was probably 1.5x mine. My vegan partner got the stir fried broccoli. He wasn't expecting it to be Chinese broccoli since that wasn't specified on the menu, while the other dishes with Chinese broccoli specifically stated that. Unfortunately the Chinese broccoli was extremely bitter. But plenty of tofu in the dish. Lastly, we had a mango sticky rice to share at the end. Now this was worth the $12. Big portion compared to other places and most importantly, delicious! Some things to be improved, but I will be back. I enjoyed the noodle dishes a lot.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for a quick, comfort-food-style Thai restaurant, you've come to the right place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Whenever I'm in the area and we're craving Thai and want a quick meal with fast service and a decent amount of seats and parking, I'd try Siam Station.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we went, there were maybe two other groups dining, and we were seated in the booths.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered quickly and got Pad Thai and Yellow Curry (already comes with rice). Pretty standard in taste, not much that stands out compared to other Thai places, which is why I gave it a 4. It's good, but not omg this is the best thing I'v ever had. The price is pretty affordable compared to other Thai places that jack up prices for simple dishes like Pad Thai, which is why it's become one of my go-to places.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a while but never got the chance too. Thai food is one of our go-to for comfort food and we've been to many around this area. We came a few minutes before it was open on a Saturday and just waited outside looking at their menu. At slightly over 11am, the employee unlocked the door, turned the Open sign on and went back behind the counter. We tried to open the door but couldn't so we figure maybe they're not ready yet. The employee was inside and didn't do anything. We tried 2 more times and still couldn't. A few minutes later another patron came and was able to open the door. And yes, it was quite on the heavy side, like you had to kinda yank it open. The said employee might have a bad day or something (which is understandable as we all have bad days). I asked what's their favorite dish, she was snappy and said Pad Thai! I asked whether the Thai Curry Soft Shell Crab is more like soupy or stir fried and she said it's curry stir fry! After we placed our to-go order, we sat down at one of the nearest tables by the counter and she very unkindly said: you can't sit here. Sit there! Pointing at the 3 chairs by the entrance. Wow, I've rarely been treated this badly with such an attitude before. I could overlook it and thought if the food is good, I'm all good. When our order was ready she just called us and said: hey! It's ready! Well service is 0/5 for sure. Now on to the food. We ordered (chinese) broccoli with crispy pork, Thai curry soft shell crab, crab fried rice, pad kee mow with chicken, and mango sticky rice. The crispy pork on the chinese broccoli were all too dry and came in broken little pieces. A few of the stems were brownish in color, a sign of not fresh ingredients. The taste is decent. I figure well maybe they didn't quite pay attention on the ingredients since I was the 2nd customer of the day. Up until we left, there were no customer dining in and there were 2 other to-go orders. The Thai curry soft shell crab taste like sweet curry. Very minimal spices and just pure sugary curry. The soft shell crab is fine but the curry is overpoweringly sweet! Somewhat ok is the crab fried rice where they gave quite a good amount of real crab. The pad kee mow is ok too although both of these dishes are more bland in taste compared to the same dishes in other restaurant. The mango sticky rice shouldn't be sold if the mango is unripe. The sticky rice is yummy but the mango is sour and unripe. It's very clear to me that they don't care about the quality of the food and just sell whatever. They didn't ask if we need any condiments or cutlery. I didn't want to ask for too much as it's obvious that the employee was in a very bad mood and was snappy and unfriendly. I won't be coming back here again. I can tolerate bad service for good food but this restaurant offers none. It might be my experience only and I sure hope so but a proper training seems needed.

I was craving some Thai and decided to order delivery from this place. The menu was usual Thai items and the prices were reasonable for the portions. We have tried glass noodle salad, pineapple fried rice, crispy pork tom yum soup and mango sticky rice. The food was a bit bland for Thai food. The best was the mango sticky rice. They didn't give us any Thai chili sauce or any kind of sauces like other Thai places. The food wasn't bad and wasn't great either. Not sure I will order anything except mango sticky rice from this place again!

I've been meaning to try Siam Station for a while and finally got the chance on a Sunday night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've got to be honest, it was a little surprising to walk in and see the place completely empty. It gave the vibe a slightly eerie feel at first.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the setup is really nice. Very well decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Read some reviews mentioning the portions were small, and I'd say they're about average, maybe just a touch under. We kept it simple and ordered the pad Thai and pad see ew--both were pretty standard, nothing that blew me away but nothing to complain about either. The kapow with chicken was pretty tasty, though it landed on the saltier side for me. I think the main thing is that for what you get, everything feels a little on the expensive side. There's not really one thing that makes it stand out from other spots. Hopefully they can maybe adjust the prices or bump up those portions a bit to really justify it. It's not bad by any means, it just doesn't give you a reason to choose it over anywhere else.

Siam Station was a hit! We love our share of Thai food and always enjoy their flavorful curry options. Siam Station was able to deliver. We came by on weekday night for some dinner. They are centrally located in a busy complex. You'll easily see their sign driving down Golden Springs Dr. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has stand out decor and vibrantly colored tables and booths.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu has your popular items and also the not so common options that not every Thai restaurant serves. We decided on the Khao Soi with beef. ($16), the Crab Fried Rice ($20) and the Larb Chicken Salad ($14). All items were a hit! We never tried Larb chicken before but it has amazingly flavorful! The flavors give you a refreshing bite each time. Their crab fried rice was solid. Their Khao Soi is tremendous! Rich and creamy flavors with a hearty portion. The crab fried rice paired with all our items and the egg on top is always a must. Everything is family style and shareable. The portions were great and we had leftovers for home. Overall, I'd highly recommend Siam Station as a top Thai option in Diamond Bar and would certainly come back again very soon! It's was an easy 5/5 for us. Thanks, Siam Station DB!

More like 4.25 stars but a great newish casual Thai restaurant that serves up some really authentic Thai food! Got to try many items from panang curry to papaya salad to beef salad to chicken pad-thai and beef pad se ew (beef is +$3). The pad-thai had a nice savory tamarind flavor that you don't always get at other places. Yelp check in also gets you discounts on the drinks so do forget to check in and get some drinks! Check out my pics!

We were craving Thai food today, so we ordered pick-up orders from Siam Station in Diamond Bar. It's located on Golden Springs inside a strip plaza. We ordered a Thai papaya salad ($14), Pad See Ew with filet mignon ($15+ $3 for filet mignon), and Pad Thai chicken ($15x2). [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was my first time going there, and the ambiance was modern, comfortable, and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pad See Ew was flat rice noodles stir-fried with broccoli, egg, and dark soy sauce. We paid an extra $3 for the filet mignon, but they were tender and flavorful. We liked the papaya salad the most; the flavor was on point. It had fresh papaya, tomato, green bean, Thai chili, crushed peanut, and dried shrimp. Pad Thai was thin rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, green onions, and homemade sauce topped with roasted peanuts. The taste was perfect and addictive. Chicken meat was tender in small slices. We will go back to try their other Thai dishes soon.

I had an early dinner.... at a newly restaurant opened in Diamond Bar. Ordered medium spiced Kapow with ground chicken, over hard fried egg and rice. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back with my family. Ambiance is nice and clean. Great service and friendly staff.

The portion is actually huge--honestly big enough for two people to share. We ended up ordering 6 different dishes total and the whole bill was just barely over $100. That's insane value for LA! (Found out later the chef used to cook for the Olympics, no wonder the food tastes so legit!) The vibe inside is really clean, quiet, and nice for a casual date or hanging out with friends. Service was super sweet too. They kept checking on us, refilled our water non-stop, and made sure we liked everything. I also noticed a sign on the wall saying they offer free "Loving Meals" for anyone going through a hard time... such a thoughtful touch 10/10 recommend! Super tasty, cheap, and huge portions. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Do not waste your time or money here…read more The moment we walked into Fu's Restaurant, it felt like stepping into a sauna. It was 79 degrees inside, muggy, humid, and completely uncomfortable. We almost turned around and left immediately. The place was practically empty, which honestly should have been our first red flag. We decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. My colleague and I were offered water or hot tea. We both ordered hot tea. The menu clearly says in English that hot tea is $2.99. Nowhere does it clearly explain in English that you will be charged differently depending on how many people drink it. When the bill came, we were charged $5 each. Apparently, there is some clarification written in Chinese, but how are customers who do not read Chinese supposed to know that? That is completely misleading. The tea portions were not larger, not special, nothing different. Just basic tea. The pricing felt deceptive. We also ordered popcorn chicken and chili wonton soup. Both came out in tiny portions that looked like appetizers, yet the menu does not clearly label them as such. For what we received, paying over $30 total felt ridiculous. The food itself was mediocre at best. Nothing memorable and definitely not worth the price. Because of the uncomfortable temperature, confusing pricing, small portions, and average food, we chose not to leave a tip. As we were walking out, the waiter chased us outside and pressured us about the zero tip. That is completely inappropriate. Tipping is not mandatory. It is earned. Confronting customers outside over a tip is unprofessional and embarrassing. Between the heat, the questionable menu pricing, the small portions, and being confronted outside, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. We will never be back. There are plenty of better places within the same plaza than to dine here. I don't expect this place to last long anyway.

There were some bites that were creamy and some bites that weren't. I honestly thought it could use more cream or butter to add some more richness. The pasta itself was al dente. There wasn't much flavor overall with the dish, and the mala was very mild (for reference, I can handle medium spice levels at other restaurants). The seafood quality was okay for the price. Their menu is expansive. Portions are always hearty. I ordered 3 dishes knowing full well we wouldn't finish it. - lunch special bbq pork with two eggs over rice. I was actually impressed with the roast pork! It was flavorful and had a good chew. Not melt in your mouth soft but better than a lot of other places. Very good for under $17. - Singapore vermicelli noodles - had a nice curry kick. The noodle was very dry but that's how I like it. I love the shrimps, it was plump and juicy. The roast pork was flavorful. - margarita pizza - been meaning to try their western menu and thought pizza was a good start. The pizza was actually not too bad! It came out piping hot and fresh but the tomato sauce was cold. Weird. They probably spooned on the sauce and cheese after letting the dough cook first. The dough was really really good! I also got a red bean ice - not enough ice and not sweet enough. And I never complain about sweetness and most drinks are too sweet for me. My opinion still stands that Garden Bistro is a solid choice. Not mind blowing but good.

Great wide selection of cafe style dishes, so filling you have enough for a snack later =] We ordered: Minced Beef & Egg on Rice - Very light savory in flavoring which is nice for lunch so you don't feel guilty. I had enough to take home to make more sunny side up eggs to enjoy it with Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs - Comes with a large side of jasmine rice. The sour and sweet sauce is just right, not overpowering in flavor on one spectrum. There are bones on some of the ribs FYI. The sauteed vegetables is a great balance to the rib meat. Baked Sole Fillet & Spinach in Cream Sauce - I chose pasta which hit the carb crave I was having. They had big chunks of sole fillet to balance the creamy sauce. I would recommend adding a bit of pepper if you want some adjustments to the flavoring. The staff seated us immediately and provided their complimentary soup of the day, which was cream corn soup Definitely coming back to enjoy more dishes in the near future =]

They charge per lb I believe. There is also a separate serving table in which you can pick sauces you want! I tried it recently after probably half a year of not coming and it's still soooo tasty. Still amazing and welcoming service from the person up front. Food is so fresh and I always crave solo hot pot. They play nice music that isn't too loud while you're eating as well. Very pleasant experience…read more Went on a Friday around 6:30 PM. When you walk in, the first thing you see is a waitlist where you write down your name and number. The young woman working immediately acknowledged us before we even finished writing our info down and asked how many were in our party. We said two, and she told us to go ahead and start building our bowls. The concept is pretty cool and very straightforward. You grab a bowl and tongs, then walk through the different sections choosing your ingredients. They had a good variety of veggies, noodles, meats, seafood, tofu, etc. Pricing is by weight at $15.99/lb. Once you finish building your bowl, you head to the cashier where they weigh it and you choose your broth and spice level. The broth selection was surprisingly huge, around 15 options if I remember correctly. I got the Tom Yum broth mild spice, and my girlfriend got the Organic Miso mild spice. We also added jasmine green tea and white rice for $1.99 each. After ordering, they give you a table number and you can head over to the self-serve sauce station while your food is being prepared. The sauce bar had ponzu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, Tabasco, scallions, cilantro, red onion, satay sauce, shallots, minced garlic, chili powder, chili oil, and more. The soups came out quickly and were served over a live flame at the table, which was a nice touch. Both broths were excellent. Even at mild spice, there was still a pleasant kick. The broth itself had good body and flavor and didn't taste watery at all. Service was also great. The server checked on us consistently, kept drinks refilled, and was attentive without hovering. The restaurant itself is pretty small, maybe around 8 tables, but it felt cozy rather than cramped. Nice interior, comfortable temperature, clean setup, and the vibe was relaxing. They were playing bossa nova versions of 2000s and modern hits which honestly fit the atmosphere perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. Great value, fun experience, and genuinely good hot pot.
