Ube Coffee
Janice C.

I decided to come back again and placed a To-Go order. The chicken pho definitely hit the spot. The chicken was so tender. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. The salmon spring rolls paired nicely with the basil sauce. My go-to drinks: 1. Ube latte (if you need a mid day pick me up to be more awake) 2. Cucumber Lemonade (perfect for a hot day) 3. Passion fruit salted plum drink Service has always been great. I really appreciate the attentiveness from the staff.

Charbroiled Pork & Egg Roll Vermicelli

Large space with open space. This was my first time ordering a vermicelli dry dish so I can't really complain. The amount of protein was solid but the egg rolls were ok. I was pretty filled by the end of my meal. I'd come back for a quick viet fix whenever I'm in the area.

Menu

The food portions were very generous and came out quickly! The perfect recovery food after a night out. The waiters were very sweet and attentive as well. It did take a bit for us to be seated and I'm not sure if there was supposed to be a designated host but we were sat eventually. There was no music and it was pretty quiet/easy to chat. There are also Tesla superchargers nearby so it's convenient to stop by and eat and charge.

Place is clean and enough space for big party. I came here for lunch. Ordered one pho and one rice dish. #1 House Special Noodle - Broth is light and flavorful - Portion is great #37 Charbroil Pork Chop Plate - Hugh portion - Tasty but just a bit oily once food gets cold Iced coffee - STRONG Service is fast and did check on you if you need anything else.

Came here for dinner with some friends after a hike in Chino Hills. I was really craving a comforting bowl of noodle soup and this place definitely delivered. We were greeted and sat immediately. I was pleased with the amount of older Asians inside the restaurant, which seemed to be a millennial gray renovated American diner style vibe. The servers were quick and efficient our entire meal, but be prepared to flag someone down if it's busy and you need something. My boyfriend decided to get an avocado milk shake, a must for him. For an entree he ordered the #46 charbroiled pork, shrimp, and egg roll rice vermicelli. The table decided to share #69 spring rolls and #70 egg rolls. For myself I got the #11 slices of eye round steak pho. Everything was out super quickly. The spring rolls were fresh and packed well. They were delicious with the peanut dipping sauce. The egg rolls were my favorite part of the meal and some of the best Vietnamese egg rolls I've ever had. Large, extra crispy, super flavorful, and served with a good amount of fresh herbs and veggies. I'm a sucker for a good Vietnamese egg roll!! The pho was also excellent. A huge size and lots of veg. The broth was very savory. Nothing to complain about. My boyfriend and I shared our entrees. His rice vermicelli was also flavorful from the sauce but also from the charbroiled meat. Everything was amazing! Exactly what I was wanting and fulfilled my craving. Would come back again.

We got the number 10 pho and the spring rolls. The pho was really good and got a lot of meat. The spring rolls were also tasty, I really enjoyed the peanut sauce. The servers were friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. The interior was cute, well decorated and looked very clean.

To be completely honest, the food is good but the service is not it. You sit down and literally have to wave down the servers to get you started on drinks! And plus they add so much gratuity for parties of 8 or more and the service sucks so how does that even make sense! I say save your moneys worth and go somewhere else.

I'm returning for several times. It's always nice food and quality service here. This time I was recommended with a new coffee by Alyssa (she works here and provides perfect service). The coffee is worth to try.

Located in a big plaza. So parking was not an issue. The restaurant was quite large but only indoor seatings. The interior lighting was one of the brightest i have ever seen, its like an expo. The food was served within timely manner and the service was ok. The soup was hot and fresh. It was good, and it did not leave some strange MSG taste in my buds. Overall, its not bad, not great either. It was a Ok. Its a 3.8 out of 5 in my book.

My hubby and I have coming to this location for the past 3 yrs. We love the convenience of it being so close to home & the quality is great. They recently revamped their menu to add some new food, drink and dessert items they've been working on for the past 2 yrs. Feels more elevated! Service is always consistent w super nice servers. Would recommend for all to try.

Salmon Spring Rolls

This place is a family fave and has become a staple in our dinner rotation! Even though we've been here many times, we came in today and saw a whole new menu and were thoroughly impressed. I tried the new salmon spring rolls and was blown away by the presentation. Despite having fried fish inside, the rolls are fresh and light and the sauce is the right amount of tangy and savory. We also tried the lychee lemonade and instantly wanted more! Shoutout to our favorite server Alyssa for always being so kind and sweet :)

Pork banh mi

Delicious, authentic Vietnamese food in Diamond Bar and has become my family's new go-to spot whenever I visit home. You really can't go wrong with anything here and they have such a large menu ranging from pho to rice plates. My family has tried so many things here, including desserts, and we have not had a single thing we did not like. After living in the Bay Area, I am so serious about my pho broth and the broth here is some of the best I've had in the area. Pro tip: I was surprised they have it here, but ask for the nuoc beo and thank me later! The banh mi are also so good and the bread doesn't cut the roof of your mouth. I've been saying for ages that you have to venture out to the OC for great Vietnamese food but Pho Ha really delivers! The service here is also fantastic and the place is super clean.

Angelina H.

This is one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The pork bone soup was rich, and the bone marrow melted into the soup. The pho noodles were of large portion. The spring rolls came with the sides (lettuce mint leaves, pickled carrots), the meat was tender and full of flame grilled flavor. Will continue to come here!

Their mala beef noodle soups are solid, the broth is rich and the noodles are firm enough. The restaurant has very generous portions for their appetizers. The cuts are perfectly thick and tender, and mixing it with the runny egg is incredibly satisfying. Even better than my usual go-to spots. We also tried the Taiwanese Mini Hot Pot--the broth is mild, but their Shacha dipping sauce is super authentic and hits the spot. The Stir-fried Water Spinach had great wok hei, too. Extremely crispy on the outside with that perfect slice of cold butter melting inside. I also like the ambiance and service was also pretty good! the food did not take that long to come out. Everything was pretty affordable and parking was really simple to find as well! Overall, I would recommend going to this place! I think most people would really enjoy it!

Everything we had tasted so delicious and flavorful, even the side dishes that consisted of kimchi, fish cakes, and some chives. We kept asking for more and the employees were more than happy to keep them coming! For food, we got the bossam, sulungtang, and yukgaejang. The bossam arrived on this grill that kept it warm throughout the meal, which I can appreciate. The sulungtang and yukgaejang were both phenominal and hit the korean comfort food cravings. Get the purple rice!! Not to mention they had deals on alcohol too. I believe $5 for beer and $7 for a soju bottle -- cant beat that in this economy! Overall, the food was filling, seasoned well, and well portioned without being overly expensive. The only downside was that our waters were never refilled during the meal, although it honestly looked like there was only one server working at the time. Despite that, the service was still quick overall, and I'd definitely come back again to try some of the other items on their menu.
