Updated Lunch Specials menu (as of our 3/30/26 visit)
Mike W.

Another lunch visit with a coworker. As usual, the food and service were fantastic. I had the B2 Bangkok Pepper Steak special which comes with a small salad, fried rice topped with two shrimp, and your choice of a soda or Thai iced tea. My coworker had the Cashew Chicken lunch special with steamed rice, a small salad, and an egg roll. Perfectly prepared and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Trust me, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here.

Tried their B3 BBQ Special with a Thai iced tea and B2 BBQ Special with a can of iced coke in a glass. The B3 BBQ Special was just a bit dry and hard in chewing texture, but with the brown house sauce it came with was really tasty! The sauce made all the difference in the world! Service was fantastic and they even spoke Thai! Thailand restaurant ambiance is clean, new, and fresh but not the fancy Thailand restaurant style some people may prefer instead. Price is about $25 per person.

This place is good! If you want Thai food, I like how they make their food here. All the food that is cooked with the wok has the "wok hay" (Cantonese word). You can taste that it was freshly prepared with a talented chef. First time I came I had pad krapow, and the second time pad kee mow. Both were great and keep note that they do have lunch specials. I really like how nice the servers are and how nice it is to dine in. Doesn't feel like other Thai places, I feel more comfortable here. Will be back soon !

Ordered delivery through DoorDash from this Thai BBQ restaurant on a weekend Sunday evening. The order was packaged well. We have tried stir fry eggplant, BBQ beef fried rice, tofu soup and squid pad Thai. The food tasted very comforting in big portions. Except the BBQ proteins were dry and chewy. Overall not a bad place for Thai deliveries!

Spacious and bright. AC was so comfy in today's 90 temp.

Great service and delicious food. Table was kinda sticky and I had to ask server to wipe it again.

The food was pretty good! The service was a little slow, but we were not a rush so it wasn't bad. The staff were all friendly and kind and helped us order as well. The "string bean garlic sauce" was the star of the show! Somehow this side dish absolutely blew us away and we couldn't stop eating it even after we were full! I do wish that they served more shrimp in the "garlic and pepper shrimp". 7 pieces of shrimp feels a little sad for a $16 item. The fried rice was cooked and seasoned amazing!

Service was great and the restaurant was nice and large enough for ample seating. The restaurant gets busy so it is best to go during off peak time. I ordered the vegan pad ke mao. It was good but not my favorite. They have limited vegan options but the food is good and family enjoyed most of them.

Was craving for Thai Food, so we ended up here for dinner. This is right across from the Diamond Palace Chinese Restaurant. We were seated right away, which was nice, since we were starving. Staffs were friendly. The place is nice and clean. Good place for dinner. We ordered the followings: - Chicken Satay - Papaya Salad - Pad Kra Pow - Ground Chicken - Crab Meat Fried Rice - Massaman Curry - Chicken Surprisingly, all dishes were so good. Chicken Satay was soft and delicious. I love the Papaya Salad, one of my favorite items to order whenever we go out to a Thai place. Pad Kra Pow was very tasty, goes well with the steam rice. Crab Meat Fried Rice was good as well. Not salty, tasted just right. The Massaman Curry was ok, not too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner. Would come back and try out some other dishes.

We were here on a Friday night. Got seated pretty quickly. No long lines here which is nice. Service was attentive and quick. Everything was pretty good especially the chicken satay. Clean and casual atmosphere. Would return again

While my Mom and I were waiting to pick up our to-go order from Diamond Palace Seafood Restaurant, I noticed Silver Spoons Thai BBQ House right across the parking lot. I don't remember what it used to be in the past. Cool that it's now a Thai restaurant... I love Thai food! Yes, parking lot is shared by both restaurants. I couldn't help myself, but to walk on over and check them out. Wow, what nice looking space inside! Very clean and quite comfy. It has a comtemporary and romantic feel to it... they just need some candles. I knew exactly what I wanted to get for my first visit at a Thai restaurant... Pad Thai with chicken and Thai Iced Tea with no ice. I got two drinks... one for me and one for my Mom. Lady staff behind the counter was friendly and nice. From the counter, I could pretty much see the whole kitchen. Restrooms are near the front entrance. There is an outside patio space, but I don't think it's being used at this time. When they get busier, maybe they may turn that space into outdoor patio dining... who knows. Wait time for food wasn't too long. Thai Iced Tea was delicious... very authentic flavor.... not overly sweet... just perfect! If you're wondering, they don't have boba. I like it that way. Pad Thai was tasty, but it could use a bit more tamarind flavor. Adequate amount of white chicken meat. I loved the tofu bits... nice touch! I wished there were more peanuts though. Portion was good. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this place. I would come back to dine-in next time. Their menu has some special dishes that I'm interested in trying out. Thank you Silver Spoons Thai BBQ House!!

Highly recommend this. Chicken Satay: This is our other favorite dishes. The chicken is tender and well seasoned. This is a great alternative for their popular crying tiger in terms of the portion and pricing. Papaya Salad: I was a bit disappointed with this. The papaya salad is lack of flavoring (specifically the garlic taste). It's not very marinated. Tom Yum Soup: We got a small bowl of the seafood tom yum soup. The portion is great for 2 people, but don't expect too much seafood from it. The flavor is good, so it's still a great soup option. Non-Sweet Sticky Rice: Unlike other places, their sticky rice is served as a dessert, you can still taste the coconut flavor. Most other traditional Thai places serve sticky rice as unsweetened and plain (i.e., jasmine rice soaked overnight). Not really mad about this. The service was absolutely amazing. We made a reservation ahead of time to avoid waiting in line. I'm glad we did because there were already people waiting when we arrived at 6pm. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Overall, Basil & co. is a great Thai restaurant option in town, but I wouldn't say it is the BEST Thai restaurant I ever had.

Khao Soi- hearty noodle soup with a curry like broth. It comes with egg noodles and your choice of protein. I love, love this dish. Easy appetizers for kids! E-San Sausage- perfectly grilled sausage that is so good by itself or with rice. Tom Yum Fried Rice- good flavor and my kids surprisingly really enjoyed this dish. Drunken noodles- possibly my least favorite dish from here. The noodles were all stuck together and compared to everything else, it was quite bland. Staff is attentive but sometimes service is kinda slow. Definitely check this place out if you want a delicious meal without the wait.

We got southern curry noodles, flaming drunken noodle at extra spicy, and Che Po. The curry noodles were good we got the flat noodles. Though my wife likes it more savory I like it more coconutty. The che po was okay, the rice was steeped in the sauce which was too much for my wife and some of the pork belly pieces were tough. The bbq pork and the duck was good though. Authentic Thai and Chinese fusion taste. The star of the show was the flaming drunken noodle. It's probably one of the best drunken noodles we've had. At extra spicy, it definitely brought the flame and the foavor in a big way. The portions and prices were great. We had to togo the drunken noodle and it got even better after we reheated it. -service was very friendly and quick -the restaurant is a good size, great for large parties. My wife wants to bring the spice down, but i want the smoke I want that extra spicy level again lol

Has this place gone through new ownership?…read more I used to frequent Tantawan Thai Cuisine at least once a week -- it was my go to Thai spots because it's nearby. I would always order the Thai boat noodles, Pad Kee Mao, or Pad Thai, and they were consistently flavorful, bold, and satisfying every time. These three dishes were on constant rotation. Lately though, something feels very different. The flavor and overall taste of the dishes have noticeably changed. The Thai boat noodles no longer have that rich, deep broth, the pad kee mao isn't as smoky and punchy, and the pad thai tastes flatter and not as saucey than it used to. The food just doesn't hit the same. On top of that, the employees were clearly new. Service has been noticeably slower, and they repeatedly ask the same questions multiple times when I phone in my order. I've always mentioned that I don't want liver in my Thai boat noodles and that I like my pad thai spicy -- and before, that was never an issue or a back and forth conversation. Now, I'm asked the same clarifying questions over and over, and I'm even told that they "don't make pad thai spicy," which was never the case before. It's honestly disappointing because this used to be such a reliable weekly staple for me. I'm not sure if there's been a change in ownership, staff, or recipes, but the consistency in both food and service just isn't there anymore. I really hope they can bring back the quality and experience that made me a regular in the first place.

It's incredibly flavorful, though it is a bit lacking in add-ins/components, especially compared to other places I've been to. Besides that, it's still super delicious. However, I can't exactly say the same for their tom yum noodles. It's by far the worst I've had anywhere unfortunately. The soup is mildly tangy and pretty light, but kinda flat in terms of flavor. It's very singular in the taste department and also lacking in add-ins too. I guess if you're feeling under the weather and don't want anything too rich and heavy, this would be a pretty good option.
