Craving for snow crabs, we were here last year, enjoyed the freshness of their seafoods. This time we tried their seafood premium it's recommended for family for four to finished it all. My boyfriend and I couldn't finish it but we were able finishing lobster tail, all the snow crabs, 4 eggs, 2 corns and half of pounds shrimps. Most left are sausages, shrimps, and potatoes reminding. Went to Boiling Crab in Rowland Heights only to find out that the wait was 2.5 hours. Called Bubbas Crab House and the wait was only 45 min on a Friday night. What a great decision that was. Good service, and the food was amazing! I recommend the Bubba mix seasoning. Had plenty of leftovers as it was only two of us. They let you bring in your own beer for now....cant wait to go back! read more

I love bubbas so so much Their bubbas bomb is so good and their seafood is always so fresh. I'm really particular about my crawfish, but their crawfish is always so juicy and fresh! Third time coming to Bubbas Crab House with my bf and all three times we've had an incredible experience. During these three visits we've gotten their mozzarella squares, fried catfish, snow crab plate, and the $140 family meal that comes with 6 clusters of snow crab leg and a lb of your choice for seafood. Also tried their crawfish and shrimp w/ head. Hands down my favorite seafood boil place! Would always come here when I visit from NorCal. We had a pleasant surprise when our waiter remembered us from 3 months ago. Would recommend making a reservation ahead of time since they get busy! First time trying Bubbas Crab house and both of our trays were so incredibly salty. We were so excited to try this place too. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy it at all. We eat seafood boils all the time, we make them at home and we've tried so many restaurants as well, this place just really disappointed. The sauce is just far too salty. read more

I have been here several times and I think Bubbas is the best cajun seafood I have tried so far. I usually order crawfish, Bubbas bomb, extra spicy with extra garlic. So yummy! Their customer service is top notch, too. I also appreciate that you can make reservations online on yelp, so convenient and saves time. I really hate waiting a long time for a table at a restaurant, it is a total waste of time. read more

Another wonderful meal!!! Every time we come to visit the area we make sure to come for dinner. This time we came and it was Valentine's Day (thankfully we made reservations). Our server Douglas recognized us from the last time we were in and he took great care of us. The whole staff is great. They were fully booked and had tons of pick up and take out and they didn't miss a beat. The food was just as good every time we come. And to top it off their prices are great. Food was bomb the mix and spices they use are just perfect. Everything is just perfect and for the price you get a large amount. Great service from a no-frills seafood boil restaurant. Seated quickly, order was in quickly, and food was served quickly. The food is excellent. Crab legs and shrimp were cooked just right, very tender and flavorful. Sausage was savory. Potato, corn, and egg made perfect vessels for the garlicky buttery Cajun sauce poured over everything. I came here on a Friday night as a group of 4 - we did make a reservation and we were seated immediately, and it wasn't toooo busy. We started off with some appetizers: soft shell crab, calamari, fries, and hush puppies - all sooo good to wet our palettes for the boil to come. I sincerely enjoyed ALL the appetizers that we got, especially the calamari and hush puppies. It was plenty for our group of 4 since we weren't trying to get too fill before the main course. Now for the boil - Oh. My. GOODNESS! This was *THE* largest boil that we'd ever been presented with. At first, we were planning to get 2 deluxe boils each and thank goodness we didn't because we didn't even finish ONE! It was PLENTY of food for our group of 4. Balanced amount of crab clusters, the sausage was sooo smoky and delicious, the corn I literally couldn't scarf down fast enough. Just WOW! We were thoroughly impressed with this delivery. Not only was the food great, but the SERVICE was phenomenal. They were ON IT, y'all. Our drinks only stayed empty for 30 seconds before they pounced with refills. They gave each person at the table their own scissors and crackers -- it was really nice to not have to pause feasting to wait for someone else to lend their scissors. We've been on a hunt for who has the best seafood boil in SoCal and so far, Bubbas is leading. Thank you for such a delicious boil experience! Parking was available at the restaurant and was free. In total, we spent around $180 ish then ~$220 once tip was included. I'd consider this place GREAT for a hefty group dinner, you're certain to get a good bang for your buck here. read more

This place is great!! Went here for dinner with friends and the couple of gentlemen working that day were super nice, they greeted us, took our orders and checked on us frequently. The place is cute and cozy and very clean. The food was amazing. Not sure what made us order this massive amount of food, definitely way more than what we expected and too much for just three people. You guys! If you love Cajun seafood, get on down to Bubbas and grab yourself a big ole plate of crab legs! That's what me and a couple of friends decided to do today and we were not disappointed! Bubbas is in a little strip mall on Colima off Nogales in Rowland Heights. You might not notice it unless you're looking for it. But once you find it, boy oh boy! We were promptly greeted and seated when we came in. The ambiance was giving local hole in the wall vibes. Sparsely decorated but comfortable seating. Service was swift and efficient . They had a new item on the menu, a crab feast that serves 7. Sorry I forgot the name of it, but I'm sure they will know what you're talking about if you show the picss. The feast comes with several large clusters of crab legs, as well as sausage, eggs, potatoes and your choice of 3 from shrimp oysters clams and crawfish. Believe me, this crab feast is out of this world. Make sure you get it with the whole she bang sauce and you can't go wrong! We had the nerve to add calamari, chicken wings, and fried oysters to our meal, as if the crab legs weren't already too much food for three people. We wobbled out of the restaurant stuffed to the gills, with enough food for another day. We will be back! read more

Labor Day weekend grub! Had this place on the to Eat list, who needs bbq when you can grab some snow crabs! I wasn't too much of a fan of the bobbas sauce, too much salty aftertaste. Next time, doing the lemon butter so I can taste the natural flavors of the crabs. The crabs were sweet and delicious! Ordered take out from here and it was freaking AH-MAZING! My mom was visiting from Korea and her favorite thing to get in the states is seafood, more specifically crab. So I naturally looked on Yelp and came across bubbas crab house. This is why I love yelp. I would have never found this place otherwise!! We ordered the seafood deluxe with the bubba sauce and I was just amazed with the quality, quantity, and taste! There was an abundance of crab (and all the other things like shrimp and potatoes and sausage)! We had plenty of leftovers to last us to the next day. The sauce was so flavorful with just soooo much garlic. I am obsessed with garlic so it was perfect for me but beware for those that aren't as big of garlic fans. My mom made the comment that the sauce would be perfect to cook noodles in and so we had to give it a try. Pro tip: cook up some spaghetti noodles and toss it in the sauce!!! It honestly made a delicious spicy, garlic noodles. Family came over and I served it as a side dish and everyone loved it. Not only did we eat the seafood, but we were able to stretch it to make an additional dish! This will now be my go-to seafood boil place. And the perfect place to get food for when friends come over! We came when they have the live crawfish as opposed to frozen, and it probably made a world of difference. The spicy Torpedo sauce was also pretty good blend of flavors, a little spicy, tangy, and sweet. Service is very professional and attentive. Even had a cool smokey bubbly hand wash cup. Definitely will be back if we are craving some seafood boil.

There was an upcharge which we were fine with. The food came out quickly and was nice and hot. Since we ordered the everything seasoning it was well spiced and flavorful. We ate as much as we could and got a to go bag for the rest. It was more than my girlfriend could eat as leftovers the following day. Price was reasonable and the food was good quality and generous servings. We will return. Nice mom and pop restaurant feel, eat local.
