The interior is very nicely decorated, with a lot of references to the ocean and fishing. They give you free tokens at the claw machine, where you can win prizes. You could keep the plushie or exchange it for appetizers. Play your luck! So many options but we ended up choosing the 2 people combo which is A LOT of food, it can honestly feed 3 comfortably. It includes 2 orders of seafood of your choice, 3 appetizers. Your bag of seafood also includes sausages, potatoes and corn. We got their house sauce and it was delicious. I came here the other night with my friend, and although we enjoyed some aspects of our visit, I have to say the overall experience was just okay. We ordered the two-person combo for $49.99, which came with a generous amount of food. The combo came with two pounds of seafood, along with sausage, corn, and potatoes. We decided to get the Deviled Shrimp, which was an additional $2 per pound, bringing the extra charge to $4. I understand that this additional charge is clearly stated on the menu, but honestly, I still don't understand why they need to charge extra per pound when you're already ordering a combo. It just doesn't make much sense to me, especially when you're paying almost $50 for the meal. The combo also included three sides, so we chose the onion rings, fries, and chowder. While most of the food was pretty good, the clam chowder was honestly not good. It tasted more like mac and cheese than actual chowder, which was extremely disappointing. The flavor and consistency were completely off, and we couldn't even finish it. I really wish the soup had been better because it was definitely the biggest letdown of the meal. As for the service, our server was nice and helpful whenever we were able to get his attention. However, I do have to mention that the staff was pretty difficult to reach throughout our visit. Even something as simple as getting extra napkins was harder than it should have been. Another disappointing moment was when our food arrived and our server had forgotten the limes. We had to wait for them while our food was already sitting in front of us, which was frustrating because we wanted to enjoy everything while it was still hot and fresh. I've been to Boiling Crab and other restaurants with similar concepts so it's not my first rodeo. Wait time for a Friday night dinner at 6:30 pm was about 30 minutes. Not terrible considering Boiling Crab and Kickin' Crab always has a 2+ hour wait. We ordered the two mild combos for 4 since we had a relatively large party and it was enough to feed 10 people. Very good seafood boil with tons of flavor! Don't be afraid of the spice levels either, it isn't actually that spicy. I would recommend getting a side of rice because of how flavorful the sauce is. How can a restaurant be this bad? I mostly leave 5 stars and very few 1-star reviews, most of the time I don't even leave one if the food wasn't good. Keep in mind they didn't apologize or said anything up til that point, like are you slow? After moving to the normal table, we ordered food and drinks again with another server. After we got our food, we never saw her again. No refills or anything, she just disappeared. When we were all done ready to go, l was waving and trying to flag the staff down, I remember a bunch of them were just chatting and laughing at the front counter. Later on it was someone else from the kitchen who saw us and sent another server "BRIANNA". Now Brianna is very special, because she could not be bothered to do her job. She came up and told us, "You KNOW you can just TAKE the bill to the front?" Like wth? Should I go cook myself in the back as well? Want me to clean up and lock the place up for you? What is wrong with her and this place? At that point we asked to speak to the manager, he came over and said he had no idea any of this had happened to us, even though he was watching the entire time up front. He just kept saying SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW. What a worthless person, you might as well not have a manager and this place would have ran better. We spoke our piece and headed towards the parking lot. The couple that sat next to us came out and caught up to us, they told us Brianna was their server and they've had issues with her as well. It was just so bad, we should have left earlier. There are way too many 5-star reviews that inflates the perception of a restaurant, this is why I always read the 1-star reviews first. But it was still decently good. The drinks I got an Arnold Palmer but that had to be the most awfullest drink I've ever had. 05/18/2026 1 star for customer service because I had clearly told the server we wanted to claim the free appetizer by posting to our Instagram story and she failed to tell us until we asked for our check that the offer was only valid from 2:30-5:30pm. The manager refused to take an appetizer off the check. I don't see why we would be given the menu for the weekday specials if it was no longer eligible. If we had known, we wouldn't have ordered an appetizer on top of the 4 we already had. It also took us nearly 40 minutes to get the check and a togo bag for our leftovers. AND we didn't notice until after leaving that we were charged 18% gratuity even though we were only a party of 5 when the menu says for parties of 6 or more. Been coming to this place for over 2 years last night was the worst experience. We were just there a week ago and everything was fine. We came in last night and they totally changed everything. For starters our server sucked, we had her serve us on a previous occasion and I complained about the lack of service she provided us, last night was no different. Now here is the kicker they also took away the big saucer plate were you dump the seafood boil onto, we also brought this up to management and the excuse was oh we are trying to be environmental friendly, so let me get this straight now they have you dump it on uneven tables so now the sauce is running down the table and now you have to build a damn with napkins that you don't have. Make it make sense. So when it comes to the sauce of the seafood boil they used to smother it completely and now they literally watered it down and have completely lost its touch. I'm sorry to say that there are other seafood boil places. This used to be our favorite place, we have now decided to try other places, we won't be giving this establishment our business nor money. What a damn shame, when I asked why all the changes they said they have a new management team. Well to the owner in couple of months don't ask why you guys are slow.
