I've known about this location opening for years now, but have always been hesitant since I'm not the biggest fan of yubu/inari (sweet tofu pockets). That said I was pleasantly surprised with how balanced the meal was. I ordered three pockets: spicy tuna, grilled pepper salmon, and takowasa (octopus and wasabi). I will say the spicy tuna has got a kick to it! While the yubu is sweet, it's a very nice balance with the flavors from the toppings. Portion sizes are generous too, although there was more rice than toppings. Parking is plenty in this plaza. I came here on a Monday afternoon and there was no wait. Oh man, its a blessing & a curse that I haven't been here sooner. I've been getting the yubu pockets from h-mart for a while now and after coming here, how can i not come at least once a week? The place is small but neatly arranged with a few round white tables in the middle and some square ones on the sides. Chiller containing variety of drinks on one side of the wall and the water self service on the other wall. We approached the order desk equipped with a monitor where you can place your order and pay. The pricing is affordable and presentation was pretty good. The person behind the counter was helpful in showing us how to order. He did not even rush us at all even though the line was already getting longer. Delivery of the order was quick. They were all fresh and delicious. It would have been better though if their rice is fluffier not a bit dry. Another comment for improvement is to be generous with those special higher priced pieces like the Crabmon and chunkier pieces of salmon like in the photo. After we have eaten, we ordered another batch to take home. Yes, definitely a must to try and worth visiting again to get the other items to enjoy. I frequent the dance studio next door and I've been waiting for the opportunity to try it out. When I finally had the time to try it out, I ordered the Fresh Salmon ($5.39), Grilled Eel ($5.59), and Garlic Butter Crab ($4.79). There is a kiosk at the counter so you just choose your selections on the touch pad. They make everything to order so it takes a bit for your order to come out, but it's so worth it. They really pile on the toppings onto the yubu and it's so much that there's not really a single bite where you're only getting the rice and bean curd. Everything was so fresh and flavorful and it can get a little messy trying to eat it. They do have gloves that you can use to eat with your hands. Out of the ones that I've ordered, I don't know if there's a certain one that I like more than the others since they all have such a unique taste. It really depends on what you're in the mood for or what you're craving, but it will be sure to satisfy it. I don't think why it took so long for me to just walk next door, but I'm glad that I was finally able to try it out. Came here on a Friday afternoon and there was no line. Ordered on the kiosk that had all the pictures of the different options. Tried the chipotle salmon, bulgogi, salmon, and fresh ginger tuna, and the fish tasted fresh. These can get super filling since there was a hefty amount of rice compared to the amount of topping. It is lacking flavors tho, I only tasted rice and tofu skin 2. Crabmon (3/5): blue crab meat wirh salmon on top, the picture looks like it comes with a lot of salmon but it was def not. Flavor was ok 3. Spicy tuna (2/5): my least favorite. They used buldalk sauce for this and it's actually really spicy. Ended up ordering 1 lemon pepper salmon and 1 bulgogi. The lemon pepper salmon was very delicious, but had way too much rice inside. The bulgogi was a bit salty, but it was okay paired with the rice. I went here for the first time with my husband on a Sunday afternoon. I've never had Atoyubu before and I'm glad I tried it! Atoyubu is an Asian fusion dish. It's fresh fish and rice stuffed in a tofu pocket essentially. If you don't want fish, no problem. They also offer grilled bulgogi and grilled spicy pork. I ordered the fresh salmon and lemon pepper salmon. Both were incredibly delicious and flavorful. I liked the lemon pepper more than the fresh salmon. My husband got the grilled bulgogi and spicy pork. Those were also flavor bombs. The other thing I'd like to mention are the prices. Each was under $7, yes $7! That's a steal. I was speaking to one of the chef's and he said that two is a good amount for one person, and he was right. I could've eaten three, but I'll save that for next time.
