Came here for dinner on a Saturday night at around 6pm. Put ourselves on the yelp waitlist ahead of time and was seated immediately when we arrived. We got the chef cut combo with a half portion of small intestines. It was a LOT of food. The combo serves 2-3 people comfortably as it also comes with steamed egg and corn cheese on the side. I also love that they have a great selection of banchan. The servers here are super friendly and attentive, and they do all the cooking for you so your meat comes out prefect! My favorite cuts were the ribeye cap, the galbi and the garlic galbi as they were super tender cuts with good flavor. They also have a Chang combo for those who like intestines. I love that they changed the grill after cooking all the meats and used a different grill for the small intestines, allowing it to get super crispy. Dont forget to get hot sauce for the intestines too. We had enough food leftover for another meal. Overall it's definitely on the pricier side but the meat quality is very good and service excellent. Known for their intestines combos so that's of course what we got. They cook it for you which is nice. Intestines can be an acquired taste because of the texture, but we are a fan, but can't have it all the time. Staff was friendly and on a weekday evening, we were able to get a reservation right away. The quality was pretty good, but there was one cut we weren't the biggest fan of. The price is a little high I think too. Banchan was solid, but nothing to stand out. I think next time, we will try other meat varieties to diversify our meal. We heard about this place from a friend and ordered mostly according to their recommendations. We got the variety combo (which to our surprise came with salad/corn cheese-we thought we were going to have to order those separately). I appreciated that they got us two sets of banchan for our table of 6. We ordered the variety combo, the cold spicy noodles, the tripe fried rice, and the tofu soup. It was the perfect amount of food for us. The staff also does the cooking here. I would order the tripe fried rice and the tofu soup again. The meat was just ok and the noodles actually had too much flavor lol! I highly recommend the soup and the rice though and perhaps trying a different meat combo. There was a grease fire while we were here which was interesting.... I wonder if it's a common occurrence but we left the restaurant as soon as the grill caught on fire. read more

First time dining at Yangmani and as I pulled in, I was shocked to see Chubby Cattle at the end of the plaza. It's been probably close to 10 years since I've last been here and the plaza is still busy as I remembered it being. Glad my friend made reservations as this it filled up pretty quickly. Let my friends decide on what to order as they've dined here in the past. We ended up with the chef's cut combo which was a nice sample of various cuts. Although they do cook the meat for you, honestly didn't know what cut was what. Don't get me wrong the meat was good, just wished I knew what was what. We did end up ordering another garlic galbi which was awesome as they gave us a garlic butter dipping sauce. Service was a bit slow and often had to do cooking ourselves to prevent the meat from burning. The decoration is modern but not overwhelmed The staff was super friendly They were on top of the meat being grilled, they kept coming around to flip it and cook it. Our party of 5 was seated almost right away. If you've ever been to Baekjeong, it's pretty similar. They have sets you can choose from and the quality of the meats are really premium. Someone comes and grills all of your meat for you as well. I really liked the banchan selection too. I would consider it a little on the pricier side but the quality is worth it. Heard about Yangmani through a YouTuber and was feeling splurge-y, so found ourselves here on a Friday evening at about 5:30 pm. Located in the Diamond Plaza, which has a lot of other shops and restaurants, it can be a while to find a parking spot but that's the good thing about eating dinner early. Upon stepping into the restaurant, there was a dry aging fridge on the right showing the various aged stages of their ribeye. Legit! Only two tables or so were occupied at this time. We were to asked to wait while they set up our table. When we were then seated, we found a number of sauces and a variety of banchans laid out for us, ready to enjoy. So remember we felt splurge-ey? And yes, yes we did. We ordered the Chef's Cut Combo ($148), which came with 5 different cuts of beef, including the dry aged ribeye and the mega galbi. The combo also I bodied corn cheese and steamed eye - yum! Service is on point and everything is cooked at the table for you. All you have to do is eat and enjoy. The banchan that was particularly unexpected and delicious was the cilantro salad (sorry cilantro haters!). Overall, absolutely delicious and premium quality. The quality comes with the price tag - after tax and tip, the meal was almost $200 for two people. Pricey but something worth splurging for every now and then. This place is a certified banger. I got the Chang Combo, which serves organ meats (intestine, stomach), and it blew my expectations out of the water. If a person doesn't eat organ meat and I had to select a spot to have them try it, it'd be here. On top of that, there's a bonkers of an amount of ban chan sides. Finish the meal off with scorched rice soup. What a way to finish. Servers will cook and cut for you so you only have to worry about eating. This place replaced the skewer spot I liked, but I'll welcome this replacement with open arms. Doesn't look too different from the prior skewer set up. I came here after hearing pretty good reviews and Recs from friends. When we walked in the area was clean and the host was friendly. Parking was easy to find on a weekday night. We ended up getting the variety combo for 2 of us. The sides were okay but the one that stood out the most was probably the Mac salad. Everything else wasn't super memorable. The combo also came with steamed egg and cheese corn. The cheese corn wasn't that sweet and lacked flavor. The lack of flavor was continuous with the sauces for the meats too. The first meat we tried was the brisket and honestly I felt like it just tasted like any meat you would get at an AYCE restaurant. The standout of the combo was probably the bulgogi since it was marinated and had some sort of flavor. I think the meats would all be better if the dipping sauce wasn't so bland. It was nice that the server cooked for us, so service was pretty good. I was just not wowed by the meats considering it was $110 for both of us for that combo. Recently, I've been on a mission to find the top Korean BBQ spots in Los Angeles, and I kept seeing Yangmani all over TikTok being hyped as one of the best. So I decided to give it a try. To avoid traffic, I waited until things died down and got there around 9 PM on a Saturday. In hindsight, that might've been a mistake. They close at 11, so I figured it would be fine.. but it didn't turn out that way. The staff were friendly and seated us right away, but it definitely felt like they were rushing to close. I ordered the chef's cut combo, which comes with corn cheese, steamed egg, got the spicy cold noodles, soft tofu soup, lettuce wraps, and rice. Right off the bat, I was disappointed to hear they were out of rice paper, which I personally love wrapping meat with. It also felt like service started slipping very quickly.. our server forgot our rice and lettuce wraps. By the time I asked again, the kitchen had already closed. She did manage to get us one bowl of rice, but it still wasn't ideal. As for the food, the meat itself was decent, but it honestly felt like we got whatever was left in the kitchen. The quality and portions weren't what I expected, especially given the hype. The steamed egg was another letdown.. omg it was dry, whereas I'm used to it being soft and fluffy. The banchan selection was pretty mid as well. On top of that, we felt rushed the entire time. Staff were already cleaning nearby tables, and the smell of cleaning spray while eating was pretty unpleasant. Overall, this place felt overhyped to me. Nothing really stood out, and I don't see myself coming back. My boyfriend even said he felt like it wasn't worth the money, which was disappointing. Overall an amazing korean BBQ place. I would realistically place it at a 4.5 stars as a KBBQ place and a 5 star a of a KBBQ place in Rowland heights. The place is similar to Baekjeong and has sets of meat and side dishes. The quality of the meats were amazing and the workers also help you cook it. The side dishes were unlimited and the other foods that come with the sets such as the steamed eggs were delicious. Visited Yangmani on a Sunday for dinner with a group of friends and we had an absolute blast! We showed up without a reservation and were able to be seated pretty quickly, but the restaurant started filling up shortly afterwards. We got the variety combo and the chef cut combo and the meats were simply so delicious and high quality- I was dreaming about how good this meal was days afterwards!! Besides their delicious meats, they offer a generous number of banchan which is always a delight. Service was excellent - our server cut and cooked our meats perfectly. At the end of your meal, they offer each person a small pineapple slushie shot, which is a fun way to end the meal. Its expensive and you get a small amount of food, split between 5. I thought they were whatever. The large galbi bone was really good though. I also like the combo a? With the thin slices of meat. My friend was raving about the tofu soup because she got it the other week but I thought it was a 3/5 it was pretty salty. came to yangmani on feb 15th (sunday) for an early CNY dinner, fullerton rd. was extremely backed up, and getting into diamond plaza was even harder. i called the restaurant to let them know i might be a bit late to my reservation, and they said they would hold my spot for 10 minutes. i luckily got there right at the tenth minute, and spoke to the host. he had mentioned he was already prepping the table for someone else (hmm...), but since i had made it just in time, it was mine. my party & i ordered two set dinners, one around ~$110 and the other ~$150. i especially liked the side dishes and that they offer free refills. the meat was very tender, the side dishes were delicious, and the service was quick even though the restaurant was extremely busy. just be aware that you will smell very strongly of kbbq when you leave. compared to the ktown location, i'd say this one beats it by a long shot. overall, i had a great time and a great experience at yangmani rowland heights, definitely one of my favorite kbbq spots. read more

He helped up grill the meats we ordered to perfection. The ambiance feels comfortable and the entire restaurant feels spacious; unlike other kbbq places that feels very cramped. As far as meat quality goes, you have to get the Chef's Cut Combo! It is definitely worth the price and each of the meats we got were very delicious! If you're not Korean, don't come here. They treat other people differently. The food was just ok. Portions were small. My boys and I ordered variety combo. It was not enough for us. Our server barely checked on us or cleaned up our table or refilled any sides dishes. He just put the meat on our grill and left. We had to cook the meat by ourselves to avoid them to overcooked. Maybe he saw we cooked our meat, he never checked on us and went to our table anymore. BUT he served his Korean customers very well and always checked on them.
