Located in Arcadia in a center with a lot of options. Plenty of parking available. Came here during lunch time and they were busy but staff were tentative with getting a table for you. They have a lot of options on their menu. I've been here before and their pho is good. Decided to try their shaking beef dish (com bo luc lac) and their red bean dessert. Shaking beef dish - came out on a sizzling plate. Flavors were good and it's best to eat this as soon as it hits your table. Only downside of it being on a hot plate is the meat gets overcooked as you let it sit. Good serving size of rice and good pickled veggies. There was broth that came with and it was HOT! Love when the broth is hot and not lukewarm. I think it's the same broth for their pho; good flavor. Red Bean Dessert with Coconut Milk - can't go wrong here. If you like red bean and have a sweet tooth, give this a try. Cools you down on a hot day.

We tried Pho Ha today and overall I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. I ordered the #1 small pho, which was actually a pretty decent portion size. The broth definitely gets the job done when you're craving Vietnamese pho, and for a local pho spot it's somewhat solid. That said, living in the San Gabriel Valley means there's some really amazing pho out there, and unfortunately the broth here just didn't stand out compared to some of the better spots nearby. My husband ordered the roasted chicken with red fried rice, and he absolutely devoured it, so that was definitely a win. Service was minimal as the waiter came by to take our order and drop off the food, and that was pretty much it. We personally didn't need anything else, so it wasn't a huge issue, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, it's a decent local option when you need to satisfy a pho craving close to home, and we'll probably be back in a pinch. But next time, we'll likely still be on the hunt for the next best bowl in the SGV.

Receipt doesn't show me what I ordered.

+ Decent homey phở. + My first time enjoying the exotic soda sữa hột gà (milk egg soda), - albeit a little expensive. . The drink wasn't flavorful, but it was interesting. + Polite, helpful staff. - Not hygienic. Dirty spoon (see photo). - Receipt doesn't show what I ordered. + Multiple restrooms per gender. . Okay amount of parking.

I've been here before and it was fine, even ordered out from them. Today, in the restraint my friend and I ordered pho's to find an insect in mine. My friend and I were grossed out and wanted to leave immediately. I had gotten a pho with steak while my friend just got a veggie pho. The person helping us still charged me for my beef pho and comped my friends veggie one (since it was the cheapest). This was just bad service and instead of trying to do the right thing he still tried to make a buck off me even though we walked out without having touched our food.

A little expensive, but the food is an amazing 10/10! Their timing is also great! Definitely coming back.

When craving Pho and not want to drive far this place hits the spot. It pricing is reasonable and parking plentiful as restaurant is in the same plaza as Tokyo Wako. Egg rolls come out crunchy with dipping sauce, carrots, radish, mint. cilantro and lettuce. For a plate of four it's slightly pricey. Large size pho dac biet is my go-to order, has plenty of meat and broth enough to take home. Came with vegan friend and they were able to order off the vegetarian section requesting no egg. Service is sometimes hard to flag down as they wear many hats, but water gets refilled regularly.

Rating: 7/10 Used to come in the past when I was younger but decided to try again on a rainy day since it's close by. Not bustling but had a few groups inside when we came on Wednesday at around 7:45PM. Here's what I got: 1) Pho Tai Nam Sach: The small size is actually quite generous and filled me up. Soup is good but not the most flavorful I've had. Noodles slightly too soft for my taste. Still hit the pho craving I had though. Not the best, not the worst, but just fine for a pho craving!

On a rainy SoCal evening I was craving some Pho, so I headed here to try the Pho Ga. While the chicken was good, the broth was a little bland. The sprouts and basil were fine. Service was quick to the point of feeling a bit rushed when we kept on being asked if we were ready to order without having time to look at the menu. Maybe they wanted to close more than an hour early? The bathroom was also pretty dirty with no soap in the men's room, which really didn't help with the overall dining experience.

The pho was pretty good but it had so much fat in there. The fried fish was really good though we really enjoyed that. The service was ok also, very quick and to the point but still nice. The restaurant was also very nice with cute music that was relaxing to listen to while eating. We come here often as it's super close to our house and in the same plaza as my nail salon. Definitely will come back again but hopefully I don't get as much fat in there next time

This soup is so pungent that the only time I get to savor it is at home and the stink doesn't leave your home for a few days. So, it is to my delight that they offer it here during the weekdays. It is a nicely stacked bowl that has everything but the kitchen sink in it - roast pork belly, catfish, squid, eggplant, and stuffed jalapeno with fried fish cake. Very filling and reasonably priced! The only reason I gave this place a 4 instead of 5 rating is because you can only order certain items from the menu when they open. I wanted to get some Chinese food to-go for my husband, but was told by the server that the other items were only available beginning at 10 am, which is odd to me.
