This is one of the best rice plates I've ever had!! The seasoning of the chicken is to die for. The Thai iced tea is also super yummy and refreshing. I'm a phonatic and I have to say this is the best pho spot I've been to in the east bay. When it comes to pho, the broth makes or breaks it and they most flavorful broth! Food was excellent. Service was exceptional. Quite a difference from the previous owners (ie Pho Saigon). We came with my daughter who comes here regularly. I had the S37. Shaken Beef with Rice/Bo Luc Lac Cubed filet mignon sauteed in onion and pepper sauce. The cube of meat was super tender and flavorful. My wife had their vermicelli salad and my daughter had the rice plates. Both were very good. They have an extensive menu.....so it would be while before you repeat What is new is the Vietnamese Sandwich/Banh Mi. I saw a number of customers eating it and it look delicious. Love coming to our usual Pho Dublin with our family. They have a very good variety of selections to choose from and my favorite is Pho Combo. The broth is very savory and flavorful. The grilled porkchop rice plate was also delicious. We had the calamari and egg roll, it was delicious. My husband loved the Crispy Noodle Combo, that was a spectacular dish. Wow! it's been over 2 years, Jan-2020 when I last visited this Pho location just before the pandemic set in and affected all eateries and restaurants. Back then this place was Pho Saigon. Today, my friend and I were across the street at the Summer Winds Nursery and very hungry. We walked over to now called Pho Dublin. It looked like it was closed and sadly we found out the place was burglarized, the front window shattered and being repaired and some items inside were stolen. They were open but on a cash only basis. What better way to help a local business so we stopped in to dine. The spiral bound menu (book) is quite extensive, I think 8 pages. They offer appetizers, Pho, Vietnamese specialties, rice dishes and beverages. I ordered the Shrimp Pho for my friend, and I decided on the Brisket/Flank Pho, both with egg noodles. Soon afterwards a cold Lemonade Soda was brought to my friend that she really enjoyed. Service is very friendly. The meals were brought to our table and the portions are large. They only offer Large and Extra-Large so bring an appetite. Its quite a meal even if you are famished. They brought a plate of fresh garnish: bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, jalapenos and lime wedges. We enjoyed the taste of the clear broth as it wasn't cloudy or oily like some other places I've been to and the egg noodles were al dente and not sticking together. Some of the basil edges were a little brown but not wilted. Overall, this was a better experience than the last two Pho restaurants I have been to in the last few months. This used to be my go-to spot, until I started trying other Pho restaurants in the nearby area. The service here is as quick as any other Pho place (which is never long!) and the food tastes pretty good. I took off a couple stars off for a couple reasons: 1. I called in a to-go order. We wanted a boneless pork rice plate and a Thai iced tea. We made sure to say NO BONE and BONELESS quite a few times to make sure we wouldn't get a bone-in pork chop. The woman proceeds to confirm it's boneless and even tells me the Vietnamese name for it. We pick it up, drive home, open it up and it's bone-in. Cool. 2. After coming home and finding out it was bone-in, I went ahead and started cutting the meat off of the bones (nothing like making it boneless at home!). I proceeded to find not one, not two, but THREE long black hairs cooked within the pork. Like, the hairs didn't fall onto the food after it was cooked (even that itself would be nasty)... they were fully cooked in. The $6 Thai iced tea wasn't too bad, I suppose. Maybe they were having an off night, but I'd rather go to the other Pho restaurant down the street. read more

My wife and I stopped by to grab a quick snack, and since we love Vietnamese spring rolls, we tried theirs. (With the pork and shrimp). The wrapper on these is delicious and fresh, the contents of each roll also have a great balance of flavor. The peanut dipping sauce it comes with is also very good and has a creaminess to it. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the portion. One order of spring rolls costs $8.95, and as you can see from the picture, it only comes with two rolls, and while they are tasty, aren't very thick. I'm giving this place 3 stars because I have been a few times and it is pretty hit or miss. The first time visiting it was fantastic which had me wanting to come back, and then I had a great take out experience the time after. The last two times I have been I have asked to substitute chicken into a bowl that normally comes with tofu, the servers said this would be no problem, but the first time the bowl came out with tofu and no chicken and the last time I went it came out with no tofu and no chicken. Being the sort of new pho restaurant in an old existing pho restaurant, this place is still a very solid place to eat in Dublin. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 and sort of neat perk is still seeing a few old familiar faces at this new restaurant who used to work at the former restaurant lol. Still pretty much the same set up seating wise but they did brighten the interior up with some new paint. On this visit, we order some spring rolls and beef stew, while my mom ordered her usual pho ga/chicken soup. The beef stew was very good and on par with many other places in the area and taking a sip and bite of the pho ga was on par too. And the spring rolls were of coarse very good too. The service is very good and the minor gripe and it's not their fault but, parking at times can be tight in around the restaurant, so I tend to park closer to Hana Japan to avoid the tight quarters..all in all still a very solid place to eat if you are in the area. Also forgot to mention, their menu seems to be pretty vast in terms of variety, so when the mood hits me I look forward to trying some of the other dishes besides eating pho. read more

Great pho noodle house in the city of Dublin, California. Restaurant is very clean and was met with courteous staff when coming in. I got Pho, my wife got a rice dish. My Pho broth was well seasoned. Meat was tender and the portions were enough to make me full! My wife's rice dish was also very good. It came with an over easy egg which was a nice bonus! Had the opportunity to try this place on a busy Friday afternoon. The place was almost packed upon arrival. Placed three ( 3) orders of the special combination pho through DoorDash. The prices on Doordash were $2 more expensive than calling in to place an order. The pho broth was a little bland, but the ingredients were fresh. While waiting for my pick up order, I was greeted and asked several times if I was helped yet. Yes, I was impressed with their hospitality. I've been going to the previous spot for years so I wanted to give this one it's fair share. Went in, looks the same with a few minor changes. Front of the house staff looks the same, can't say for the back. The menu I like better than the previous owners. It was simple and had new items like the garlic noodles which I'll need to try one day. Ordered a xlarge 19 pho dac biet and a side of spring rolls. First thing I do is taste the broth. This broth was good. As of now the best broth in the area. I may need to reup on the other spots for a 2022 taste test. Haha. I like the tripe they add because not many places do that. My springsrolls never came out but that's okay, I was super full from the pho. My go to spots are in San Jose but since I live up here, this will hold me hold for a few days. The owner is best friends with the former one and if you were a regular there you may see a familiar face at the host stand. Flavor wise, it was just so so. The "large" size came with 6 wontons and 2 pieces of bbq pork for $13.95. The grilled pork spring rolls looked like they are homemade, not restaurant quality. The pork tastes good but otherwise, nothing special. 2 rolls for $8.95. The prices of their combo rice plates look pretty pricey compared to Pho Saigon, maybe we will consider trying it again to see if it's worth it. Fast service! Food is great. I prefer this pho restaurant over all the ones in Dublin. We always order the same thing - grilled beef over rice, grilled pork with an egg over rice, bun bo hue (spicy pho) with brisket, strawberry smoothie (without pearl), lychee smoothie and avocado smoothie with pearl. The place is clean and ambiance is typical of a nicer pho restaurant. Parking is good here which shares a parking lot with other businesses around (Waffle restaurant, Burmese restaurant).
