Everything was great and service was fine but the food is very overpriced. 2 bowls of pho and one appetizer and our bill was $55....Turns out the pho was $20 each despite saying $14 on the menu and the app was another $15 despite saying $10 on the menu. False pricing on the menu shouldn't even be legal. read more

3 words: chicken curry pho. So pho king delicious. It definitely packs a punch. My nose was running but I couldn't stop eating it. They were generous with the chicken chunks too. I am Vietnamese and I grew up eating pho once a week but I don't think I've tasted anything quite like the curry pho. I also had the shrimp spring rolls and they came out fat and filled with shrimp. Just how I like them. The ladies working were super sweet. The place was clean and parking was plenty. Definitely coming back here. read more

Best phô place around Allen. But my favorite dish here is the Yellow Curry Chicken Soup. Highly recommend trying "egg noodles" instead of the normal "rice noodles". Vermicelli dishes are just "ok". read more

This tiny treasure that takes me 30 minutes to get to is worth the drive. My frequent visits to Texas include a nice long ride with my bestie only to catch the tasty Pho this restaurant has to offer. Passing many other Vietnamese restaurants we have chosen not to even give them a chance as we don't see it getting any better than this. The restaurant is small with a BIG menu. A variety of options for all taste buds but my bestie and I have not seem to make it past the Pho since it is sooooooooo good. A flavor of broth like no other. Garnished with Crispy Onions and Chives you still get all the flavorful fixings to add in. Tasty food for a reasonable price. Plus the service is friendly. Greeted with Cucumber water I like to add some hot tea. Definitely a place to stop in to dine. Your tummy will be happy... read more

I have had a lot of Pho in the DFW area and this is some of the best. This is our go to Pho place. It's not far from where we live and it is always on target. Since I am such a creature of habit, I usually get the Pho Ga (chicken with rice noodles). Lately, I've been trying the chicken with egg noodles and it gives it a different vibe. I've also tried the pork fried rice and it was delicious. I can't comment of the spicy Pho dishes because I haven't tried them yet, but hopefully I will get to them soon. Something I also usually get is the fried dumplings, man are they tasty! The meat portions are very generous and the small bowls are very filling. You will be able to fill up without any problems and the prices are very reasonable. The star of this place is the broth. I don't know how they make it, but it is outstanding! It looks very basic and almost like water, but you can tell there is a lot that goes into it. The broth is where Pho restaurants have different methods and ways of preparing, but this is easily some of the best broth I've ever had. This place is VERY small and has limited seating. If you go during peak hours, you will have to wait. The lady who runs the place may tell you to move to a different table or to wait somewhere in the back, but just go with it. They have to accommodate for different size groups and there isn't much room. If it isn't packed, just come in and grab a seat where you can and they will come to you to take your order. If you are getting it to go, got to the back counter and order there. It may not be very clear what to do if it's your first time there. Highly recommended Pho, Easily the best Pho in the Allen, McKinney area. read more

Never thought the city of Allen would have some delicious pho. Actually, this place have good pho in general. Better than most pho restaurants in the DFDub. They offer a lot on the menu. I had their hu tieu and wasn't a fan. The fried rice with grilled pork chop was good. I really liked how tender the grilled pork was. Most Vietnamese places seem to make them a little dry. The best thing here though, is the pho. Can't go wrong with pho, especially in this cold winter. Actually, I eat pho in the summer too. My blood is filled with pho. Pho yea!! The restaurant is pretty small and there's a wait on the weekend, but not too bad. Close on Sunday fyi. I like how this place is family owned and operated. They are super friendly. I bet the grandparents are the one cooking these delicious bowls of pho in the back. I wish this place was closer to me so I can come here for lunch more often. read more

Crystal Pho is in my neighborhood and I have enjoyed eating there for years. Their food is consistently good. I highly recommend them for take out also. You don't get home and realize half of your order is missing! Give them a try. Our favorite is of course their chicken soup. I always get their vegetarian dishes and they're yummy. My kids also love their beef flat noodle dinner. I order the vegetarian version of it, and it is soooo good. Try this place out! read more

I had high expectations for this place and so glad they didn't disappoint!! I liked that they served it all separately and allowed me to make my own bowl. So much food and I got the small!! The spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce very flavorful. I've never had curry pho and this won't be the last. The most flavorful pho I've ever had. Has the perfect amount of everything. So glad I stopped by. This will be my new go to spot for when I'm craving soup. read more

Love pho and this place has options, they treat you well and their food is amazing, what more can you ask for. I don't like spice and they catered to that request. read more

Some dang good Pho. I've been eating Pho since I left California 4 years ago. This place is as good as it gets. Service is great, they are always friendly and go beyond what you would expect in service. I'm always greeted with a smile. The one younger gentleman memorized my order to the point that when I go he asks "the usual?". I love this place. This is what I would call a hidden GEM, a hole in the wall that you MUST have if you enjoy Pho. read more

Definitely the best pho place in the North Dallas area. I am going to assume you have ate pho before. If you have not, well, it is a vietnamese noodle soup dish that made sriracha famous :) Ambiance - 3/5 - Typical Pho place. Staff - 4/5 - Very friendly, but typical staff as well. You have to flag them down. Food - 4.5/5 - Order the spring rolls and your favorite type of pho. The broth here is very, very good. If you have eaten at Pho Pasture (Grand Prairie and/or Addison area), then you will enjoy this place as well. Overall, this place is the closest pho place that is actually very good. I have to drive a little ways to get here, but worth it. read more

Top tier Pho! The only reason I provided 3 stars is they seem to sell out and arbitrarily close at times.

They serve pretty good Vietnamese and Asian food. I have been always satisfied with the quality and preparation of the food and service. The menu is definitely more comprehensive than in an average Pho outlet. The restaurant appears to be a family business and therefore service is more personalized. The location is a little hard to get and parking can be a problem. However, it is worth a visit. They have a large variety of Pho soups, many Vietnamese dishes and even some Chinese. You will not be disappointed, because whatever you order is delicious. read more

I can't say much about the food because I wasn't able to try it but I can speak on the customer service which was terrible!! The lady working the register clearly was upset because it was a busy time so she was telling everyone that it would be a long wait, she did this with an attitude. Instead of being grateful people were coming she was mad. Really sad in this day and time. Maybe someone should serve some humble pie to this place. Maybe NO business would be better. read more

The food and service are great! My go-to place for pho in the area. The spring rolls are great too

Was looking for a good Pho place since I just moved to North Dallas and I'm so happy I came across Pho Crystal! I ordered the Chicken Pho with a side of the thin sliced steak and the Shrimp Spring Rolls to go. The ordering process was quick and easy online and I had no issues. Once I went to pick-up my order the place was packed! The lady helping me was very nice and I was able to quickly grab my order and head back home. The Pho was delicious! The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too soft, the chicken was moist with a lot of flavor as well! The steak cooked well in the broth was still tender while I ate it. The Shrimp Spring Roll was delicious the shrimp was fresh. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and I'm happy to say that Pho Crystal is now my favorite Pho restaurant in the area! read more

I love when I find a good, authentic pho restaurant that offers vegetarian food!! More and more pho restaurants now have vegetarian options on the menu, so thank you for that!! My go-to is their veggie and tofu pho. They pack the bowl with a nice variety of veggies and give lots of tofu too! The broth is nice and flavorful as well- a little on the salty side, but I don't mind. During Covid, I got my order to-go to eat at home, and they packed my order- they gave so, so much food it could've been two bowls of pho. I've noticed that a lot of pho places give small portions when you get it to-go, so I'm so glad that they didn't skimp out on the food. I crave pho all the time, so I'm glad that I found this place!! Covid hit hard on a lot of local businesses, and I'm glad that I'm able to support this restaurant. read more

I discovered pho crystal on yelp, looking for a good pho place to take my mom. I can tell that this is a nice family joint with lots of regulars. The owner was very friendly and greeted many of the customers by name. So, the reason for the 3 start review... Most likely my stingy Asian nature. I ordered the grilled pork banh-mi (delectable), Vietnamese iced coffee (perfection), and the spicy beef pho (delicious)! So what was wrong? My mom ordered the wonton BBQ pork noodles, not a Viet specialty, obviously and the pork inside the wontons came out raw! They were nice about it, took it back and re-made it, but still charged me full price! Maybe I've been spoiled by other places, who would usually comp at least her raw, uncooked, salmonella-potential food, but nope! Now, I'm still willing to give them another chance, since my food was good and the service was decent. However, my warning is don't order the wonton soup! read more

Pho Crystal - Spicy beef noodle soup and grilled pork banh-mi. Yummy!!! - Vietnamese Near Me - Fairview, Texas

Food is not bad but portion size is unreasonably small for the price. Staff are friendly. Not sure if it is worth any revisits.

The vermicelli beef salad is the best in the area! I was never a big fan of pho until now. I could eat it several times a week. The fried rice is flavorful and not overly done. This is the restaurant we could get takeout from daily!! Fresh, flavorful, and available to bring home. read more

This place has wonderful food! Whenever I want Pho, I come here. The service is great too.

Wow. I really hope this wasn't typical for them; everything was just... not good. The chicken was chewy and flavorless. The broth was just greasy - no real flavor. The fried tofu was either reheated or just done completely wrong - it was chewy as heck. Won't be ordering again. read more

Delicious food! Been coming here for over 10 years and it never disappoints. Very consistent and always fast service .

Pho was just okay here. Not as much flavor as I'd like. The egg rolls were really good. Crispy and fresh. The spring rolls were just okay too. read more

Great establishment and super clean. Go to spot for pho in the Allen area!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place when its open. Closed sporadically like they went fishing or are traveling. Call before you go.

Love finding locally-owned holes in the wall like this! Adore the Curry Chicken Rice Noodle soup...so good, whether in-restaurant or to go. Just the right amount of heat. Easy to miss, but don't...you'll be glad you gave it a try! read more

I've only been here a few times, but it has never disappointed. I always order the Grilled Beef spring rolls, and a large bowl of pho. The broth here is very good, and the large bowl is actually large. Service here is great too. You can see that the staff recognizes the regulars and have very pleasant exchanges. I'll definitely be back and earn my stripes here as a regular. read more

Everyone here is so fun & sweet food is delicious & plentiful. My coworkers and I came here on a whim since their original place was closed. Delicious!!! This is such a great place, food always fresh, hot, tastefully presented and always great service.

The spicy beef noodle, the soup tastes like spicy oil with no real beef bone soup. Curry chicken soup noodles not taste chicken soup and so watery curry soup. This is the worst pho I ate, this is not real pho. Will not recommend to anyone, service is ok. The size is so small. The beef and chicken are soft with no taste. read more

This place was packed at lunch time. They get Aalto of regulars which is always a good sign. Like most pho place a lot of food for your money. I loved the shrimp spring rolls...the peanut sauce wasn't too thick like a lot of places usually are. The pho was yummy and perfect size. Everything was very fresh. read more

HANDS DOWN BEST PHO IN DFW!! This pho place is always worth the wait no matter how long because they're food is just so good. You can just tell the difference between them and places like Pho Que Huong. They use fresh veggies and don't just load they're broth with straight up MSG. They're food is quality and great tasting :) Depending on the time and day you go they might be pretty busy and sometimes they get a little backed up on service. They have a tiny restaurant and you may have to wait for a seat. Expect a bit of wait time especially if you come on a cold rainy weekend because we all know that's the best time to have a nice hot bowl of pho The workers are super nice and don't rush you even when they're packed. They are helpful when you ask questions and are patient even if you come in 30 minutes before they close. Tbh I would recommend pho Chrystal to anyone in the area that wants some good pho. read more

Authentic, delicious pho! No frills just good food. They use real meat, tendons, etc. not bland 'meatballs'. We've been going here for years. During this pandemic the dining area has been closed so we are waiting patiently for them to reopen. We miss eating there. I wish I had some photos to share but I don't have any at the moment. I guess I just jump right into my pho before I take any pics. We always order the spring rolls as an appetizer. They are delicious! read more
