I used to not be a fan of pho, mainly because I could never find a place that made it worth coming back for, but this restaurant has fully converted me into a pho lover. I have to eat here at least once a week now, that's how good it is! There's something very comforting and satisfying about their food. My family and I decided to try pho for the first time tonight. Based on other reviews, we decided Pho Crystal seemed like a great option with great reviews and boy were the reviews accurate! The food was fantastic and service was excellent! The building is pretty small and cozy but staff seemed to know how to keep business flowing while still providing great service! When we first arrived all the tables were full. We were directed to waiting chairs in the back. The wait was only a few minutes at most and we were seated. We explained to our server this was our first visit and she throughly explained the menu and the various options they provide. We started with cream cheese wontons and ordered the chicken egg noodle pho, chicken rice noodle pho and a chicken fried rice for a main course. We received our food in less than 10 minutes and every bit of it was very tasty! They also came by and made multiple suggestions on ways we could eat our pho (different sauces to add, bean sprouts, etc..) We finished off the evening with an avocado smoothie and a honeydew smoothie with boba. The boba was a great added touch even though I was skeptical at first. This is a neighborhood place my family go for our weekly pho fix. I'm not a pho man but my wife says it is the best so far in the area. I usually have basil flat noodle with beef or tofu. yum yum! As other reviewers stated, food is good and price is very reasonable. Staffs are very friendly but quite busy. It is a small place so I would advice going little early or late. And try to seat as far away from front door as possible. It does get little windy when people come in and out. read more

I've been living close to Pho crystal for several yrs, and finally tried it last night. The stir fried noodles were good and very fresh. The spring rolls were large and very well made, but didn't have a lot taste, do I just dunked them in the hot sauce dip. The service was a little slow for takeout, but it was Sat night. Great family operated Viet Pho restaurant with an expanded menu. What is best? The Pepper Beef is my wife's favorite with crab wontons. I like pho with everything in it with some "chicken sauce" to kick it up a bit. Just ask they will modify what you are looking at on the menu to take out something you don't or can not eat - or make it a lot spicer if you want. The curry is Viet curry not Thai curry. My only wish is more Viet fish options on the menu but I also understand the issue of it is fresh or throw it away. More review to come on Crystal Pho and walk in with a smile. read more

Probably one of the best pho restaurants north of 635 in Dallas. It definitely resembles my mother-in-law's pho! Anytime I crave some home cooked pho flavors I know Pho Crystal is the place to come, favorite place during winter too! Pretty extensive menu with your typical rice plates and the desserts are pretty yummy too, or my favorite Cafe Sua Da (viet iced coffee). Hands down, my favorite pho place in the metroplex! Not only mine, but my family's as well. Quaint, little family-owned place with pleasant, friendly service. Their pho is addicting! We come here to get our pho fix almost weekly. Good flavored broth and they don't skimp on the meat. I typically order the pho dac biet (meaning special, which includes all the offered cuts of meat). Their spicy pho is also very tasty as well as their fried rice platter with grilled pork. Egg rolls are very good too. Items I've tried that were just "meh" were the spring rolls and the crispy seafood noodle. But if you like pho, Pho Crystal is a must-try! read more

Let me start off by informing you, being of Vietnamese decent, this place tastes just like home made-what mom would spend 24 hours to make the broth alone type of place. I'm very picky about my pho broth and I judge pho places by their broth before adding in the hoisin and sriracha sauce, and I add in ALOT of sauce. This place makes the broth so good that I barely have to add any extra sauce in. The pho is so exceptional that clearly you could tell why people go out of their way to go to a hole in the wall type of place. The place seems to be family owned and they are not only very fast to getting your food to you, but they also give a very generous amount of food for price.
