I visited this place after reading 284 reviews with 4.5 star rating, and i couldn't agree more to those reviews. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I tried Sea food curry noodles- but replaced rice noodles with egg noodles, asked for some cilantro to top it with those sprout n vegetable toppings and boy!!! that was delicious Thai ice tea went smooth along with these... I was watching the staff serving other customers and everyone looked happy :) Deserved 5 star rating. read more

Pho Crystal - Seafood Curry -Egg noodles and Thai ice tea. Real good - Vietnamese Near Me - Fairview, Texas

This is my girlfriend's favorite place to get pho, and for good reason. The service is great, definitely has that family run vibe, as the same people are always working and pretty friendly. The staff is always quick and accommodating. The food comes out fairly quick (10-20 minutes) as long as they aren't packed (no line to be seated). The broth in their pho is the best I've tried and definitely makes the soup what it is. I prefer their beef to their chicken as I find it to be more tender. The herbs and veggies are always fresh. Their banh mi is heavenly in my opinion, the beef in it is so flavorful and tender, the bread is perfectly crispy and comes out warm, and they don't overload it with mayo. The only reason for 4 stars is if you order a sandwich and soup... they bring each item out as it's ready which means you get it fresh but it's kind of awkward to start eating before others read more

Pho Crystal - Round Steak Spicy Rice noodle- delicious - Vietnamese Near Me - Fairview, Texas

We ordered delivery from Pho Crystal a few days ago, and wow, what a pleasant surprise! I ordered meatball pho and a grilled pork sandwich; the former had the broth in a soup container and the legion of supporting actors in a styrofoam clamshell, including rice noodles, sprouts, jalapenos, cilantro and a very fresh sprig of thai basil that I pulled the leaves off of myself. The result was a phantastic (grin) bowl, very aromatic and very satisfying. The sandwich had a classic baguette with a lot of crunch on the outside, and delicious pork, cucumbers and mayo on the inside. I ended up inheriting my wife's shrimp spring rolls after she discovered they were really more like summer rolls, served cold with rice wrapper and lots of fresh shredded veggies inside; they were delicious with the accompanying peanut sauce. Although I didn't sample her shrimp lo mein, she said it was excellent. I did try her shrimp fried rice, and it was quite good, featuring larger shrimp than is often found in this "budget oriented" dish. All in all, a fantastic meal, especially considering it had to be packaged up and delivered; I can only imagine that the in-house experience is even better! read more

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! That's all that really needs to be said about Pho Crystal. The broth is full of wonderful flavors and comes with all the necessary fixings to dress it up. Pho is the ultimate cure all from when your feeling sick, hungover or if you need a nice warm and fuzzy feeling in your stomach. Coming from Seattle where Pho is everywhere, my wife and I were in desperate need of finding a good Pho place around McKinney. Pho Crystal had the best reviews around, so we decided to give it a try. We are happy we did because it has become our new favorite place to get a yum-tastic bowl of Pho and some big hearty spring rolls. Oh I completely forgot...... THEY DELIVER!!!!! It doesn't get any better than that. You need to have a minimum order of $15 and live within 3 miles for them to deliver. They even have a spicy steak Pho, which is my absolute favorite. So that makes me one happy camper. Vary few places carry it and that is very disappointing. They have a great variety on their menu from appetizers, beef pho, chicken pho, sub sandwiches, vermicelli, stir fried noodles, fried rice, noodle soup, steamed rice and smoothies. The prices are low and the highest priced items on the menu are $8.95. The place itself is kind of small and looks like your typical pho restaurant, but the service is very friendly. read more

I was craving for some pho for the longest time and I was in the area. Yelp to the rescue and recommended me this place! Gladly, it was on point and did not fail my expectations. If you are looking for good noodle soup, definitely get the Round Steak Spicy Noodle Soup! It was way better than the pho as it had more flavor and spiciness to it. You can ask them to make it more mild if you can't handle too much heat. Definitely get the fried shrimp spring rolls as well. They were really well made and delicious! Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend the food here. Good price and good portions and good service! read more

Pho Crystal - Round Steak Spicy Noodle Soup -- must get over the pho! - Vietnamese Near Me - Fairview, Texas

This place definitely gets busy around lunch time and it's pretty small. It's also VERY cold inside. My wife and I ordered an order of egg rolls, pork and egg rolls vermicelli, and brisket pho. The portion sizes are large, neither of us finished all our food. My vermicelli was a bit moist, which I didn't care for. The pork was very fatty as well. Taste-wise, it was nothing special. I found it odd the egg roll wasn't cut up. Never been to a place where they just threw a whole egg roll in there. Not bad, not great. My wife's pho was the same. The broth was fine. Again, not good not bad. Definitely not the best pho we've ever had, but if we're in the area, it's a safe bet. read more

They don't answer phone in calls and often close early refuse people even 15 min before closing but they have the best pho and fried rice

Extremely rude waitress. No smile. Very poor attitude. Had an issue with where we were sitting and made us move. Said large table was coming in while in here. Absolutely NO larger table came in to occupy the table. Very crowded & tight spacing of the dining room. After our order was taken two more people came in and were able to use the table we HAD to move from because there were no other available tables. Had the chicken curry noodle bowl. Not that flavorful as compared to other pho that I've eaten. Will not return due to the initial attitude! read more

Our first visit. We were definitely satisfied! Prices were fair, there were ample choices of pho, and broth was good. I like my broth on the mild side without too much seasoning. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls and loved them. The peanut sauce was delicious and just the right thickness. The service was terrific; the owner's niece was our server and had a really fun personality which added to our experience. We will definitely return! read more

Great service, felt invited. Couldn't have asked for a better Pho place in Allen. Would recommend

4 stars plainly for the Thai tea. I don't like Thai tea but this place has really good ones. My boyfriend drank it so fast we had to get another one to go. Their pho is alright. It's very bland and oily but it's okay. Their grilled chicken spring rolls were good. Noodles tasted a little weird but the chicken has a very great flavor. read more

The VERY best Pho restaurant I've EVER been to. Outstanding. I love their dishes. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant.

I really wanted to like this place but maybe because i tried the wrong things. I had to cater business lunch from here. The banh mi was just doused in mayo and i felt sick after eating it cause of all the mayo. The bread on the other hand was fresh and crispy. The pad thai, granted they are not a Thai place was awful. It was soaked in oil and did not have the usual flavors of pad thai. They use the thicker noodles for pad thai too. They should just take it out of the menu. I can't speak for the pho and the usual Vietnamese restaurant offerings. read more

Small Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall on the north East corner of Stacey and Greenville. The place is unassuming, but homey and the staff very friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well. But now to the food. I went with my family so we were able to try a range of things. First, the Pho: I had a large bowl of the round of steak and brisket and you better take the "large" seriously. It's a big portion. I probably could have done with the normal and I'm a big guy. The broth was nicely spiced, almost silky in texture. A lot of noodles and a good amount of beef in it. Sprouts, Jalapeno slices, lime and Thai basil came on the side. The beef was tender and delicious with the broth. Probably the best Pho I've had in the area. My wife wanted to try the Banh Mi, but they ran out of the buns. They were also out of the Shrimp egg rolls. Too bad, but if they run out it usually means it's fresh. So she ended up ordering the Teriyaki chicken. It wasn't the greatest, the only thing we ordered we didn't like. But then, it's a Japanese dish, not Vietnamese, so it's kinda understandable. The meatballs with peanut sauce we ordered for my kids were very good though and were gone very quickly. The cream cheese pockets were very good as well. The Vietnamese eggrolls and the fried potstickers were good, but nothing special. Finally, we also ordered the grilled chicken fried rice and were very positively surprised how good it was. My wife loved the fresh corn in it and I liked the slightly smokey taste. Finally I have to mention that my kids ordered smoothies, a chocolate kiss and a bananaberry, and they loved them! Altogether a very good experience and we'll definitely return. read more

Vietnamese approved. When I first heard of this spot, I was really skeptical just cause all the good OG pho spots are in Garland and further down towards "Chinatown". The first time I came here, it was a little difficult to find the restaurant since there was traffic going on while construction was happening. The restaurant is pretty cozy, but it didn't take more than 5 minutes to be seated. I ordered an order of eggrolls and a pho bo vein. The eggrolls are pretty typical and nothing stands out. The pho broth is so rich and you can tell this recipe was either passed down or taught within the family. Every time I stop by, my bowl is filled with protein and noodles, which I will never complain about. Also, the greens are always the freshest and packed with flavor. read more

Pros: - The food was tasty and really hit the spot when it's chilly outside. - Everything you need is already at the table like sauces and napkins - I'm not a chop stick expert and the owner saw me struggling so he offered a fork. Very sweet! Cons: - We waited for about 20-25 minutes for our food. While the food was good, I wasn't expecting such a long wait. - There's not much room and I didn't realize it was a seat yourself kind of place. No sign that mentioned it. All in all, I did enjoy the food and will be returning again! read more

This place is a gem. The food was on point, well seasoned, hot, and service was fast. Wonder was so friendly and welcoming. I came because a coworker of mine has been raving about this place. The chicken curry pho was amazing. I subbed the noodles for the clear noodles. I tried some of my friend's food (stir fried beef), and it was also amazing. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of their food. Everything is on point and I'm definitely coming back! read more

Always authentic and super tasty! Hope the dining room opens back up soon! Best Pho I've had in the Dallas area!

Pho Ga - Chicken rice noodle soup. Broth - quite bland and lacked any depth of flavor. It was like lightly seasoned packaged chicken broth. Chicken - Though I would have prefered dark meat chicken, chicken breast is what the server claimed was int he soup, and so was expecting sliced chicken breast. Supposedly it was chicken breast meat, but I liken it to the processed "white meat" patties they serve at Subway. The little nuggets of meat had a slight chicken flavor, but it was almost pink and kind of gross to look at. Cha Gio - the egg rolls themselves were fine, but the limp little pieces of lettuce it sat on was kind of gross. Some may say its just a garnish, but I like to wrap my egg rolls in them before I dip them in nuoc cham. All it all, it didn't make me sick. (hence 2 stars vs 1) read more

One of the best Pho restaurants in this area. You have to get to Richardson to get comparable/better. Place is fast, workers are awesome, and food never disappoints. Not sure if the last review was by someone who works there..., not the most authentic Vietnamese food you can get but good if you don't want to drive to Richardson/Dallas/garland area. Place seems to be confused with Chinese restaurant as most of their dishes aren't Vietnamese..., shrimp fried rice, beef & broccoli, etc. Good spring rolls tho, our meals were good just not Vietnamese. read more

I've been coming here for the past few months now and I'm finally writing my review. This restaurant is in a small retail center and is quite small in itself. It doesn't look like much from the outside but this is definitely when you shouldn't judge a book by its cover! The staff is always on point. Friendly. Fast. Observant. And makes me feel like I'm home. I typically get either the pho tai or pho tai bo hue. Either pho dishes are great. The reason why I love their pho? I don't feel like I drank 10 gallons of MSG after eating there. The noodles to meat ratio is even and they serve pop in a bottle instead of a can like other places. There's a lot more items on their menu but the pho tai bo hue is one that's not on every pho restaurants menu so, it's extra special here! read more

Wow! This Pho' restaurant hit the spot. We were in town for a softball tournament and my daughter always needs to eat Pho' at a local place. I found this on Yelp and the ratings were good so we decided to try it. The prices were great especially for the size that is offered. We got the regular and large size and it was well worth it. My daughter wanted the XL bowl but since she still had to play games she just got the large. The Pho' was amazing!!! The broth was clear and tasted delightful so you know they put time into this Pho'. I would definitely eat here again if I am in this area again. Stop in because it's well worth it. read more

Found out about this place through Yelp...nice little gem. Location, food and service were all great. Location - about a 10 minute drive from my house. My wife also likes it because it's only a few minutes away from her favorite outlet mall - the Allen Premium Outlet mall. It's about 2 miles east of the outlet mall on Stacy Rd...in a little strip mall right by a 7-11 on the north side of Stacy -- we almost missed it. Food - We were planning on ordering Pho, but ended up getting the Grilled Pork Fried Rice and the Vermicelli with Grilled Pork and Egg Roll. Both dishes tasted vibrant and fresh (unlike most of the other pho places within the Plano/Allen/Frisco area). Service - Prompt service and they even gave both me and my wife free bowls of the pho broth because we both wanted some soup, but not the full order! Restroom - Very clean...and they actually have soft toilet tissue in it -- not the abrasive stuff you might usually find in some restaurants! We'll be back and look forward to trying the pho next time. read more

The Dallas area tend to have many good Viet restaurants and this place was no exception. The food here was bomb. I ordered the pho bo hue which I've never seen on other menus before. It was delicious. The broth was spicy and full of flavor. Apparently, you can sub the bo hue broth for any of the pho bowls (example: pho dac biet bo hue) if you want to change it up. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in town. I'd take my parents too! read more

Very flavorful compared to 2 other pho places I visited in Plano. I had the spicy curry will be back for that again.

This place really lived up to it's incredible reviews. A bit out of the way for me, but definitely worth the drive. I went around lunch (1:00pm). Was immediately seated and drink/appetizer order taken. I had the Shrimp Spring Rolls. They were very good and fresh. I ordered the P9 and it was brought out within a few short minutes.
