Soup was good. Could be a little more generous on the garnishes (i.e the bean sprouts and mint leaves). We didn't try asking, but maybe they'd be more than happy to give you more. What a little hidden gem! Great find in the middle of nowhere. Was looking for a dinner spot and found this place on Yelp and it did not disappoint! Cute little mom and pops shop ran by a very nice older couple. The food was very reasonably priced and the portion size is huge. We ordered 2 noodle items to share. The pho was tasty, flavor was perfect and there was a lot of meat in there. They definitely did not skimp on the ingredients! I should've known this place was not it. If you're looking for authentic flavorful pho, travel further into fresno or down the street to Herndon cedar Pho paradise. I was wondering what the high review hype was for, so I brought my family to come try it. When we arrived, there was no Asians sitting down to dine, that should've been a telling sign. It makes sense that this place caters to Clovis taste, but there wasn't flavor to their food. We ordered 2 pho, eggrolls, and vermicelli bowl. The eggrolls taste frozen and cooked. The pho was watered down. The grilled pork vermicelli has bean sprout making up half the bowl with over excessive fried shallot topping the bowl to add flavor; let me just say my noodles were not fresh but edible (like you can tell it was cooked and refrigerated for a while) to the point that they were so broken, I had to use a spoon to scoop the noodles to eat. Overall, would not come back to eat; very over priced with little to no flavors. read more

The dude and I came here on 4/28/21 around lunch time. I stayed in the car as a courtesy the dude took pictures for me. I was craving Pho dude to not feeling well and I didn't want any canned soup I wanted something fresh. I let the dude know I wanted Chicken Pho and we ended up getting the pot stickers. We got my soup to go of course and I could not wait to come back to dig in!! Upon arriving home the broth was still piping hot and I spilled some on me as I was trying to pour some in a bowl for a smaller portion for myself. I tasted the broth which was delicious 8/10, the chicken by itself was good but lack flavor (I guess the most important thing is the flavor of the broth) which was totally there. There's vegetables included which were fresh and yummy, chili oil and hot sauce or horse sauce. I added the rice noodles which due to how hot the broth was they instantly broke apart! I added chicken and vegetables and my goodness definitely the best tasting soups in my life! The dude agreed and said it was tasty, although he is not a fan of pho. Together the meal was a strong 9/10, I was definitely pleased with my meal and the pot stickers were delicious too! We were so surprised that Clovis has good pho as they didn't disappoint at all. They make me crave Pho a lot. Overall, I would highly recommend giving them a shot even in the summer Pho is so good year round! Stopped in for a pho ga (chicken pho) after coming back from a lengthy hike. I was starving, and a good pho sounded just perfect. And it was. Fresh noodles, fresh basil and jalapenos, thinly sliced white-meat chicken, and a tasty and hot broth. What else could I have wanted? Oh, yeah, how about a freshly made lime soda (yes, from limes). The place was hopping the entire time I was there, pointing to the restaurant's popularity. I felt bad for the young waitress who was alone in the entire shop (outside the cooks in the back, and the busboy who was also overly taxed). I walked in asking for a menu just to see first before making a decision to take my family in to the restaurant. We had other options tbh. It did looked like most of the tables were occupied, but before the waitress even asked me for "how many people", her first words to me after I told her it was for a dine in was a simple: "WE DONT HAVE ROOM FOR YOU". I have NEVER in my life heard that before. Yes, I've gotten : "THERE's. a WAIT"... Now, it could be ten minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes even. I understand that you are busy. But its up to me whether I would like to wait or not. BUT NEVER : "WE DONT HAVE ROOM FOR YOU". Mind you she does not know how many people's in my party. Location: Located in OTC (Old Town Clovis) and is situated in a commercial area alongisde multiple other establishments. Restaurant is the cleanest pho restaurant that I have been to. No slippery floors or oily tables during my numerous visits here and the spice/oil/sauce rack is well maintained. Food: I always get the special beef pho or with everything in it. The soup seems to be derived from beef bone as it is flavorful while some restaurants use buillon. Once in a while, I'll order a pork rice dish which is also good. 5 of 5 stars. Customer Service: This place seems to be managed by husband/wife team. I do see that the children sometimes help out here. Food arrives reasonably fast. Friendly service from beginning to end. 5 of 5. Verdict: I usually have "go to" restaurants for my pho fix...until I discovered this place. A few dollars more than other places but I'm ok with that becuase I don't eat pho too often. This is my "go to" from now on. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

The take out here is as good as dining in with large portions. Service is both courteous and efficient. My seafood pho was delicious with lots of shrimp and fishballs. I'm not sure why I've waited this long to do a Yelp review for this great Vietnamese restaurant. I've been enjoy their Pho for years and I consider it to be among the best in Fresno/Clovis. The broth is always rich and satisfying and is loaded with generous portions of meats, veggies, etc. Today I decided to mix it up though and went with the number 19 combination rice plate. I'm not sure what the Vietnamese name is but it's a combination of chicken, fish, shrimp and rice all seasoned perfectly. I guess if I had one mild criticism is that their menu isn't as extensive and some Vietnamese restaurants (I.e. no Banh Mi sandwiches), but what the my do make is consistently amazing. Service is always top notch. So if you live in Clovis you really should try this restaurant. read more

I'm not much of a Pho guy but am watching my girlish figure so here we go... the ingredients to put in the broth were plentiful. All looked fresh except the bean sprouts. The broth was good but lukewarm. I like beef medium rare, but the broth wasn't hot enough to do much of any cooking. The sauce was great, but not enough.
