Worst dining experience I think I've ever had. The place is very unorganized and poorly staffed. Put our names on a list (that apparently did exist). After waiting near 45 minutes we found out they were seating others and completely forgot about us. Another 30 minutes and we finally got a table. There was 1 waitress and took forever to get served. Finally got food and at end we were served two bills. One that was food and beverages that we never ordered and the other bill had drinks we were told would be comped due to our wait. After the manager/owner argued with us we explained how awful the experience was and he did not care at all. Will never go again. read more

Given that this was the only pho around the area (and given the noticeable lack of Asians for miles), I had very low standards for this restaurant. To start, I'm a bit of a pho addict - to keep myself happy, I have pho at least once a week. There was a tiny wait for a party of four at 8:30 pm (a good sign!), and I will say the service was a tad bit slower than I expected. When my pho finally came, I was very pleasantly surprised by the incredibly flavorful broth and copious amounts of meat. Definitely would come back for the pho in a heartbeat. read more

Yum! My husband went there to get take-out since I wasn't feeling very well. It was an awesome surprise! So tempted to suggest DDD to visit and taste their Pho. We would say it was better than our favorite Pho place in San Diego CA. Prices are more than fair and the service was great. Me and my husband first time visited this restaurant. I had pho and my husband had Rice platter. The pho is pretty good but the Rice platter is not. We are asian we went to many restaurants to eat Rice platter but this place seems like they use the old meat that I never ate before. Food is always great here, I live in the area and frequent often. Last night I tried to put a togo order in over the phone, it was instantly sent to voicemail 3 or 4 times so I went in to place my order. I waited an hour and a half for a 2 person order, after a bag had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes I looked at the reciept, it was my food. I told the server I would run it to my car and be back for the cold drinks and icecream. I also noticed there was an item missing so I informed them when I went back inside. It took another 20 minutes and me asking 5 times to retrieve the rest of my order. Now, I work in the industry and could see 3 servers on Dec 21st in a full dining room with 20+ tables, a full bar, and togo orders out the door. I would like to address the management here and say your business is suffering because you are understaffed! Please do not do this to your employees and customers...I could see the servers had blank minds at that point because they couldn't remember the amount of crap being thrown at them, it was an impossible task! read more

Small restaurant within the same complex as Christie Lodge. We ordered Chicken Ga Pho and Gluten Free broth Beef Pho. We ordered a small. So glad we did as it was plenty for lunch. Bean sprouts, basil and lines arrived in a separate platter. It was good and rather quick service. The waiter was extremely helpful. I want to start by saying I am a pho addict. I sometimes drive 2 hours to Denver to hang out with friends and eat pho. Needless to say I was stoked that a pho restaurant opened up so close to me. Unfortunately that's about all the good I can say in regards to this restaurant. I've been there 3 times now, and each time the service has become increasingly worse. My first bad experience was about a month ago when it took over 45 minutes to receive my pho. That's right, 45 minutes for pho.... Luckily for us they comped our drinks and appetizers but this is just the tip of the iceberg. The next time we went there my girlfriend's top of the seat came off smashing her finger. Literally the seat was not screwed in. She was bleeding, and had to take care of it in the bathroom. The table next to us, for over an hour was not bussed. We sat next to old pho bowls the entire time. At one point i looked around the whole place and I saw more tables not bussed than people actuallly eating. Sigh... Also, the staff did not come around to refresh water and pho took a little longer than usual. The food is good, I give it a 7 out of 10 for Pho restaurants and thats great! But I shudder to think what could be going on in the back of the house with the lack of care for the front. Pho should be served quick. Pho should be served with copious amounts of sprouts. Pho should be bussed off of tables in a timely fashion. I don't see this place doing such things. Honestly I am really sad, because I looked forward to this place for so long. I really want it to succeed, but its going to take some new leadership for this to happen. They need to develop an eye for detail. I recommend the staff and management visit some highly rated pho restaurants in Denver. Or maybe light a fire under someones ass so they can develop a since of pride in their work. We were super hungry after skiing all day and didn't want to pay a fortune at the ski resort so we decided to get pho down the road. The place was pretty unassuming but the service was excellent and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, especially about dietary restrictions which was super helpful. The spring rolls were super fresh and tasty and they were pretty big so we could all share. The vegetarian pho was seriously the best I've ever had and was so nice after being cold on the mountain all day. I decided to get thai tea boba as well and it was so good even without the dairy. Everything was medium-good: pho, egg rolls and sake. Prices were good. Service was not so great but I think this was just our waitress tonight. I would come back if staying near by. Also, the small bowl of pho is quite filling so make sure you're packing a serious appetite if you go for a large. read more

Try it... it's good. This is a place I visit every time I'm in the Avon/Vail area. No crowd around lunchtime, but it can get busy as people come off the mountain for dinner. I have been thoroughly pleased with everything thing I've ordered and especially like the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls with peanut sauce. Rolled into Pho 20 around 6:00pm on a Saturday night, apparently that was my first mistake. I am a lover of Pho and my friends and I were dying for a quick satisfying meal, but were met by disappointment on several levels at Pho 20. The primary issue we encountered was the lack of professional service from the staff. It was very clear that the restaurant was understaffed at the time of our visit but that didn't stop me from getting irritated. I could go on a rant, but all that really needs to be said is the service was not up to par and the food was mediocre. I am willing to give the place another try but definitely not during a "peak" business time. Small restuarant that gets busy during certain hours. I would advise you not to go during those hours. However the staff are friendly and the food is on point. This is a really good Pho restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls, rare steak pho, brisket and flank pho, they all super tasty. Broth was flavorful, vegs were fresh. The price is very fair, especially for its location at the hotel. Food portions were big too. Restaurant is clean, staffs are really nice and professional. We went there twice in two days. I am sick, and the only thing that makes me feel better is pho, so I came to Avon from Edwards based on the hours shown, and the great reviews. I showed up at 12:30 and all lights were off, door was locked, and nobody would answer the phone. There was no sign on the door, and several customers were waiting. I love this place- the food was fabulous with great service. A lovely outdoor patio is available and the interior is clean and modern. The Pho is yummy with a small large enough for dinner. It was a cold and rainy day today. The pho was the perfect choice! Tasty and delicious. The wait staff was great too!
