Some friends and I went to the friends and family soft opening here. They've done a good job freshening up the space. The lighting is bright and welcoming. We chatted with a bunch of the locals, regulars, and staff. We even chatted with Lily for a bit. She's so sweet. We had a veritable sampling of the menu. I know they're not fully open yet, but we had some xiaolongbao which were delicious, followed by a bunch of rolls and some nigiri. Then we had some ramen that was also really good. I would recommend the tonkatsu ramen. The spicy ramen was also good, but I think the tonkatsu was better tonight. I was so full that I could barely move afterwards and had to lay down. I'll be there pretty often I believe so come say hi if you see me!

I thought about selling my timeshare in Avon ... then I tried Lily's. Seriously, I love to ski and I love sushi. Right now there is no skiing (BC closed early due to drought). But there s Lily's!!

I came here for lunch the other day and was impressed across the board. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful and I love the plants they have displayed throughout the restaurant. I ordered the lunch special poke bowl and it was the perfect amount of food and delicious. The service was great and the staff are attentive. I really enjoyed my meal here and will definitely come back.

Absolutely love this place! So glad we decided to try it. Service/staff were very friendly and ran a tight ship. And the sushi was amazing. Was waiting for a delicious sushi place to open in the valley and now we will have our go to spot.

During a road trip with my colleagues, we were all craving a quick and satisfying meal. I discovered Lily Sushi & Ramen, tucked away in a charming, hidden alley. Despite its secretive location, the food truly delivered on flavor. We enjoyed fresh sushi and hearty ramen, both delicious and very filling. The staff was incredibly attentive and warmly welcoming, making the experience even more comforting.

Lily Sushi & Ramen JUST opened -- and usually when a new restaurant launches, you expect a few growing pains while they find their rhythm. Not here! From day one, they're operating like a polished, seasoned favorite. This place absolutely blew me away. Not just good -- it's the kind of fantastic you rave about to your friends before you've even finished eating. From the second you step inside, the vibe is upbeat, welcoming, and full of delicious anticipation. Then the food arrives... and WOW. Every bite is a flavor explosion. The sushi is so fresh it practically sparkles, with rolls that are creative, vibrant, and unbelievably delicious. And the ramen? Next-level. Rich, silky broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that tie everything together like a culinary symphony. The staff is incredible -- friendly, lightning-fast, and genuinely excited about the food they serve. You feel like a VIP the entire time. Lily Sushi & Ramen isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. The owners, Lily and Michael, and Michaela father, have put their heart and soul into making this an experience to remember. This place deserves WAY more than five stars!

Service was great. Food was good not great. In fact, we didn't like one of the things we had but the management was super accommodative. Gave us a free dessert and was apologetic to no end. If you're looking for sushi, this is the place for you to check out. We enjoyed everything else we had and would recommend you to visit this place. The management is awesome and the food is good.

After hearing from several friends and locals about how great Lily's Sushi is, we finally decided to give it a try--and wow, it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Everything we ordered was on point: the crispy rice was perfectly done, the ginger salad was fresh and flavorful, the kani salad was so good, and the tonkotsu ramen was rich and comforting. We also shared a roll that was incredibly fresh and well-balanced. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, which makes it even better. This is officially my new favorite spot, and we will definitely be back--soon.

Stopped by for a casual lunch and it was a solid choice. We grabbed the Kimchi Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, and shared a Rainbow Roll. Everything was okay--nothing mind-blowing, but the ingredients were fresh and the soup was hot. Good spot in Avon if you want a quiet, easy meal in the middle of the day.

But, it was chilly and the hostess had to bring me a blanket. I appreciated it, but I do think the restaurant needs to invest in more blankets as my blanket was for a child and covered in basket balls and basket ball hoops. It was a little embarrassing as other guests who had blankets as well chuckled at the one I had been given. I was not going to use it, but unfortunately for me, the August evening was rather chilly and I had to use the silly blanket over my beautiful dress. The food, like I said was delicious, our favorite was the fire roasted cauliflower I had chosen for my main. Truly the best cauliflower I've ever had. Although I cannot remember her name, our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. Buy more appropriate blankets please.

Unfortunately, the execution never matches the marketing. Instead of a skilled bartender or mixologist, we were once again served by someone who seemed unfamiliar with the cocktail list, despite these drinks having been on the menu for years. Watching him rely on a recipe sheet, then still miss ingredients and throw the balance of the drink off, was frustrating. For a Ritz property, you would expect quality over quantity. Honestly, I have had better cocktails at The Rendezvous Club on the ski hill.

I go back there today by myself at 2pm and was seated at the bar by the same host. As I was finishing up I notice people coming 2:37pm, 2:45pm and 2:50pm and the same host that refused to serve us sat every one of them at a table. Eight small pieces. And these spicy fish items, of course, use all the odds and ends of the fish. They are the byproduct of Nigiri. Our waiter was very attentive and flexible, and willing to cook my pork a little bit longer (if you don't like pork on the rare side... ask for it to be medium-well) - Food quality: 4-5 star. First of all, the bread and butter was to die for... but we ate too much of it and couldn't finish our meals because we were starving after some skiing that day. I ordered the pork dish which had awesome flavor, just a little undercooked which they fixed no problem. Friends ordered the half chicken, wedge salad, and mussels. All were great but the chicken could have used more flavor (so I heard). - Cocktails: 4-5 stars. The dirty martini comes in a coup glass and felt very small, but the mezcal cocktail was perfection. I ordered two of those and asked to lighten the sweetness a bit. - Vibe: Classy-casual? We were dressed nice for dinner and did not feel out of place, but some were on the more casual side too. Overall a great pick for dinner, I don't think anyone would be disappointed!
